Hey, I know this is kind of late, but I was going through your blog and saw the proposal pictures with Rich. I was a few people behind in the line and it was the cutest thing I've ever witnessed. Congratulations!!!

Don’t worry about being late. I’ll milk the attention for as long as I can 😂

Thats awesome! I don’t remember it a whole lot because I was caught up in the moment, but I love how the pics turned out and how happy Rich and Chris were for us 😄 Plus people kept telling me it was adorable so, I’ll believe them lmao

@cnotes posted this on Instagram, and I wanted to share. (I know he posted it last night as well, but I’m going to highlight something that is very and specifically important to me, especially regarding this series.)

“Typically nothing exists in the show without meaning.”

That, right there, is where all my faith lies. These writers, this crew… they know what they’re doing. Everything ties to something, whether it’s from the production of Tangled as an original movie, or in the lives of the people working on it. Writing with meaning is so important, and you can see that intent in every stroke of every frame.

Why are we finding so many parallels? It’s deliberate. It all means something. It’s all designed so that we will recognize this world as the world we already know, warm and familiar, but with enough mystery that we want to know more.

But the characters “will discover there is much more in them”. All of them. Rapunzel, Eugene… King Frederic.

For people worried about characterization, this is the beginning of the road, not the end. The writers know what they’re doing. They know where they’re headed. Remember that the end game is Tangled Ever After, and they have said it loud and clear. That is the far bookend kiss that “between the kisses” references. That’s where the series is going. And all the characters will be in that place by the time we get there.

What that means for new characters, we have yet to discover. But this is just the beginning, and I am so looking forward to the journey.

SKAMS04E08 Clip 1 - Miss you

[SANA: Hi. There’s something I have to tell you.

Hi. What are you doing today? Can we meet up?

CHRIS: I’m hungover af

VILDE: Magnus and I are talking.

NOORA: How are you doing Vilde?

VILDE: He thinks I’ve cheated on him with Elias.

EVA: We’re gonna kill those who made the hate account. Sana: I’m also hungover af and dad is visiting from Bergen to celebrate my 18th birthday. Yippee!

No Yippee.

Plus fml.

CHRIS: Eva!! Mom said it’s okay for us to celebrate your 18th birthday at my place on Friday!!

EVA: SHE DID?? Fucking hell!!

CHRIS: She asked why you couldn’t have it at your place, and I was like… ehhh.. they’re renovating. After the last party.

EVA: Hahahaha!! Awesome!! Who are we going to invite??

[Elias watching Youtube video of the boys]

SANA: Hi.

ELIAS: Talking to me?

SANA: Sorry for being mad.

ELIAS: So you’re not mad anymore? That’s good. I thought you were going to be mad for the rest of your life.

[YOUSEF: Okay, are you ready?]

SANA: Why aren’t you friends with Even anymore?

ELIAS: No, the guy doesn’t want to be with us anymore, so we can’t make him.

SANA: So it’s not because he.. tried to kiss Mikael? Because I heard Mikael freaked out.

ELIAS: That’s not why. It’s.. A lot happened. The guy just started doing a lot of random stuff. Then he tried kissing Mikael, among other things. And we tried to get him to chill, but it didn’t work. Then he dropped out of school and I talked to Sonja and she told me he was depressed. And when she told us we tried to call him and text him a lot, but.. So it’s his deal if he doesn’t wanna hang out with us.

SANA: You know he’s dating Isak? I think he misses you.. Because he asked about you the other day.

ELIAS: He did? Tell him hi, then. Hey. You know Yousef?

SANA: Just forget about it. I’m over him.

All the reasons I loved this latest Chris and Eva clip:

Brace yourselves, cause this is going to be a looong list. I’m sorry but I’m too far gone for my OTP to care about much else today.

* The way he touches her face in the beginning of the clip.

*Chris’ wide grin plus Eva’s sleepy smile. Honestly, the chemistry between those two is unreal, even in small moments like this.

*“Did you sleep well?” “Mhm.” The whole Jonas and Eva vs Eva and Chris parallel here. Jonas pretty much said that he had a nightmare in which Eva was a whore and CHRIS TOLD EVA THAT HE HAD A DREAM WHERE EVA WAS HIS GIRLFRIEND. Ugh.

*Also, the whole dream was totally made up and I have a feeling that Eva knew it. And she knows how whipped she has him and just…Eva is goals as usual.

