chicken in lettuce cups

My Personal Meal Plan

So I have had a few questions about meal plans as well workout plans so I decided to post what my daily meals usually look like :)

Breakfast:
Spinach Omelette
1 Whole Grapefruit
1 cup of green tea

Snack:
1 protein bar

Lunch:
1 cup of Brown Rice
Chopped Chicken Breast
Steamed Asparagus

Snack:
Bowl of Mixed Fruits
(Watermelon, Pineapples, kiwi etc..)

Dinner:
Chicken Salad
(I usually put corn, black beans, lettuce, cucumber, red peppers, stripped chicken breast, shredded cheese)
1 cup of Green Tea


During this, I drink at least 2-3 litres of water.
