Summary:He is the definition of high class smart ass, swimming in Dom Pierre Pérignon champagne and has never seen the shadow of poverty. She is underprivileged, lives in a messy dorm room on sale and struggles working as an assistant after being thrown out of college. But how will they collide when Luke makes Y/N pregnant after a drunkenly one night stand?
It seems as
though Calum isn’t grasping what is about the happen if we’re not very, very rapid. In a split second I fly out
of Calum’s embrace, pulling the duvet with me as I desperately try to locate
the articles of clothing that had covered my body upon arriving here. “Shit,
shit, shit … Shit!”
flows past my lips like molten butter as I slide my knickers over my legs while
trying to get my button up slid over my shoulders as well. Calum is slowly
sitting up, running a hand through his unruly hair as I throw one of his shirts
at his head. “Get dressed, now!”
knew you could be so bossy…” Calum chuckles and I throw him a death glare while
I button my shirt with one hand, my other trying to push a leg in my pants
hole. “This is not a time to fucking laugh at this Calum, or do you want
Meredith to see us stark naked tangled up?”
out of bed and slides one of his sweatpants over his legs, going commando for
the occasion, apparently, as he walks towards me. “What makes you think that
it’s Meredith coming home, it could be my –“ Calum doesn’t get to finish his
sentence before I am proven right.
you here?” I hear Meredith voice highly pitch against the walls, in search of
me. My eyes widen as I realise I left my coat on the floor of the hallway. “See?”
I whisper, pointing towards Calum’s closed door as I hear her footsteps
approaching. I slide my feet into my shoes and drop on Calum’s sofa as Calum
sits down on his bed, just in time.
“Cal is Y/n
– Ah, Y/n.” Meredith turns her head towards me and immediately frowns as I feel
my cheeks and ears tint red. I’m fiddling my hands in my lap as I try to avoid
Meredith’s gaze at all costs. “What uh – what are you doing here?” Meredith
continues as she keeps her position, hand on the door knob and eyes trained on
“I’m uh –“
I start my sentence and I let my eyes flick to Calum who seems totally unfazed
by all of this. He’s simply lounging on his bed, without a care in the world as
he lazily grins at me. Thanks for nothing, Calum.
to go out for something to eat with you, but you weren’t home yet so I decided
to hang out with Calum until you were.” I mumble the words at record speed as I
raise to my feet. My flat hands pat my thighs a few times, hoping to close off
this conversation and get out of here as soon as possible before I – or Calum,
who knows – blurts something out that isn’t for certain ears to hear right now.
was in the middle of ground…” Meredith just states with a raised eyebrow before
she crosses her arms over her chest. I feel my cheeks redden even more as I
take a few steps towards her, hoping to pass her soon and get this food I
quickly lied about.
“I – uh well
I put it on the banister so maybe it slid off or something, I have absolutely
no idea.” And that last part wasn’t even a proper lie. When Meredith’s stoic
features turn into a small smile, I know I’m off the hook and I’d get down on
my knees and thank God if that wouldn’t be suspicious.
let’s grab a bite to eat then. But I need to go to the restroom real quick I’ll
see you downstairs.” Meredith smiles and winks before she turns around and
disappears downstairs, leaving Calum and I alone once more.
couldn’t you just help me out once – “ I turn around, smile bright on my face
but I’m interrupted with Calum’s hand sliding along my jaw and his lips
forcefully pressed to mine. As soon as I let my eyelids flutter closed he
breaks the kiss and forces me to open my eyes again.
make you dinner tonight. A proper date, I won’t fuck it up.” Calum whispers
before he takes a step back. His grin brightens when he sees me nod my head as
a yes and kisses me quickly again. “Aren’t you going to be angry that again I
didn’t tell Mer anything?” I mumble, pushing Calum just the slightest bit away.
He seemed to totally let it slide although it was one of the reasons we’d argue
all the time.
Of course I
didn’t want to start an argument now but I didn’t want him mauling on this
while I was away with Meredith only to burst when we’d be alone together again.
“Y/n…” He starts off with a whine to my name and I feel myself tense up.
want to –“ he interrupts me. “I understand, Y/n. Let’s first see if we can work
out before telling everyone, right?” Calum smiles as he tucks a strand of hair
behind my ear and I feel my smile grow incredibly large.
the best.” I press my lips softly against his briefly before retreating and
already starting my way downstairs. “Y/n, be here tonight at seven.” I wink
before I completely disappear out of Calum’s sight. Just in time though, as I
hear the bathroom open loudly right as I set foot into the hallway.
me. How are you and Harry?” Meredith wiggles her eyebrows and I think back
about the last conversation that Harry and I had shared.
“Ah, I don’t
think that’s working out. But it doesn’t matter, we’re still planning on
remaining friends.” Meredith frowns as I finish my sentence and her hand grasps
mine over the table as we wait for our food.
“I – I think
it’s sad. You do deserve someone like Harry. I think he would treat you good.”
I nod my head along and smile as I see the waiter arrive with our food. “Thank
you.” I smile as I already pick up my utensils to dig into my bacon and eggs
before I respond to Meredith.
great guy, but just isn’t the one for me. I don’t think it’s very responsible
to go from friends with benefits to a relationship either, to be honest. I
think it takes a bit of the innocence I like of a fresh relationship.” I giggle
as Meredith starts laughing while shoving food in her mouth.