* Wow, damn. Another one of Chris Schistad’s reaction gifs is born.

* I honestly feel like Chris is trying to remember his lines when he is talking about his “dream”. And Eva is so amused CAUSE SHE KNOWS.

* He is such a certified nerd while telling that stupid story.

* Chris’ reaction when Eva told him that his dream wasn’t real tho. He was all: “say what now?”

* Eva: “we’re never going to be together” Eva: *smiles* Chris: *tries not to look like somebody just stabbed him and fails*

* “Why not?” I can see that you’re internally crying, Chris. God, the dialogue is gold.

* The way Chris repeats Eva’s words back to her. Such a small thing but mad cute.

*Also, I have such huuuge respect for Eva. She still acknowledges that Chris was a fuckboy in the past and she smiles again when saying it, and it’s so playful, and Eva knows that Chris is in love with her but she’s still protecting her heart and is being reasonable about it all and just…where can I find an Eva?

*Also, telling a guy whose currently naked in your bed that he’s a cheating fuckboy, is NEXT LEVEL.

* The way Eva almost immediately stops kissing Chris, because someone’s calling her. She. Always. Puts. Her. Friends. First.

* When Eva answers Vilde’s call and we can actually see how hurt Chris is over the fact that Eva doesn’t want to be his girlfriend.

* Also, the way he runs his hand over his face is like saying: “damn I messed up with that fake dream I told her about oops”

* When Eva tells Vilde that she is doing nothing special, and Chris looks like he’s about to cry. That boy is so in love, I can’t put it into words.

* All the longing looks towards Eva while she’s talking on the phone!!!

* Eva: “But maybe I can call you later or something.” Queue Chris’ whole face lighting up.

* Chris: “We were talking about getting together.” Lol, smooth.

* That boy has lost all his game and just wants to be together with Eva. Who’s crying? Certainly not me.

* THE PLAYFULNESS.

* The fact that Chris isn’t pressuring her into anything but just wants them to be together but he isn’t pushy about it. I honestly don’t know where the Noorhell shippers get their ideas, when they compare Mohnstad and Noorhell.

* ANOTHER JONAS AND EVA vs CHRIS AND EVA PARALLEL.

* When Eva tried to push Chris off her bed and he didn’t budge an inch, that was a sign.

* I just love how Chris is still his old self on some level, so self-confident and just doesn’t understand why he has to hide.

* Eva being determined not to introduce Chris, so the boy gets up, wraps a sheet over himself, and is just like: “Hi. I’m Chris.”

* Your name is also Chris? ANOTHER ONE, WE HAVE ANOTHER ONE.

* I just noticed that Eva rolls her eyes when Chris is talking to her mum, oh wow. I love this girl.

* When Eva’s mum says that she wasn’t aware that Eva had a boyfriend and Chris looks like he is finally sure Eva will confirm their relationship now but she DOES NOT.

* Also, Chris was totally happy to meet her mum, you can’t tell me otherwise.

* “We’re not together.” “Not yet”

* Eva’s mum’s “you’ll figure it out” is basically the whole fandom’s reaction to this clip.

* Also, all the smiles and the banter in the end of this clip, what can I say, Mohnstad just naturally gravitate towards each other.

* Chris: “Love me.” Honestly, what kind of desperation.

In conclusion: this was the clip of dreams that I never thought I’d see.

“Who wants donutsssssss?” came a voice from the doorway.

In walked Chris, dressed in a dirty sweatshirt and a soaking wet red bandana.

“Sorry I was late.  I biked here.  Trying to save the environment and stuff.”

Chris took a seat at the table and plopped down the donuts on top of the stack of spreadsheets.  Everyone at the table jumped at them.

“Um, Chris,” I motioned, “Our team is presenting now.  Do you have the graphs you were supposed to make?"

I knew the answer before he even opened his mouth.  “No, sorry, I was getting the donuts.  And I biked here.  I’m trying to save the environment and stuff.”

I rolled my eyes.  Hank, the other man in our trio, went in for a donut.

I tried to continue from where I left off.  “…and if you look at this chart you can see our eastern sector sales have fallen 12 percent…”

Chris raised his hand.  “Yes, Chris, what is it?”

"Is this going to take long?  I wanted to go try to see if I could break the vending machine in the break room.”

“What?!  Why would you even want to do that?”

“It’s a measure of strength.  Only a true man can break a vending machine.”

