calf workouts

There is a stage where people can’t tell if you’re pregnant or have just gained some weight. I am in that stage. But I don’t care cause I gained some confidence and I got over my gym fears a long time ago! So I absolutely kicked this little booty in the gym today! My workouts have changed drastically and I feel ok with that. I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins while watching Greys and then did some squats, deadlifts, and calf raises!💪🏼😍🤰🏻

Although I workout for calf muscles in 4 times in one week,my calf muscles are still thick?

What do you mean? You’re trying to slim down?

If so, training 4 times a week won’t make them grow. Even if you want to add definition to them, that’s not the right way to do it.

Is it true that the only muscle you can train everyday is your abs?

Abs are like other any muscles, they grow during your rest. Don’t listen the broscience saying “You can train your abs everyday”. Yes, they recover quicker than other muscle groups, but overtraining will not help them get bigger.”

Research prove that overtraining is counter-productive and some people say ‘hey fuck science’.

I personally kind of do both, I always let 48 hours of rest for each muscle groups. But sometimes I feel like: ‘damn my calves are so small’ and I train them the day after my previous calf workout.
