Gwen: Hunith made you some food. Arthur: Thanks. I think. Gwen: Food is scarce for these people. You shouldn’t turn your nose up at it. (off Arthur’s look) Oh no. I shouldn’t have spoken to you like that. I’m sorry. Arthur: Gwen… Gwen: I’m sorry. I don’t know what I was thinking. It won’t happen again. Arthur: Guinevere! Thank you. You’re right. And you were right to speak up. I should’ve listened to you and Morgana. We’re going to need all the help we can get. Gwen: We’ll be fine. Arthur: How can you be so sure? Gwen: Because I have faith in you. (off Arthur’s look) I mean… we all do.
Hold my hand, Doctor. Try to see what I see. We’re so lucky we’re still alive to see this beautiful world. Look at the sky. It’s not dark and black, without character. The black is in fact deep blue. And over there, lighter blue. And blue and through the blueness and the blackness, the wind swirling through the air. And then shining, burning, bursting through through the stars. And you see how they throw their light. Everywhere we look, complex magic of nature blazes before our eyes.
Last night I had a dream. I heard a voice and it was calling my name. I told Mum and Dad. And Mickey. Anyone else would think I was mad. Not those three. They believed it. Because they’ve met The Doctor. So they listened to the dream. And that night, we packed up. Got into Dad’s old jeep and off we went. Just like the dream said. Followed the voice. Across the water. Kept on driving hundreds and hundreds of miles. ‘Cause he’s calling. Here I am, at last. And this is the story of how I died.

I touch the fire and it freezes me. I look into it, and it’s black. Why can’t I feel? My skin should crack and peel. I want the fire back! Now through the smoke, she calls to me; to make my way across the flame. To save the day, or maybe melt away. I guess it’s all the same…
I was going to take you to so many places. Barcelona. Not the city Barcelona, the planet Barcelona. You’d love it. Fantastic place. They’ve got dogs with no noses. Imagine how many times a day you end up telling that joke, and it’s still funny.
Fascinating race, the Weeping Angels. The only psychopaths in the universe to kill you nicely. No mess, no fuss, they just zap you into the past and let you live to death. Rest of your life, used up, blown away in a blink of an eye. You die in the past and in the present they consume the energy of all the days you might have had. All your stolen moments. They’re creatures of the abstract, they live off potential energy.
Come on, look at me! No plan, no back up, no weapons worth a damn, oh, and something else I don’t have, anything to lose! So, if you’re sitting up there in your silly little space ships with all your silly little guns, and you’ve got any plans on taking the Pandorica tonight, just remember who’s standing in your way! Remember every black day I ever stopped you, and then, and then, do the smart thing! Let somebody else try first.
Mal: Well, look at this! Appears we got here just in the nick of time. What does that make us?Zoe: Big damn heroes, sir.
To be honest, Firefly would probably be higher on this list if it had had the run it deserved. I loved this show, the characters, the prettiness, the angst… It still makes me sad that it was over so soon.
