That was awesome. My mom looks really young there, doesn't she?
Dude, what was that? What happened right there?
What was the family on the stairs? What was that?
That was probably the next family coming in to get there presents.
What are you talking about? What was happening there?!
That was the Christmas tradition....Where you go house to house collecting your presents and when the next family comes, you would run.
I'm not aware of this tradition, Keith. In fact, I think you were just stealing from that home....
What? No! I was taking their presents but they were taking MINE. Yeah, that's why there were never any presents at my house when I got back. The neighbors took them. You're telling me on Christmas Day you wouldn't go from house to house collecting presents?
NO! NO ONE DOES THAT!
But my mom said that was the tradition!
And your mom is a thief and a murderer who eats people, so she's not exactly trustworthy.....
Ashi is reunited with Jack and still has her powers so they decide to have a child and they fell in love with him so then they wanted another and ended up with 6 more daughter. They’re done having kids.
Jack and Ashi believe their daughters are reincarnations of ashi’s sisters so they named their girls after them. (they have jacks eyes instead, while Ai has Ashi’s)
I picture dad Jack being playful chill dad and Ashi being awesome mom but she’s the tougher one since she got the demon powers and is in charge of teaching the girls better control. She’s often overprotective of Ai because he doesn’t have powers….yet. Sometimes they sleep in the same giant bed.
Gonna draw more of them cuz they def have a story.
MY MUM LOVES STAR TREK BUT SHE DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH AND I STARTED LIVE-TRANSLATING THIS AMAZING FIC FOR HER BUT THEN I MOVED TO ANOTHER CITY BECAUSE OF THE UNIVERSITY AND SHE FINISHED IT ON HER OWN USING FREAKING GOOGLE TRANSLATOR AND IT WAS LIKE 18 LONG CHAPTERS AND I’M SO SO PROUD OF HER LIKE…. GOOGLE TRANSLATOR IS SO BAD AND SHE’S SO AMAZING
You bet your ass Derek Hale is a feminist, not like he had a choice growing up with Laura as his big sister and his mom being as awesome as she is. He didn’t even know he was a feminist until his first day of classes at NYU. Laura had signed him up for a gender studies 101 class and Derek was astonished to hear that some people don’t think women can do everything a man can do.
He double majored in gender studies and English, he read every bit of feminist literature he could get his hands on, he went to protests, he registered voters, he was active in the community and known as a fierce ally around campus, Laura had been so proud.
When everything had gone to shit in Beacon Hills it had all sort of fallen apart for him, he stopped blogging, he lost touch with his friends back in New York, he had retreated into himself and lost touch with what made him Derek.
So when he left Beacon Hills and moved back to New York to finish school he spent a lot of time trying to find himself again. He found himself in books, in people, in protests, in his classes. When he graduated a year later he felt more like himself than he had since Laura died, and it felt good, but he still felt like something was missing.
Enter Stiles Stilinski.
Derek thought he’d never see Stiles again, he had resigned himself to the fact that Stiles would stay in California and with the pack because that’s who he was and Derek knew he couldn’t be there anymore, it wasn’t good for him or for anyone.
He thought he might be imagining things when he saw Stiles walking across NYU’s campus, thought that he had willed him into existence, but then Stiles stopped and gave him a huge smile.
They got lunch, Stiles asked Derek what he’s doing at NYU and Derek proudly tells him that he’s getting his masters in gender studies.
Stiles gapes at him, then starts throwing questions at him about how he got into that, how he feels about XYZ political events, what made him come back to NYU, how he feels about feminism in the modern world, and Derek, well he’s floored because he loves talking about this kind of stuff, but more than that, Stiles is interested in it.
When Derek looks back years later he realizes that’s the start of it all for them, the real start at least. Stiles starts volunteering with Derek, he takes a few gender studies classes himself, on top of his engineering courses, he starts a ‘safe walks’ group on campus for anyone who doesn’t feel safe walking alone after the election.
