I just watched my brother eat an afternoon snack that was the calorie equivalent to everything I’ve eaten today.
I just started a commit to get fit challenge at work. Last week was the first week and at weigh-in I only lost 1.6 lbs. I know 1-2 lbs/week is what you should aim for, but I really thought I would lose more at first. I logged all my calories as accurately as possible, followed my plan to the letter, and worked out as planned. I'm feeling discouraged and was hoping you'd have some word of encouragement or wisdom.
