child samus

This post is all about giving props to old school 8-bit royalty. When I was growing up these ladies never struck me as the helpless types. So here’s to equality, promoting a world where perhaps lady game characters can be as complex as any other. The groundwork was in place when I was a child Samus had power armor and played harder than most and Pre-Peach P. Toadstool was by far the MVP for the reskinned Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic (夢工場ドキドキパニック) lit. “Dream Factory: Heart-Pounding Panic” that I grew up calling Super Mario Bros. 2.
Looking forward to the future.

#1045. Little Mac is Falcon and Samus’ child from the distant space-future, sent back in time to become the universe’s most ultimate boxing champion in New York City, and is just awaiting the moment when his thighs will be considered muscular enough to drive his own racing vehicle; Samus, however, being part bird-person, has always keenly felt the deleterious effects of empty nest syndrome, but she chooses to not speak of her sorrows and instead shoots things to work out her aggression; Falcon buries himself in his racing so as to not have to confront her on this matter.
