“Happiness…is baking and decorating a cake.”

The base is a soft and moist dark chocolate cake with dark belgian chocolate filling.
And yes, those flowers are made of buttercream, silky and smooth italian meringue coffee buttercream (made with european butter). Each petal was piped one by one using Ateco tip #104 and #102.