But they’re not dating. Well they’re doing everything that Derek would consider dating but they aren’t having sex or kissing. Until finally, one day they’re marching in a women’s march and they’re holding hands and Derek can’t help himself.
The crowd stops outside Central Park and Derek looks at Stiles who’s been screaming and cheering the entire time and he takes his face in his hands.
“Are you finally gonna kiss me Hale?” Stiles asks him, a big smile on his face.
Derek nods just before their lips touch. It’s the best first kiss either of them have ever had. Stiles is still holding his “Mike Pence Has Never Satisfied a Woman in His Life” sign above his head in one hand.
Their picture ends up all over the internet, neither of them are mad about it, in fact they use it for their first official holiday card as a couple the next year.
And they still go to protests, they still spend their free time volunteering, they raise their two son’s to treat women with the respect they deserve, they raise their daughter to never underestimate herself.
They also raise hell about reproductive rights, about equal pay, about LGBTQ+ rights, about rape culture, about immigration reform, and racism. At the age of 43 Derek is elected to the US Senate for the state of New York, his husband and 3 kids are by his side when he’s sworn in.

Oliver closes his eyes, hoping desperately it would drown out the flashing lights, the thumping music, and Asher’s obnoxious, slurred voice. Unfortunately, behind closed eyelids he sees nothing but the vivid image of Asher smacking his own ass in front of Connor’s fathers.
What a first impression.
“I did not see that one coming.” Asher awkwardly rubs a hand over his hair as he avoids embarrassing eye contact by glancing down at the man still slouched in his seat. “S-sorry. Sorry I just suggested a foursome between-”
“Asher!” Oliver silently begs him with his eyes to shut his trap.
But Asher doesn’t.
“Um… well, this is awkward,” Asher stammers when Connor still doesn’t say a word, he just silently glares off at nothing. “Uh, god… meeting the parents is always so stressful. R-right, Ollie?”
Can you imagine that being the silly boys they are, they just didn’t tell Rosie to call Sherlock ‘papa’? And time pases, and just they don’t. They evelope, they stay together, they start a really healthy -finally- relationship and Rosie gets bigger under their care but they just don’t tell Rosie that Sherlock is her dad too (1/16)
(because he does everything John does, even a bit more like doing her piggy tails perfectly -with those blue hair bands with tiny ballons pressed on them and yellow bee hair clips “she doesn’t need to combine them, she’s perfect even when she got your fashion sense”- and knowing which stories are her favorites one when she is two “come on, John, she stays 2 point 42 seconds longer up with you read to her that silly story about pigglets and the animal that blows their houses and not that one about the girl and the shoe! That’s quite smart actually, well done my dearest Watson”-).
John is just scared that if he ask Sherlock to take this task, he’ll flee away and John just can’t live without him (no when he knows that Sherlock’s toes are twice as long than his or the warmth he feels in his chest when he catchs him wearing his sweaters when he’s sick “just because they’re warm”. John never tells him that he saw all of Sherlock’s sweaters in the back of the bottom drawer since John pointed this out). So no, he doesn’t.
Sherlock doesn’t ask because he’s scared too. He’s lived alone and barely survived. He can’t live without John and Rosie (no when he knows that John uses this chamomile cream for his callused hands when he thinks that Sherlock can’t see him and make fun of him -he never sees, he smells but choose to never point this out. Sherlock guesses that must be some old child trauma, maybe his father, telling him not to be a “girl”- or how much honey Rosie needs in her tea when her throat is a bit hoarse). So no, he doesn’t ask.
The three of them live in 221B, happily, I gotta say. Until Rosie is four and they can’t shut her off her pairs, so they inscribe her in this daycare near their house after Sherlock checked every single one of the kid’s parents. It’s easier than they think to tell her and it’s a bit more difficult for them, quieter definitely. But it is needed. They believe so. They both say “bye” to her (her favorite pink with yellow flowers dress, warm black leggings, shiny white shoes, cream sweater, and her favorite hairstyle), alongside with another parents crying. Sherlock doesn’t have time to deduce them until they see their -yes, their- baby -not so much little now- girl dissapear in a sea of kids, her yellow polka dot jacket and bees’ backpack into her new classroom.
