cameroonian cuisine

C is for Cameroon, stop 3 on my a–z world recipe tour. Tonight I made Cameroonian Mfumbwa—mixed greens (chard and kale, as mfumbwa leaves are not readily available in the UK, if at all) with salt fish in a peanut and red palm oil sauce (although I substituted coconut oil, again due to availability). Very tasty and a combination of flavours I’ve not experienced before. 7/10
