I already posted about Chellah, but here are some of the picture from the day.
The view over the river was beautiful and it was an interesting mix of Roman and Arab architecture. The origional was Roman, but Arabs built the walls around Chellah and the mosque. The tiling was Arab and the remnants are so cool.
There were these giant birds that made this really loud clacking noise. I keep seeing all these birds that I don’t recognize and I wish I knew what they were.
I’ve heard that Volubilis in Meknes is more spectacular than Chellah, so that’s coming up soon.