Rosie never saw so many kids together in her life! I mean, her dad and Sherlock took her to the park almost everyday but they just never left her to her own devices. It was scary but a good scary -specially because Sherlock told her that they would come after her and fear not and there was also this girl, Amanda, a tan and all smiles girl, kept talking to her about her cats and her moms-. She knew that there were all kinds of families but never talked about it with a kid like her. Almost everyone had a dad and a mom, but Amanda had two moms and seemed a little confused about her dad and Sherlock. When she explained her day to day schedule (“do they hold each other’s hands?” “duh, of course they do!” “and they kiss each other?” “of course! Specially when Sherlock eats” “then you have two dads! That must be cool but I’ve to moms so I can tell you that having two moms is awesome–!”) there was no “Sherlock”, she must have looked so silly! Maybe so silly that it must be the reason why Sherlock looked at her funny sometimes -like that time he catched her trying to see how his violin worked or when she played doctor with her dad’s robe-, probably he wanted her to dedutce? Which one was the word?
Rosie was a Smart girl and in no time decided Sherlock’s new name, so when the class was over, with a little bit of help, she got all of her colors back in her tiny Hello Kitty case (she hoped her drawing was cool enough to get a place in the refrigerator) and her clothes while Mrs. Kleint explained them what they were going to do tomorrow. With the new drawing in her hand, she screamt as high and she could “PAPAAAAAAAAAAA” when she saw them standing in the middle -Sherlock height always helped- in her happy way, running with her chubby legs. John felt relieved, she missed him as much as he missed her but even when he opened his arms, he saw how she hugged Sherlock’s legs tight.
Later that night, after long conversations and dinner, Rosie’s new drawing was the only thing in their refrigerator: Sherlock, John, Rosie and the ducks they fed on Saturdays with the tiny shaky scribble on top (help from Mrs. Kleint): -papa, dad, Rosie-. (16/16) Fin.
WOW! That was so long and beautiful! I signed online and was like “omg I have like seventeen asks, what did I do? But it turned out it was only this lovely thing! Thank you so much!!! It’s precious! <3
Descendants 2 (SPOILER ALERT, and also, long post ahead)
❁◕ ‿ ◕❁
So I watched Descendants 2 and I have to say it was…actually better than I expected (let me tell you I did not expect okay). Yeah, it was entertaining and the songs were fine -some of them were actually good, like ‘chilling like a villain’ or the one Mal and Evie sang together.
Uma, daughter of Ursula
I have to say, Uma was a great 'villain’.
I liked that she didn’t turn good right away. I mean, she’s full of anger and hateful about being stuck in the Isle while Mal and the others live the happy life in Araudon. She has a mom that doesn’t love her like a mother is supposed to -though to be fair, all villain kids as well-, and she feels the world owes her because of all she’s been through. Of course her transition to goodness wasn’t going to be that easy, and given her strong personality and all that, definitely not that fast. I somehow liked that when she felt like a cornered animal when they all were trying to give her a second chance at the last part of the movie, instead of giving in, she run away, transformed into an awesome sea monster, just like her mom, and gave a fight and all that. I think it felt more realistic? or something, and fitting to who she is, in the context of the movie, because Uma somehow deserves more developing of her story, and if they would’ve made her good right away, like I said, it would’ve felt fake or something. I’m sure she’s a good person, but she needs to realize that on her own accord, not because someone tells her to. Or something.
