      「   THEME #011: PEPPERMINT by angelicxi   」

Peppermint was supposed to be done in time for Christmas, but since I failed to complete Honeycomb on time, it got delayed. Alas: it is finally here, and it’s exactly as I imagined it. Clean & sleek, but also clever — packing enough options to make it truly yours — it is ideal fo personal & aesthetic blogs.

PRO-TIP: Google your problem/resource/etc before asking an RPH/T about it. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for after searching on google, then turn to an RPH/T for help.

If you’re going to ask someone for a snapchat template, go to google and type in “snapchat template tumblr”. If you need a masterlist of female POCs, go to google and type in “POC female masterlist tumblr”. If you need a certain guide or tutorial, do the same thing. Chances are, you’re probably going to get the same results that the RPH will give you, because they’ll probably do the same thing to find you an answer.

With HTML help, it’s just a matter of typing in your problem. Want to make your sidebar a circle? Try “how to make a circular sidebar html”. Want to make your tags appear on hover? Try “how to make tumblr tags appear on hover html”. Get the gist?

It’s up to you whether you want to add “tumblr” to the end of your search or not, depending on the results you want. If you’re looking for something on a site other than tumblr, just type the name of that site in at the end of your search in replace of tumblr (i.e “aesthetic png pack deviantart”, “faceless blonde male photos weheartit”, etc.)

Google will save your life with whatever you’re looking for. Most RPH/Ts use google to help them find anything from a masterlist someone’s asking for to PNGs to use on their graphics.

The best thing about google is that you don’t have to worry about feeling like your question is “stupid” or feeling “silly” for asking a question. You can ask google anything, or ask google for anything, and it will help you find results and solutions instantly. You don’t have to feel anxious about asking, you don’t have to wait for someone to get around to replying to the ask, and you can be as specific as you need to be to get the proper results.

Seriously guys– don’t underestimate google. If you search the site for whatever you need first before asking a RPH/T, you’re probably going to find whatever you were looking just the same as they would, without having to wait for answer.
