Geno’s interview for Maxim (April 2017).

Big thanks to @atsomnambulist for the help with the translation! 😇

-You live in the United States ten months in a year. What do you miss most about Russia?

- It used to be difficult, my parents did not visit that much. And now I’m comfortable, all who are close and dear to me often visit Pittsburgh. I don’t worry about food, I’m not fussy. What I miss the most is the Russian banya (sauna). Whenever I arrive in Moscow, I immediately go to “Sanduny”. I like to hang out with friends, sometimes in nightclubs too. You get tired of a year of matches and flights across the America, so you need some time to relax.

I am really excited to bring second part of the guide! This time I am going to talk about how to style paragraphs on a page, the different kinds of options, and what exactly they each do to the paragraphs. Also, I am so happy to present, my favorite dudes on MS Word, and kind of one of the reasons my whole MS Word user level took off.

The non printing characters!

I know I sound like such a nerd when I say it like that, and get all excited about them. But knowing your text, makes everything so much easier. So now, onto the guide!.

Also, thank you so  much to all the people reading this! And also to the great bloggers that helped me promote this guide.

Cutler Fija Has A Poor Mastery Of Metalworking, But You Won't Catch Him Letting That Stop Him

[ ao3 version | series this fic takes place in ]

“You know what’s grand?” Cutler asks, and by this point he knows that Haylen and Rhys are used to his existential crises wrapped up in absurd humor that they won’t ask him what is grand. They do, however, look up as he slides into the chair next to Haylen. The mess hall is mercifully low in traffic at the moment; almost everyone has already finished eating. “Not getting enough sleep because the hell gremlins did a tap dance all over your brain.”

“You had a nightmare,” Rhys translates into the English that normal human beings use. He’s getting pretty good at this. “I wondered why you looked like shit.”

“Thanks, I think the gremlins stepped all over my eyes a bit too,” Cutler replies. Haylen doesn’t verbally chastise Rhys anymore when he talks to Cutler like that, but she does give him a look. Cutler isn’t sure if it’s because she thinks Rhys is being rude, or if she wants him to stop enabling Cutler’s weird way of vocalizing his complaints about life. “These aren’t bags, they’re actually bruises from tiny gremlin feet.”

“I thought you only had nightmares when you’re asleep on your stomach.”

“These gremlins are resistant to gravity.”

Rhys snorts in laughter, and Haylen gives Cutler a sympathetic look.

anonymous asked:

Hey there! Can someone please tell me how to make bold/italics/strike/underline/h1/h2 different fonts and colors in themes? I hop that made sense, thank you!

  • <b> bold </b> or <strong> </strong>
  • <i> italics </i> or <em> </em>
  • <u> underline </u>
  • <strike> strike </strike>
  • <h#> headings go from 1-6 (h1, h2, h3, etc). the smaller the number, the bigger the size (h1 has bigger font than h6.) </h#>
  • <small> small font </small>
  • <big> big font </big>
  • subscript
  • superscript
  • <pre> for this type of text </pre>
  • <code> for this type of text </code>
  • <center> center text </center>
  • <blockquote> blockquote </blockquote>
  • <p style=“text- align: center/left/right/justify”> text </p> ((the p can also be h1-6, div, or span))
  • use <br> at the end if you want your text on another line rather than a continuation.
  • to change colors in themes, then go into the theme’s html and use your search tool (command + F for mac & control + F for others). type “color” in the “search for” box, then you can change the colors (ex. color: #00000).
  • to change fonts in themes, then do the same thing you did with color, but search for “font-family” instead (ex. font-family: font name here).

below are more posts regarding coding:

hopefully this post covered what you were asking for, but if not, then please don’t hesitate to shoot us another message!

On Saint Fitz, or What is Bothering Me

Okay. I was getting to a point where I was feeling too bleh to write about Saint Fitz, and then I saw these gifs and I could stay silent no longer.

Here’s the thing, okay? Here is the thing.

I know why Fitz feels this way. I get it. He still thinks that Simmons left because she wanted to get away from him, and let’s not mince words about this: Fitz absolutely hates her for this decision.

And that’s fine. That’s a complicated plot development for both of them.

[Sidebar: This kind of complexity is one of the things I really liked about Fitz in the first half of the season - that he was both incredibly sympathetic and also kind of making his own life harder. Fitz wasn’t the perfect brain-damaged victim; he was swamped in self-pity, angry at everyone, self-isolating, and often difficult to be around. All this only exacerbated the fact that the team was also screwing up their opportunities to help him, because their own grief and guilt got in the way.]

[Complicated. Gut-wrenching. Terrific writing.]

But the problem - for now - is that Fitz is wrong about one thing while being right about another.

Breathe (finale)

Hello my dearies! Thanks for your likes, comments and reblogs, it means  lot to me :) Here comes the last part of my season 3 that I‘ll personally consider canon from now on haha :D I hope you’ll like it too… This last part is quite Rinn-centered, and I’ll justify that by saying I think they are both happier and better when they’re together. I hope you’ll agree :)… Enjoy!