“Who said I
wasn’t happy the way all is now? I don’t need anything in my life but my bestie
right now.” I grin as I wink at her, shoving another piece of bacon past my

has taken away all magic.” I snort loudly as I try to swallow my food, and
partially fail. I grasp for my glass of water and shake my head.
you want to go to the movies tonight? There’s this new romance movie that I’m
dying to see and it’s recently playing.” Meredith starts hyping and I feel my
eyes widen as I rack my brain for an excuse. Keep it simple, don’t make up details or you will screw up. Thanks
for the advice mom.
I have plans tonight. But I’m free tomorrow?” I awkwardly smile as I scratch at
my thigh underneath the table. Meredith sighs but doesn’t seem to think any of
it. “Alright, I guess I’ll just go to Michael’s tonight then.” The thought of
Meredith not being home and Calum and I having free range makes my heart skip a

probably best to bail. We’ve been here for a few hours as well and I want to

lean down again to press my lips against her cheek as a goodbye. “Don’t do
anything I wouldn’t do.” Meredith grins and I feel my smile fall into a flat
line. I’m fairly certain she wouldn’t be doing what I’m about to.

bestfriend!luke or husband!cal
It was a long, beautiful day, and you couldn’t be happier with your head resting on your newly wed husband’s chest. Your right fingers were intertwined with his left as his right arm was pulling you closer into him, almost subconsciously trying to make your hearts beat as one. It was only the two of you left on the reception dance floor, the lights were a dim glow and everything was silent thanks to everyone going back to their designated hotels. This right here, was your favourite part of the whole day- just dancing in silence with your head rest on Calum’s chest.
“Sing to me,” You whisper quietly, just loud enough for him to hear you, and he doesn’t even have to ask what song. He just starts to softly sing ‘Ma Belle Evangeline’ from the movie Princess in the Frog because he knew that you had a soft spot for it (even though you’d never admit it to him out loud).
‘Look how she lights up the sky..’ He hums as you sway from side to side, your heels long gone under one of the many tables that used to be filled with friends and family.
‘Ma Belle, Evangeline…’ Your smile is soft as he presses his lips to the top of your head, lingering for a little bit before softly continuing to sing the song in a raspy voice, not that you minded.
This right here was your forever, and you’re so thankful.
Part II - Imagine Ashton’s confession goes viral, which he isn’t happy about. He is afraid to lose the bestest friend he ever had. It’s like you are gone until you appear in the crowd of 5sos’ next show. You traveled all the way from home to tell him in person what you feel for him
Are your requests open? If so could you do one (with any of the boys I don't mind☺️) where Y/N somehow ends up falling into deep water and he has to save her? Maybe like he saw her fall in and jumps in after her or something? Thank you and also just wanna say that I love love love your writing!!💛
Yes, requests are always open! I know sometimes it takes me forever to get around to writing them, but I’m always accepting them <3
So I know it’s been a while since I’ve written anything, but school’s back in and I just don’t have much time :( plus, I’m working on a book! Which is super exciting but it also takes up a lot of time lol.
But here’s this one! I hope you love it xx
You feel the breeze coming off of the lake as it blows through your hair and sends a shiver through your body. You’re currently sitting on a dock in the middle of the night with your boyfriend, Calum, and his three friends Ashton, Michael, and Luke. Someone came up with the great idea of playing truth or dare out by the lake, and for whatever reason you went along with it.
A few weeks ago, Calum invited you to come on vacation with him and the boys to a private lake house that they’d rented, and you were beyond excited to join him. The only thing is… you can’t swim.
You’ve never told Calum about this because you’re a little embarrassed. At your age, it should be something that you know how to do, but you just never learned. And to be honest, lakes and oceans frighten you. You have no desire to find what’s lurking beneath the surface.
So far you’ve been able to stay on the shore and tan or only go in the really shallow water, but tomorrow Calum wants to go riding jet skis. You know he’s going to find out you can’t swim at some point. You’re just hoping he doesn’t laugh.
“Luke, truth or dare,” Michael says, bringing your attention back to the game.
