chanel rouge coco shine boy

From bottom to top: Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Boy, Tom Ford in Sweet Spot, Lipstick queen in Saint Pinky Nude, Armani CC lipstick in 202, Bite beauty in Fig, Nudestix in Soul, MAC Shanghai Spice, Perricone MD No Lipstick Lipstick and Tom Ford Pink Dusk.

Chanel added a new line of lipsticks called “Rouge Coco Shine.” These lipsticks are like glossy lipsticks and only add minimal color. I bought the color “BOY” the other day because it was the most popular color and the first one they released. On me, Boy was a slight pink/nude color. It’s very sheer and it’s not opaque, but neither are the others in the line. It is very moisturizing and feels very comfortable on the lips. It glides on very smoothly. With this I got about 2-3 hours of wear… and then I had to re-apply. Unfortunately for me, I had to return this one because my lips are rather pigmented to begin with and Boy barely looked like anything on my lips because it matched very closely to my lip color. I do plan on purchasing one in another color because I do love the feel of these on my lips. If you love sheer, moisturizing, glossy lipsticks that add a pop of color then you should check out your local Nordstrom counter and try a few on! Feel free to ask any questions and I’ll make sure to answer ASAP. Hope you enjoyed my review!
