Former Bank of America executive Chris Latham was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2014 for hiring a hit man to murder his wife. In the midst of a contentious divorce, Latham had begun an affair with his colleague Wendy Moore. Together, the pair concocted a plan to get rid of Chris’ wife Nancy, but their scheme was uncovered when Aaron Wilkinson was pulled over for a traffic violation and confessed that he was in town to kill Nancy as part of a murder-for-hire plot.
Wilkinson led officers to a ‘hit packet’, that included a photo of Nancy with her and Chris’ daughter Madison, as well as photos and maps of her home and personal information about her. Wilkinson later testified against Latham and Moore in court, and Moore, whose hand writing was found on the hit packet, was also convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison. Speaking of her father in court, Madison Latham stated: ‘I’m disgusted I have to call this man my father…my father is the evil in this world.’
