Anyone who knows me knows how much I love baths. Lately I’ve been experimenting with adding different things to my bath water. If you ever feel like you need to sweat out a sickness or toxins or just feel like sweating profusely, add ½ cup organic ginger powder to your bath water and soak for at least 20 minutes. You’ll sweat for hours afterwards and then you’ll feel like a newborn baby  oh, and drink a LOT of water after.
