Rewatching Rizzoli and Isles with my gf, who’s still trying to figure out all the characters. Jane just mentioned that she hit traffic on her way to Maura’s apartment.

Gf: Wait…do they not live together?

Me: Nope. I know, it’s weird that she doesn’t live with her wife and all.

Gf: So you’re telling me she drives over every single morning for breakfast?

Me: Yep. And for dinner. And sometimes she sleeps there.

Gf: I don’t know what’s gayer…

So said everyone watching this show ever

“Well, it seems to me that the best relationships - the ones that last - are frequently the ones that are rooted in friendship. You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than you did the night before. Like a switch has been flicked somewhere. And the person who was just a friend is… suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with.”

was going back through old rizzles gif sets from s1-s3. gosh they're such an attractive couple. rizzoli's swag alone....

i don’t know why Jane’s wardrobe changed. and i’ll be honest, a big part of that was the button up/blazer combo and the soft butch, confident attitude that swaggered with it.

i mean look at this

and look at Jane looking at Maura. i dont even think Jane unbuttoned that second button. it just undid itself after Jane takes that “compose yourself Rizzoli and don’t let her see how turned on you are” breath.
