The part that gets me is that even though the shop says ‘no returns’… that dress was SO off from the stock photo that.. that..!! How could you have the heart to even ship something like that and sleep easy? I wouldn’t ever send a broken piece of my work to someone and just PRAY that they didn’t notice the flaws. Nor would I list samples as brand new. Apparently it’s been revealed that the dress wasn’t even new, it was a sample piece that had been worn at a show. Have they heard of quality control? Girl, das cray.
