I made a thing about stretching! Some of the images are hard to see, but if you click on them they should produce a larger image!

I kind of can’t believe it’s already (almost) June! I know I’ve been pretty absent for May, but I’m going to be focusing on my physical health and fitness more this upcoming month and finish this first half of the year on a happier note.

These are my plans for June + a blank calendar I made (with a background I found online). Feel free to use the workout plans and/or the blank calendar to write in your own (or any other plans for the year)!

Just a reminder: I’m not certified, and I make the plans special for me and my needs and schedule. If you decide to use my plans, just please be aware of this and always respect your OWN body. If you need extra rest days, or to remove a few exercises here and there, please do. Likewise it may not be enough for you. Always listen to our own body. Over training and injuries suck! <3
