I have been tracking my food for a long time but decided it has become pointless for me now. Eating healthy has become a habit. I drink 1-2 green smoothies a day & eat very healthy dinners. So I know that I am getting all of my nutrients & no excess bad fats. So I am just going to track my activity level with my Fitbit! I have found that I walk more days and longer when I can see my progress. #fitbit #exercise #bwdw #blackwomendoworkout #bwg2wl #walk
