I’m just kinda floored Chris just flat out calls Wesker ‘Wesker’ three seconds into Resident Evil. Not ‘Captain’, not ‘Albert’. Just “Wesker Wesker Wesker.’ Wow. he must have disliked the guy/ hated authority/ does what he wants.
Outdated? Maybe. But with the rumors circulating around about Resident Evil 7 I couldn’t help it. What does everyone think so far? About the possible return of Wesker…who by the way, if you forgot, was killed off via rocket launcher to the face in a pool of lava…and the threat of Alice being included in the game series. I don’t know what to expect from RE7, but I’m keeping my expectations at a bare minimum. As fun as RE6 was to play, the story was a bust for any and every long time fan of the series. So many missed opportunities.
First you need to know what you are talking about when you say “people don’t lIke gay shows”. Two beloved shows I can name off the bat, TV and theater; Will and Grace and Hedwig. Will and Grace is making a come back. It is not just about the content that has a show failing. It is about the stars conection, their passion for the part and each other. Klaine just won for best couple over beloved Lucy and Desi. Glee lost ratings, Klaine did not. There are more shows, your so good at naming those that you think failed, you look up those that have succeeded. It would do you good to do your homework accurately and completely.
Queer as Folk
Modern Family (you know, that little show no one watches)
How to Get Away with Murder
Three more excellent examples. I don’t know that I have ever been so offended by a comment. And it is exacerbated a million fold as it comes from someone who claims to be a Chris fan.
Anon, you realize you are the opposite of what Chris would respect in a fan? He does not need or want ignorant fans who cannot support something that is clearly extremely important to him- presenting homosexual couples in a beautiful manner, showing that gay teens can fall in love, marry and have children with their partner. A show that often paralleled Klaine with the heterosexual couples on the show.
The one legacy Glee has, through all of its faults, is its portrayal of this groundbreaking couple on TV.
Chris is PROUD of what he and Darren accomplished together onscreen (regardless of what you believe about their personal lives). He is well aware that he and Darren shaped and influenced people.
I cannot even imagine what he would think reading your rude and ignorant comment. All to prove once again that Chris wants nothing to do with anything Darren or Klaine.