Lonnie: finally some justice for Mulan’s daughter
I loved that they gave Lonnie more importance in the movie (because I love Mulan ahah) and what better way than showing her as a determined, strong female leader, ready to defy standards like in Tourney and in the 'battle field’, so to speak, just like Mulan. I mean, it’s not as if she became the protagonist, but, y'know what I mean …I hope xD. Besides, I even loved more that they didn’t push a relationship between her and Jay like we know Disney always does -cough cough Carlos and Jane cough cough-. If I perceived well, it definitely did not look like it, it more looked like Jay respected her and vice versa, and that was a hell of a friendship right there. Supporting your friend against sexist assholes a.k.a Chad, and being there for them, no matter what, is the best kind of friendship yay! And it doesn’t have to always turn into something else, I mean, c'mon, boys and girls can be just friends.
As for that exact last point, here goes my complaint about the Carlos/Jane thingy.
Carlos and…Jane? ok-ay
It’s not that I don’t agree they look cute - 'cause I’ve always thought, ever since the first movie, that Carlos and Jane would actually not look that bad together -, it’s also not because I think Carlos is gay and that for that reason it looked forced -though, Carlos may very well be gay or, y'know, bi, or anything else, so it is a little sad that Disney didn’t go through that road with him, but y'know, Disney, right? - nop, the actual reason I did not buy the CarlosxJane thing was because there was no build up for it, none at all. Like, yeah sure, they danced last movie and that was it. You don’t suddenly fall in love or get a crush on someone just because you dance with them for a little while, and that’s definitely not reason for someone to suddenly 'hear her voice in my head’ like Carlos said in Ways to be Wicked. Besides, in the first movie, Carlos barely paid attention to Jane until the very last, and lemme tell you, it did not look like someone who wanted to dance with somebody because they liked them in a romantic way or something.
Yeah, probably they had more contact after the dance scene last movie that we certainly didn’t see in this one, but if that would’ve been the case, it would’ve been more obvious when Carlos and Jane interacted, but all I saw was a suddenly love-sick Carlos and a definitely not-intetested-in-Carlos Jane, having some awkward scenes for the sake of the obligatory rule Disney has about all characters being with someone -that on top of that must be of the opposite sex, obviously. I mean, it looked forced because they didn’t even try to make it look real. Yeah, I know, movie can’t last forever, there’s no time to develop something believable between these two, but c'mon, even in Frozen they pulled off the believable romance between Anna and Hans -although he later turned out to be the biggest asshole to be alive, but at least their brief thingy was believable until that point. It could’ve been great if they wouldn’t have forced it, if they would’ve made Jane more interested, if they would’ve made her actually pay attention to Carlos and them actually talking just for the sake of it and, I dunno, maybe then realize that hey, this person is actually super nice and I may start to like like them, or something. But no, they just couldn’t do it.
And yeah, it was really bad that they didn’t make Carlos have a thing for Jay, because that would’ve not only been super cool, but also really believable -you cannot deny they had chemistry in the first movie that still was subtly shoved in our faces in this one-. Seriuously Disney, nothing bad’s gonna happen if you make Jaylos (or any ohter lgbtq couple, for that matter, seeing as the new villain kid, Harry Hook, was certainly not straight anyone could see that) happen. I mean, it’s 2017, for crying out loud! You should really follow the example of norwegian shows.
Again, I actually wouldn’t have mind that much Carlos and Jane as an item, if only they would’ve tried harder for it to look real. Man, even Lonnie and Jay is acceptable -though I’m still up for that killer friendship. But, oh well, you can’t really expect more of Disney when it comes to either diversity or convincing relationships that are not the main relationship…if that makes sense lol.
Anyway, despite that big, huge disappointment -along with the one where they cut the one scene where they show hook’s son kissing gaston’s son, because that would’ve been big kudos to Disney-, overall the movie wasn’t that bad. I say it was thanks to the new characters added, Lonnie being a baddass, the rotten four being supportive of each other, and the healthy relationships shown that were convincing -Evie and Dopey’s son, and Mal and Ben, though Mevie wasn’t bad either ahaha.
if you read until this point, thanks! sorry for any spelling mistakes, english is not my first language, I try my best lol and as for my opinion, well, that’s what it is, lol, let me know what you thought of the movie or whatever hehe
