change in food

I tried the cracker trick (also with cereal) and it didn’t work for me. I still ended up getting sick. I also can’t try taking my vitamins at night, because my symptoms peak in the morning and at night (things seem to even out in the afternoons). I also seem to be super sensitive to hunger pains so small meals also don’t work for me. The foods that “settle” my stomach a bit change frequently (add constantly evolving food and scent aversions to that mess 😒).

I do hope someone benefits from some of my venting (there will be more). I knew that morning sickness was a misnomer before the pregnancy, but I think I’m still a little shocked by what it actually feels like and how the symptoms present themselves.
