It just occurred to me that Bad Bradley would definitely hang out with stoners. Like, he’d hear about someone hot-boxing a garage and he would just show up with a grocery bag full of chips and jelly beans and chocolate and he’d end up like a patron saint to them even if he didn’t smoke and was only there to laze around and eat snacks with people who talk about really inane stuff.
Bad Bradley, patron saint of the munchies. College students whisper his name when they’re making plans to burn in the hopes that he’ll show up with ice cream and pretzels.
- Stirfry made with lots of veggies, tofu or tempeh and rice/noodles
- Sandwich packed with avocado, spinach, tomato, carrot, gherkins, tofu or tempeh
- Cereal with fruit and plant based milk
- PB and J toast
- Avocado toast!
- Pasta with sauce made with TVP/tofu/tempeh/beans/lentils or even just plain. Top with nutritional yeast of course.
- NACHOS AND TACOS ~ Corn chips, vegan cheese, beans, avocado, salsa etc
- Chilli non carne made with TVP (textured vegetable protein aka vegan mince) and beans
- Pizza! Topping varieties are endless

I basically paid $8 for 4 oz of skirt steak (fajita plate) 🙄. BUT I did not have one bite of chips, rice, orrrr beans! I’m really proud of myself, especially since I was hungry enough to have a headache, but still didn’t take advantage of the chips in front of me.

Literally what I eat everyday is just rice and tofu.
For tofu you pour coconut oil in a fry pan and cook the tofu until crispy. I usually put siriacha (how ever the fuck you spell it) on my tofu with some salt. And then rice. You can have soy sauce but I just eat it plain.
I also like to add cashews while frying the tofu, it’s so good.
My salad: arugula, avocado, cashews, vegan cheese of my choice, cucumber and lemon juice as dressing.
Ingredients: -2 tomatoes -half a sweet onion -1 jalapeno pepper -green onion (optional, for topping) -½ can refried beans -3 avocados -1 lime -salt and whatever other seasonings -½ cup (?) hummus -chips for dipping
Directions: -Chop up tomatoes, onion, pepper, and mix with juice of one lime and salt + spices (I used some cumin, and garlic salt as well). -Mash up avocado -layer in whatever order you choose :) My layering was: beans, tomato mix, hummus, avocado, more tomato mix, then green onions.