I tried to ignore him.  Everyone else in the room thought Chris was the best.  I could see it in their stupid donut-eating smiles.  Hank and I finished our presentation and then we all filed out of the boardroom.

I caught our boss, Mr. O’Leary, and asked if I could have a word.

“Sure, Charlie, what is it?”

“It’s about Chris.  He really didn’t pull his weight on this project, and sir, he never does.  I always have to pick up his slack.”

“What are you trying to say, Charlie?"  O’Leary glared.

I knew if any action would be taken I would have to be brutally honest.  “Sir, I don’t think he should be working here.”

"Sorry, son, but I like Chris,” said O’Leary assuredly. “Plus, he’s trying to save the environment and stuff.  Also, I want to see if he can break that vending machine.”

The Raid

I woke up at 5.30 and couldn’t fall back to sleep, so I fell into Sterek feels instead. Thought I’d try to make some sense of the story it looks like they’re telling (possibly a futile attempt, but…)

I’m on mobile, so no read more, sorry!

It had taken Stiles a while to get comfortable leaving his phone on silent when he was in the middle of something; the idea of being unreachable, or worse, unaware of the current threat had haunted him for months. The reality of being almost 3,000 miles away eventually sunk in and he was able to accept being temporarily out of the loop when he needed to focus. It was equal parts terrifying and freeing, a sort of nauseating relief.

So when he sees a missed call from Chris Argent after his last class before break, his heart drops immediately into his stomach. The voice-mail is maddeningly vague, but before it’s even over Stiles is shoving a few last essentials into his mostly packed duffel bag and impatiently waiting the handful of seconds for Chris to pick up his phone.

Chris has barely gotten a “Stiles” out before Stiles rushes out “What’s going on?”

Thankfully, Chris doesn’t waste time with pleasantries. “There’s a rumor that there’ll be an FBI raid at a location I’ve been looking into for some possible illegal hunting. Can you see what you find out from whatever contacts you’ve made there?”

“Yeah, of course. Give me a couple hours. Do we know when it’s supposed to be happening?”

“Week from last Friday, so what, few days from now,” Stiles feels overwhelmingly sorry for Chris, the man must be pushing himself hard if he’s losing track of the days. “I’m not sure what their interest is, possibly a human trafficking angle,” Stiles’ stomach clenches at that. The idea of it so abhorrent it makes him shiver; the fact that hunters are involved, and therefore some of the people involved are likely to be werewolves adds an extra layer of disgust, a too vivid picture of Erica, Boyd, and Derek at the mercy of unhinged hunters flashes in his head and his whole body tenses. Chris confirms the thought with his next words, “but it’s not like they’ll be prepared for what they’ll find if my intel is right.”

“Right, I’ll get back to you as soon as I have something.”

“Thanks, Stiles,” Chris says sincerely, the exhaustion in his voice obvious, and Stiles has a moment of shameful relief that he’s not responsible for any of whatever is going on. It doesn’t last long. Chris inhales audibly, and Stiles instinctively prepares for a blow. “And Stiles,” he begins and pauses, reluctance and regret clear in his voice and in the short silence, “You should know that there’s a Beacon Hills connection to whatever we’re walking into.” Before Stiles can demand more, Chris adds an apologetic “I don’t know more than that right now, but I’m looking into it.”

Stiles drops onto his crappy dorm mattress, the weight of the information making his legs buckle. Stiles chokes out “I’ll call you back tonight,” and hangs up.

The call to Rafael McCall takes an eternity to connect, so when he finally answers, Stiles doesn’t wait for a greeting. “I need to know everything you know about a possible human trafficking raid happening in a few days that has a connection to Beacon Hills.”

“Hello to you, too, Stiles,” Rafael says in that condescending way he has always addressed others with, and Stiles is reminded that despite the man having put in a good word for him at the FBI, he was a first class asshole.

Stiles grits his teeth and manages a “Please,” letting his panic color his voice and hoping Mr McCall is having a day where he’s capable of basic human compassion.

He gets lucky, because Rafael responds with “I’ll see what I can find out, but no promises.”

“Fair enough, but I need it tonight.”

Rafael sighs, but agrees, and Stiles disconnects the call. Stiles spends the next two hours on the computer, finding everything he can on human trafficking, reaching out to contacts for information on hunters who’ve gone off the rails, and wishing Danny was there to help him find a backdoor into government files.

