When many feminists talk about their own bad experiences and how they're caused by Patriarchy, the problems they talk about are ones experienced by everyone in the world (eg. confidence issues), but they assume that men can't understand these issues because they're not women. Similar to how most teenagers assume their parents have no idea what their life is like, simply because they belong to a different group, when actually their parents had the exact same issues.

Yep, it always reminds me of that imaginary headline someone (I don’t remember who originally) once came up with:
