Just a Friend pt 1

louve-noir: Hi! First of all….I LOVE sites like yours. We as black women are underrepresented in fanfiction. May I have a Steve x reader? I would like the reader to work at the Avengers tower with Tony. She and Steve are really good friends and she tries to help him with Sharon but really she likes him. Can Bucky realize she likes Steve & tries to help the reader tell me.

“Buck, this for sure shouldn’t rust. Sorry that dumbass over there decided to make your arm out of iron.” I say glaring at Tony who was busying himself by improving one of his suits.

“Well he shouldn’t of killed my parents huh?” Tony says, not even looking away from his work.

There was silence as Bucky’s face hardened and I didn’t know how to respond.

Instead I tapped him on the knee, “You’re all good Buck. I’ll see you later for beers with the guys at 8.”

He silently nodded, giving me a small smile before leaving the lab.

“Tony I’m done with the modifications for Peter’s suit. So I’m gonna go ahead and head out. Don’t forget to sleep at least five hours and to eat dinner.” I tell him, packing up my things.

“Alright, mom.” He says sarcastically with a salut and I nod with a smile.

I then make my way home quickly in order to freshen up before meeting Sam, Bucky and Steve for our weekly beer and pizza night at our favorite pub.

Once home, I take a quick shower and try to do something with my type 4c hair before giving up and letting it do what it wants.

“What to wear? What to wear?” I say to my cat, Dima.

Dima just looks up at me with his jade green eyes while I continue to look through my drawers for something to wear.

“Well I don’t want to wear something too casual since I’m already thought of as one of the guys. But I don’t want to look like I’m putting in too much of an effort. Even though I do want to impress Steve.” I say to the black cat that continues to look at me bored.

In the end, I decide to wear a black body con dress with a red flannel tied around my waist and my adidas superstars. Then I finish the look with some mascara and red lipstick that matched my flannel. This wasn’t that dressed up…at least it wasn’t for me.

Seeing that it was already 7:50, I go ahead and call an uber.

—————————————————————————————

Once I arrive to the pub, I see the three men sitting at a table in the corner. It was pretty hard not to miss the two super soldiers and the almost equally muscular Sam. A seat beside Steve was conveniently left empty for me.

“There she is!” Sam says, getting up to give me a side hug.

“Hey! What’s up?” I hug him back, before hugging Bucky and Steve and taking a seat.

God Steve smelled incredible as always. Honestly I was surprised that I was into Steve. He was different from what I usually went for—the bad boy type like Bucky, or the fashionable and street kind. But it didn’t really matter because it was obvious that he was way too into Sharon to notice me and besides, I’m not one to chase. Not to mention, he only thought of me as one of his good friends.

“You look great, what’s the occasion?” Bucky asks with a knowing smirk.

He was able to catch onto my crush on Steve although his best friend couldn’t.

“Boy, what you mean? I always look good.” I say flipping my hair for extra effect while Steve and Sam laugh.

Steve then pushes me a glass of dark liquid.

“Whiskey and Coke?” I ask excitedly.

“Of course, doll. And with an extra shot of whiskey. You’re the only girl I know that can handle this much whiskey.” He looks over at me with his piercing blue eyes.

“Well it comes with being a southern girl.” I say, emphasizing my south southern accent.

Sam then coughs, breaking Steve and I from our conversation.

“So you never finished telling us about your awkward encounter with Sharon.” Sam says with a slight laugh.

My face falls ever so slightly, but it isn’t missed by Bucky.

“It wasn’t awkward. I just don’t know what to say after we—“ Steve trails off.

“Kissed?” Sam finishes, not noticing that I didn’t really want to hear this conversation.

“I mean what do you say or do after that? Buck, surely you know.” Steve looks over at Bucky who was quietly listening and observing me.

“Steve, you know I don’t know today’s dames.” He shrugs and his eyes dart to me quickly.

Steve suspiciously looks from Bucky to me before deciding to brush it off.

“What do you think, Y/n?” He asks as I take a sip of my drink.

I’m gonna need a couple if this turns into another, help me with Sharon night.

“I don’t know. Just be normal and maybe ask her about the kiss casually? Don’t want to embarrass yourself if it meant more to you than her.” I say before I can stop myself and immediately feel like slapping myself in the back of the head for being stupid and giving him advice to get the girl I don’t want him with.

I can tell that Bucky feels the same as he looks at me with a deadpanned expression.

“Yeah, you’re right! I’m glad to have such a good friend like you, doll.” He says, side hugging me and I smile a smile that doesn’t quite reach my eyes.

The night continues on with laughter, fake smiles (on my part), and funny stories from missions and before you know it, it’s about 10:30.

“I guess I better go. Gotta get up bright and early to help Tony tomorrow.” I stand and hug everyone goodbye.

“Hey, let me walk you home.” Bucky says getting up, causing Sam and Steve to look at us curiously.

Bucky and I were somewhat close compared to the rest of the avengers but I was still much closer to Sam and Steve since Bucky was just now opening up and going back to being himself.

“Alright?” I sort of ask as I link arms with Bucky as we walk out of the pub.

Once we’ve exited, Bucky stops us and looks at me.

“What the hell was that, Y/n? You’re obviously into the punk and you give him advice for another girl?” He huffs and runs a hand through his hair.

“Buck, he’s not into me. So why try? I’m not little miss perfect, blonde haired, blue eyed Sharon Carter.” I roll my eyes.

“That’s because he’s too stupid to see the tall, dark eyed, smooth skinned, beauty with cool hair.” Bucky says, building me up as we continue walking to my place and I can’t help but smile wide.

“Why do you want me with him so bad?” I ask, suspiciously.

Everyone liked perfect Sharon. Nat and Wanda invited her in our girls nights (which I stopped attending), Tony liked bantering with her, as did Sam, and Clint liked to spar with her and teach her to shoot arrows. I on the other hand didn’t like to be around to see how perfect she was and be jealous that I wasn’t the same.

“I just feel like you’re a better fit for him. You need someone who’s respectful and kind, and he needs someone more exciting that’ll keep him on his toes. Besides, I just like you more.” He shrugs an arm over my shoulder as we continue walking.

I ponder over what he said as we walk up to my apartment building.

“I get that you want me to be with Steve but I’m no Sharon and I have to deal with that. Thanks for walking me home, Buck.” I hug the super soldier around the neck and he hugs back cautiously, still afraid of hurting me with his arm.

“I don’t know. He looked pretty jealous when I was looking at you and offered to walk you home. But anyway, goodnight doll.” He smiles before turning on his heel and walking towards the tower.

@louve-noir  this is just part one. I’ll have part two out tomorrow probably :)

Too Close for Comfort (Teen Wolf - Stiles x OC)

Request from anon : Could you do a stiles imagine where you are Scott’s sister and you are secretly dating stiles.

Word count : 7,4k (I feel like I’m making progress, they used to be twice as long!!)

Synopsis : Just the everyday struggles that come with being the twin sister of a true Alpha.

A/N: For the sake of the plot and nothing else, Allison is still alive, although she does not appear in the story (Allison, I’m so sorry for turning you into a plot device). I made Sasha (the OC) Scott’s twin, because it was easier and spared me the trouble of coming up with an age difference. This took me literally ages (read: months), I’m sorry for being such an unreliable writer, I  have little to no sense of priority and I keep postponing everything I’m asked to do. That’s how strong my contradictory spirit is. Here I am, dropping this imagine when everybody least expects it. Surprise!

MASTERLIST

You know what really sucks when your brother is a werewolf? Everything.

And that doesn’t even come close to reality, Sasha’s life has become so much more difficult since Scott was bitten by Peter. Having an asthmatic twin brother whose main concern in life was to pass his math class was boring, but it was safe and Sasha had the privilege of being the most extra of the two – ah good times ! But then of course Scott’s asthma became a thing of the past, added to his new found super strength and speed, his popularity went from zero to ten real quick, leaving Sasha in the dust, far behind him.

Not that he wanted to leave her behind. Scott was the absolute best brother one could possibly dream of in terms of loyalty and support, but it just happened. He couldn’t exactly fight against the natural course of the events while also learning to control his powers – and trying to win over Allison with his awkward charm. And then Peter happened, which only compelled him to push Sasha farther away for her own safety. At the time, she thought it was the worst thing that could happen, and once Peter was defeated, she thought everything was over and life would go back to normal.

A/N: I hope you like it! This is obviously based on an alternative universe where Jared is not married to his respective and lovely wife, I love Genevieve.

“Who is that sweetie pie I see standing over there?” you heard Jared’s voice from a distance, smiling to yourself you raised your eyes from your script and gave a little nod, almost unnoticeable for anyone on a distance but for your little toddler did saw it and before you knew it she ran across the run to his arms.

