Since there’s a lot of people here who might need it; and the only kind of music I know to be calming tends to be game music, here’s some nice music.
Just note: not all can be classed as ‘calm’ but some can be classed as ‘happy’, as up-tune beats could perhaps make people feel better as well. (All have warnings if they apply.)
Also if anybody needs to see this as a sign to not kill themselves, then this is it. Please do not hurt yourself or kill yourself! Fight through this life with us, yeah? This is for everybody to enjoy. I mean everybody.

I was having a mildly bad day today, and right after ordering a drink at McDonald’s I spot this 12? year old kid looking at me. So I turn to them and they hold up their fist and we fist bump and they just wordlessly walk away. They absolutely made my fucking day.
I can only imagine it was because of Pokemon Go (was on my phone, plus on my wrist) or Team Instinct (people are so much more adept at spotting what team I’m on when I’m playing than vice versa) but just made me happy.
💦 *Aquamarine, Ocean Jasper, Nebula Stone, *Lapis Lazuli, and/or *Calcite 💦 Chamomile Tea (3-4 bags if using tea bags) 💦 Eucalyptus Essential Oil (2 drops) 💦 Blue Candles 💦 Sea Salt or Epsom Salt (or a little of both) 💦 Gardenia Incense
💦 Fill your tub with warm water. While its filling set up your candles and begin lighting them and light your incense. Make sure to follow fire safety and keep them away from any towels or other flammable objects. Place your crystals around the tub or near it.
💦 To your water add your salt and tea bags. “Serene waters, calm currents, mend my energies, like ocean waves wash away my aches.”
💦 Add your drops of eucalyptus oil (be careful it is super strong) “Surround me, envelope me, cleanse me, heal me.”
💦 Get into the water and close your eyes. Feel the warmth of the water around you, imagine the steam of it wrapping around the rest of you like ribbons. Feel the warmth relax you physically and emotionally. Take deep breaths and breath in the steam.
💦 Remain in the bath for as long as you need. Exit once you feel relaxed, warm and emotionally calmed.
*stones that should not get wet so should remain only near the tub or on the edge, keep out of the water.
