“I need a hero. I’m holding out for a hero ‘til the end of the night. And he’s gotta be strong and he’s gotta be fast and he’s gotta be fresh from the fight.”

Hypothetical scenarios: MCU “X-Men”

Before anyone says anything…yes, I know the chances of the X-Men joining the MCU are little-to-none. But just for fun, I thought I’d do a fancast of the MCU X-Men (or at least, how I’d cast them).

General rule is I can’t use the actors from Fox’s movies.

The Veeze Collection

This collection of Dutch “Nieuwe Kunst” (Art Nouveau) book bindings, and decorative and ornamental ephemera produced between the 1890s and 1920s, contains works by such prominent designers as Jan Toroop, L. W. R. Wenckebach, C. A. Lion-Cachet, Gerrit Willem Disselhof, Theodoor Nieuwenhius, Chris Lebeau, and others. The thousands of decorative bindings show the influence of “orientalist” themes, motifs, and techniques (such as batik), introduced from the Dutch East Indies colonies. Holdings also include calendars, proofs, advertisements, and original sketches, as well as excellent runs of periodicals such as De Architect, De Arbeid, Onze Kunst, In Den Nevel, and Wendingen.
