A cartoon that shows Clemenceau, the French Prime minister feeding on a woman who represents Germany. This was done by a German artist after the Treaty Of Versailles and shows the way Germans felt about the Treaty.

Interestingly, in the bottom right corner of the picture, it appears as though there is a cross by Germany’s bedside. As a cross is a weapon believed to fight against vampires, the artist may be signalling his/her belief that Germany could still fight against France (as many Germans did at the time)
