Chang fen, change fěn, (肠粉)

My favorite Breakfast dish that is special to Southern China and the Guangdong province. It is a thin roll made from a wide strip of rice milk, filled with shrimp, pork, beef, vegetables, or other ingredients (eggs for example like the one above). 

On it is a seasoned soy sauce that contains spicy peppers. 

In the mornings there are stands all over the streets that will make and sell it to you right there for pretty inexpensive too.
