Volunteer Opportunity: Ferguson

Hey, just so everyone is aware, the schools in Ferguson are closed tomorrow and probably every day until the rioting stops. This is very important– this is a poorer district, and these kids often rely on the school’s free lunches, not to mention their education.

Silver lining: many churches in the area have announced that they will open their doors to anyone who needs a meal or a safe place. Please support these churches with your prayers. If you’re in the area, I would ask that you look for a place to volunteer if possible.

I’ve listed a few of the churches below.I personally know some of the churches and pastors here, and they really have a heart for the Florissant-Ferguson community.
