Written by Iann Robinson, with art from Barclay Jordan and Lettering by Amanda Wilson, this comic gives a look at one possible final confrontation between the Dark Knight and his greatest adversary. On this episode of “Fatman on Batman,” Kevin Smith reads JLA #14 which is part of the Grant Morrison’s Rock of Ages story arc. Rock of Ages is one of my favorite comic stories and this is what inspired me to get the book.

The introduction to one of my favorite characters happens on this page- Lt. Liefeld. I imagine if you’re a comics fan from the 90′s, you recognize the name as being one of the most influential creators of our time. Despite what anyone says about Rob, he’s one of the greats, and creates comics with a punk rock mentality that I actually really respect. So, that’s why he gets a character in my comic named after him!
