These berries are from the market nearby. Zagreb has 20+ fresh produce markets all through the city. 🍊🌽🌶 Speaking of which, we should probably swing by the market before lunch.
This weekend my goal is to film several videos. One will be a tour of our flat and introduction to Zagreb, another will be how I make my oatmeal…I might make another pizza and film that too. Do you have any suggestions for videos? Anything you’d like to see? 😁
Chia pudding bowl for a change of my usual morning smoothie bowls ❤️ I used ¼ cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of soy milk and green superfoods powder and let it sit in the fridge overnight before adding fruit on top ⭐️
Blue Sunday 💙💙💙 I made chia pudding last night using Unicorn Superfoods blue spirulina powder. I used a 1:4 ratio of chia seeds to almond milk along with the spirulina and let it sit overnight in the fridge. I ended up with this pretty blue chia pudding which made a fun topping for my oatmeal this morning. 😍😍 Also, this spirulina doesn’t have a funky taste unlike some of the others I’ve tried. 👌 The pudding itself was flavourless since I didn’t add any sweetener. A little bit of maple or agave syrup would have been perfect. Next time!

Monday vibes 🍫🍒🍌 This is how I started my day: oatmeal with Carrefour 52% dark chocolate, cherries, frozen mango, banana and chia seeds. 👌 I’ve been working on the computer all day today. It’s hot and muggy here so I don’t feel like doing much else! We have another bike trip planned for tomorrow though. I hope you’re having a good Monday! 💗
Creamy breakfast smoothie cups to give you energy for the day!
Gluten free | Vegan | Organic | Fructose-Free
Ingredients (makes 2) 1 cup of fair-trade cold brew coffee 1 cup of non-dairy milk (almond, hemp or coconut) ¼ cup of ground chia seeds 1 pinch of cinnamon 1 tbsp coconut butter 1 tsp of maca powder 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Method: 1. Blend ingredients until smooth, the ground chia seeds should create a thick consistency, add more if required. 2. Serve and top with extra cinnamon & coconut flakes 3. Enjoy!
Plums right now 😱😱😱 So sweet and perfect on my oatmeal this morning. 😄 This was a great breakfast! Plum, kiwi (with the skin), banana, chia seeds, and PB2 peanut butter powder.
