2014 Concha y Toro Casillero del Diablo Reserva Chardonnay

Keepin’ cool with a Chardonnay from my friends at Casillero del Diablo! Ripe tropical fruit - pineapple, papaya, guava - ripe pear, and a touch of Meyer lemon on the nose. Same flavors on the palate with more pear and a touch of toast at the finish. Surprisingly well-balanced and hard to beat for under $10!

1 oz. (30 ml) Green apple vodka
½ oz. (15 ml) Apple liqueur
½ oz. (15 ml) Triple Sec
½ oz. (15 ml) Sour Mix
½ oz. (15 ml( Lime juice
2 oz. (60 ml) Watermelon Daiquiri mix.
Shake with Ice
Shot glass of Hpnotiq.

2014 Pierre-Marie Chermette Domaine du Vissoux Beaujolais Blanc Cépage Chardonnay

You don’t come across too many white Beaujolais’, but if you come by this wine, you’re in for quite a treat! Candied lemon stone, pear, apple, white florals, sage, and a hint of thyme on the nose. Lemons and pears on the palate with tarragon, sage, and a mineral finish.

2013 Sbragia Gamble Ranch Chardonnay

This Chardonnay from my friends at Sbragia Family Vineyards makes me smile! Lemon, pear, apple, crème, coconut, dill, and thyme on the nose. Lemons with some malolactic notes of cream (not quite butter), sweet Golden Delicious apples and some tart green apples as well. Solid acidity, especially for a California Chardonnay (and alcohol level)! Cheers!

Very tasty and nice entry Nursery created: blue cheese falls [with strong flavor], hummus [Greek, popular and very healthy origin] and olive tuna [and Brazilian flavor. Everything tasted with blue chip potatoes lightly seasoned with sea salt. In a bowl, Champagne Brut Cuvée Tradition Cristian Etienne, assembly of Pinot Noir [80%] and Chardonnay [20%].

Camembert cheese with the most noble companies truffle honey, thin slivers of very pure tartufo and mini toasts panetini. Gosset Brut Champagne by the glass Grande Réserve is an assemblage of Chardonnay [43%], Pinot Noir [42%] and Pinot Meunier [15%], season 1584.