When Rafe calls back with a time and place, Stiles has a frustratingly small list of notes, but at least he has confirmation to pass along to Chris. Rafael has managed to get himself assigned to the team going on the raid, citing his “personal interest,” and Stiles manages not to scoff at the idea that the man has any real connection to Beacon Hills or its inhabitants. Still, Stiles says a sincere “Thank you,” before he tells Rafael firmly “I’m going with you.”

Rafe sighs out a resigned “I figured you’d say that. You’ll have a seat in my vehicle, otherwise I know you’ll just show up on your own.”

He’s not wrong. “Thank you,” he repeats, this time, he says goodbye befits hanging up to call Chris.

*****

Sitting in the government issue black SUV while FBI agents move with surprising stealth to prepare to storm the building is excruciating. Being told to stay in the car isn’t surprising, but it makes him feel anxious and angry and helpless all the same.

While the agents surround the building, a familiar figure approaches Stiles’ car. Stiles barely restrains himself from hugging Chris, the relief at seeing him, at seeing someone from home, from his life in Beacon Hills, from his pack of misfits, is almost staggering.

He settles for a nod of greeting and gratefully accepts Chris’ hand on his shoulder, letting the weight of it ground him.

“Stiles,” Chris says, clearly unsurprised at seeing him there, but decidedly unhappy about it. “I know you couldn’t, but damn do I wish you’d stayed away from this, kid. I’m sorry for dragging you back into this shitshow.” Stiles can see Allison’s ghost in Chris’s eyes, and it hurts in a way he knows it always will.

“I don’t think I could really stay out. Not forever,” he tries to reassure Chris. “Plus, if I could’ve helped and I didn’t, I’d never forgive myself.” Chris squeezes his shoulder, but his face draws tight.

“We’re moving in as soon as the FBI does, hoping the chaos gives us some cover. I wish they weren’t watching this place, so we could’ve moved in as soon as we found this place,” Chris says as he drops his hand to check his weapon. Before he turns to move into position, he levels Stiles with a sympathetic look. “I don’t want to tell you, but you should know, Derek is in there.”

Stiles freezes, he can’t feel his hands for a moment, but uses his thumb to count off his fingers, hoping with all he has that this is all a bad dream. There are only five fingers, and Stiles feels icy dread rushing through his veins. Chris’s voice pulls him from the edge of panic, “Whatever you do, be careful,” he says, the words heavy between them but a strange comfort nonetheless as Chris pats his shoulder again and walks away with practiced silence.

It takes Stiles less than 30 seconds to make a plan. With determination and likely ill advised bravery, honed over two plus years of fighting monsters–human and supernatural alike–he turns on the radio scanner in the SUV and assesses the unassuming old warehouse for a good entry point.

*****

When he finds Derek, he almost cries when Derek looks up from where he’s sagged against a crumbling wall, a complicated mix of emotions playing across his face. Derek chokes out “Stiles?” and despite the confusion in his voice, hearing his name from Derek’s mouth again is incredible.

Stiles takes in the room as he walks through it, a standard villain’s lair except for the heavy chains bolted to the walls, floor, and disturbingly, the ceiling. And the IVs filled with what Stiles assumes is a wolfsbane solution, considering there’s one in Derek’s arm. Anger and relief swirl around in his brain as he moves to Derek’s side, pulling the IV from his arm with disgusted satisfaction.

He’s restrained, but thankfully only by heavy leather cuffs–laced with more wolfsbane, judging by the reddened skin on Derek’s wrists. Stiles takes Derek’s hands, one at a time, removing the cuffs carefully and tossing them away.

“Hey, Der,” he says, cupping Derek’s face with one hand and resting the other on his shoulder. “Not quite the reunion we were planning, big guy, but we need to get the hell out of here, okay?”

Derek is worryingly quiet, eyes glassy from the drugs in his system, a look of shock and something like awe on his face. “Hey,” Stiles pats Derek’s cheek, not willing to slap him to awareness while he’s been so abused. “Derek, we need to go, are you with me?” His thumb traces Derek’s cheek as he pleads and tries to calculate how far he can carry Derek before he can’t anymore. “Der, c’mon, let’s go, c’mon. Please.”

Derek closes his eyes tightly for a second, and when he opens them again they’re clearer. Stiles fights the urge to sag against him in relief, but it’s a near thing.

