There is a stage where people can’t tell if you’re pregnant or have just gained some weight. I am in that stage. But I don’t care cause I gained some confidence and I got over my gym fears a long time ago! So I absolutely kicked this little booty in the gym today! My workouts have changed drastically and I feel ok with that. I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins while watching Greys and then did some squats, deadlifts, and calf raises!💪🏼😍🤰🏻
I’m SO happy that my muscles didn’t go away completely from not being able to work out in almost 2 weeks! They’re def smaller but I’ll get them back in no time. I’m so damn determined that they just have to! Right??👍🏼🙊

Abs are like other any muscles, they grow during your rest. Don’t listen the broscience saying “You can train your abs everyday”. Yes, they recover quicker than other muscle groups, but overtraining will not help them get bigger.”