So far, everyone has chosen truth, so there hasn’t been much action. But Luke is about to break that trend.
“Dare,” he says confidently.
Michael laughs and turns to Ashton as they try to decide what the dare should be. You’re not paying them much attention. Calum has his arm lazily draped around you and you’re starting to fall asleep. It’s been a long day, and it’s very late.
“I dare you to throw (Y/N) in the lake!” Michael suddenly says.
This immediately wakes you up and you open your mouth to protest. Luke only laughs at your hesitation though as he easily scoops you up from where you’re sitting. You struggle against his hold and try to make the words ‘I can’t swim’ come out of your mouth, but it’s like you’ve forgotten how to speak.
Next thing you know, you’re submerged in freezing water. All of the breath has been knocked out of your body and you go completely still. It takes you a few seconds to realize that you need to try and get back to the surface.
You start flailing your arms, hoping that the boys will realize soon that you don’t know how to swim. You break the surface just long enough to draw in a short breath, but you’re almost immediately dragged back under. You arms start to become numb, and you stop flailing them as hard as your body slowly loses energy.
You vaguely feel a strong arm wrap around your waist, and you can’t even muster the strength to hold on to whoever is trying to save you. You can feel another pair of hands grabbing onto your arm and pulling you out of the water and back onto the dock, but your eyes refuse to open. It’s like your mind is aware, but your body isn’t.
“(Y/N)!” You hear Calum’s voice yell frantically.
You feel his large, warm hands roaming your face and your body, probably searching for any sign of life.
“Wake up, baby!” He yells, getting more and more panicked with each word. “(Y/N), wake the hell up!”
The next thing you feel are his lips being pressed against your own. You think for a minute that he’s kissing you, but then you feel his hands on your chest and you realize he’s giving you CPR.
You beg your body to wake up and start working again so that you can tell Calum you’re okay, but it isn’t listening. His compressions get more frantic and sloppy, and you can hear him quietly sobbing.
In the background, you hear the other boys bustling around trying to get help, but your mind only focuses on Calum. Somehow you know that he’s the one keeping you here.
“C-Cal,” you whisper, coughing up water as your mouth finally gets the words out.
“Yes! I’m here! (Y/N), keep talking to me!”
You continue to cough, more water coming out of your lungs with each hack. You open your eyes and gently roll onto your side to let the water spill out of your mouth.
When you feel like you can breathe again, you turn back to face Calum. His large, brown eyes are worriedly staring down at you and you can see his freshly shed tears mixing in with the water that’s dripping down his face. He must’ve been the one who jumped in to save you.
“Holy fuck, (Y/N). You scared the hell out of me,” he breathes as he pulls your body against his and holds you tight. “Why didn’t you tell me you couldn’t swim?”
“I was embarrassed,” you say quietly. “If I thought I was going to be thrown into a lake, I might have mentioned it earlier.”
He laughs a little at your sass, but you can tell he’s still freaking out.
“I swear none of the boys are allowed to touch you, come near you, or even breathe in your direction for the rest of time,” he says seriously. “I almost lost you.”
“But you didn’t,” you remind him. “Thanks for rescuing me. You’re my hero, Calum Hood.”
*Ashton and Calum get married and ask you to carry for a baby for them. Luke doesn’t think you should. Ashton and Calum then decide to have their sister carry a baby for them but the egg never attached*
“We should talk.” Luke said to you that night in bed. You had no idea if he had heard the conversation you had with Calum and Ashton but you were nervous. Calum and Ashton had broke the news to the Luke that their chances of getting a baby, were getting slimmer. They were telling Luke about how the next best thing would be adoption but they were upset that they wouldn’t have a baby that was theirs.
“About what?” You asked looking at him playing with his hair that he growing out.
“I think you should carry a baby for them.” He started. You couldn’t help the smile that spread across your face. “All they want is a baby of their own and I know that you love being pregnant and since we’re not ready for another baby I think you should do it.” He said being serious.