“Yeah,” Derek says, voice raw (Stiles willfully ignores the knowledge that that means Derek’s likely been screaming for long hours, over however many days). “Yeah, I’m with you. I’m with you. Let’s go.”

Stiles breathes out heavily and gratefully, standing to help pull Derek off the floor. Derek stumbles, the wolfsbane making his movements unsteady, but Stiles catches him. He drapes Derek’s arm over his shoulder, gripping his forearm firmly and wrapping his free arm around Derek’s middle. They both hold on to each other tightly.

They make it into the hallway just as a team of FBI agents run down it in the opposite direction. Stiles is grateful for the vest Rafael had given him to wear, as not a single agent gives him a second glance.

Derek grips Stiles’ shirt as they struggle down the dim corridor, Stiles pulls him closer in response, taking more of his weight as Derek slips. He’d had to leave Derek once, and it had torn him apart; he wouldn’t be leaving him again.

They just had to get to Rafael’s car, then Stiles could get them both far away from this nightmare. Mr McCall will understand.

A road trip should give Derek time to recover, give them time to reconnect, to decide what to do next. Plus, it sounded like a much better reunion story; they deserved a kinder story.

To be fair, you didn’t just trip on nothing.

After making an impact with the stage itself, you noticed that one of your heels had gotten entangled with a loose cord. Be that as it may, it was still embarrassing. In fact, for lack of a better term, this was definitely the nightmare scenario.

Can’t wait to see that all over the internet tomorrow,’ you thought bitterly.

While you detangled yourself, Sebastian and Anthony, who had been called right after you, helped you get resituated. You on the other hand, were mortified and wanted to hide somewhere. Or at least have the ground open up beneath your feet and swallow you whole. Not to mention the slight stinging pain in your knees from how hard you landed. You stood back up and winced at the ache. Seb gave you a look of concern but you waved him away to not let him worry so much.

“You alright [Y/N]?” Mackie asked you.

“Oh my god, no. Please take me out. Right now. Kill me,”

Both men chuckled at your dramatics and said that it’ll all be ok. The three of you settled down in your designated chairs and you took advantage of the free bottle of water in front of you by downing half of it in one go. Inhaling to steady the nerves that had crept up, all you could do was smile and wave for now. Best to get the show on the road. It could only go up from here after all, right?

Possible Story??

A/N: Hey guys! I know it’s late, it’s 2 am here, but here’s an excerpt of a possible story I’m working on! Also, I’m on mobile so no fancy page breaks, I apologize in advance~

Quick tidbit: it’s based around a plus size reader and the Avengers cast. I’ve never really written about actual people people so I hope I can do justice if I continue with this idea. But anyways, here it is:

"…Filming for the first time with the Avengers crew was an amazing experience. Everyone had quickly accepted you as one of their own. But after the film premiered, you had stayed off the grid, afraid of any possible backlash from rabid fans.
You were brought in as a possible love interest for one of the characters, Joss not giving away any more information from there. Which was fine! Truly. The problem though was your weight. You were by no means a thin as Scarlett, Elizabeth or Cobie. You didn’t have a problem with being big, it was something you had accepted about yourself a long time ago.

Even Joss said that that was the point to your character. “I want to bring in a character who not only brings in a motherly feel but one who has a thick skin that can handle being put on the spot and into the spotlight,” He had told you when you had first audition for the part.

And in more ways than one, you were finally understanding what he meant by that. In this industry, actors and actresses were constantly being harassed about their weight. Whether it was lost or gained. Those who are plus sized, such as yourself, get 10x more criticism in the media. Focusing back to your friends, you realized it was almost your turn to go up.

"Y/N,“ a voice says to your right "You’re gonna do great kid. And if you need any help just look for one of us alright?” The crinkles by Sebs eyes bloom as he smiles brightly at you. His words of encouragement do just that and for a split second you’re not as afraid as you were.
Grinning back at the Romanian hunk, you couldn’t help but give a slight laugh. Of course they wouldn’t let you flounder about like a fish out of water. Waving him off as his name was called, you mentally prepare yourself once more.

'You’ve got this Y/N. You’re a great actress and you’re gonna have them eating out of your fingers. Now put your big girl panties on and walk across that stage like you own it!’…“

So what do you guys think? Obviously there’s tweaking to do but that’ll be for a later date. So yay or nay on this pursuit?

EDIT:
There’s actually a part one out, check it out here
