They sure are! Most of them are crackpot, but fun enough to research if you have the time. I recommend researching the Smiley Face Murders, the disappearance of Brian Shaffer, the Elisa Lam case, The DeFeo family murders, Madeleine McCann, and Jack the Ripper. While the cases are relatively well known, there’s a lot of online discussion about ‘alternative ’ theories that can be pretty fun to read.