You were a new actress for the Supernatural show, it was the 13th season and the second episode was being filmed, so the guys have only known you for two weeks, meaning that they have known your daughter for the same amount of time.

Everyone in your life have always told you that she looked like you, she had your same skin color, nose, lips, hair, basically she was a copy of you but her eyes were gray, like father’s; so when you came to the set with her, you thought your cast mates were going to notice but to your surprise it was nothing like that.

The crew absolutely knew about her since you basically arrived there with them, you were terrified of getting late to work so you always were there at least a half an hour before the rest of the cast, at first you thought it would annoy the crew but your daughter had them wrapped around her little finger and everybody loved hearing her crazy stories.

As any child, your daughter, Katie loved exploring and was very independent, so as long as you gave her permission she would go on little adventures and on the set it was no different. You always tried to keep an eye on her and so did the crew and security.

The Treehouse

Request: Can you do #4 with Wonho? I just loooove your writing ❤❤❤

4) “I might be annoying, but at least my lock screen isn’t a selfie.”

Member: Monsta X’s Wonho x Y/N

Type: Fluff/angstish?

I set my chin against my palm as I gazed down at what had to have been my favorite view. I felt like a bird as my eyes glided over treetops and houses, pictures of fields and mountains in the distance. It was simultaneously calming and terrifying being this high in the air, but I trusted my father’s hands, his wood work and effort. My childhood treehouse hadn’t aged a day, when I had aged too many.

“Are you going to throw the ladder down or do I have to stand here all day?” a familiar voice called from the ground.

I heaved a sigh as I shuffled in the small space. Crossing the approximately six feet of floor, I leaned out of the opposite window and looked down at my next door neighbor, Hoseok.

Or Wonho as the kids called him these days.

“Password!” I shouted, trying to hide my smile.

He crossed his arms. “You know how annoying you are right now?”

“I might be annoying, but at least my lock screen isn’t a selfie!” I called down to him, my smile growing by the minute.

“I value art,” he smiled back up at me. “Now throw down the damn ladder!”

“Fine!” I groaned. “You big old baby.”

I leaned over, taking the aged rope ladder into my hands and throwing it over the side. The wind caught it, aiding me in my toss. Hoseok waited for it to quit jumping before he caught it with his own fingers, steadying the rocking before he hoisted himself up.

I slid across the planks of wood and leaned against the wall. After a few minutes, Hoseok’s head appeared in the small entryway of the treehouse and he winced as he glanced at me.

“I’m out of shape,” he groaned, making the final push into the small building and collapsing onto the floor. He heaved a deep breath, one after the next, closing his eyes.

“The man, the myth, the abs had a hard time climbing into my treehouse?” I chuckled, looking at the man before me. Hoseok and I had grown up beside each other since his parents moved into the neighborhood when we were five. We became quick friends, both interested in singing and dancing. When Hoseok was a teenager, he decided he wanted to become a trainee for an entertainment company. He wanted to become an idol.

I remember being so angry at him. We had plans to go to college together, to get an apartment together in Seoul. I thought he was selfish.

I would see him once a year after that until he debuted, and even then I wouldn’t see him as much as I used to.

His looks had completely changed even since the last time we had been together. His hair was a greyish blond, the tips drowning in a dark blue. His ears were covered in piercings and a loose sweater hung limply from his body. He had always been handsome, but I didn’t have to tell him that. He already knew.

My eyes moved up his body, drinking in his figure. My breath caught in my throat as I finally looked to his face. He had been carefully watching me as I openly stared at him. I rolled my eyes, looking out of one of the many windows to avoid his cocky smile.

“You don’t think this thing is going to fall, do you?” Hoseok hummed, leaning up from his laying position and almost hitting his head on the rafters.

“Ye of little faith,” I chuckled, still not daring to look at him. My face was submerged in the heat of embaressment.

“Hey, I know your dad was good at building stuff, but it’s been like…over fifteen years,” Wonho sighed. He gently rolled around, placing his knee against the floorboard and crawling over to where I sat. He angled his back against the open tree going through the middle of the house and directed his gaze out of the same window I was looking out of.

“How have you been?” I said quietly. This whole thing was bizarre. A man I grew up with, I now mostly saw on the television or internet.

“Good,” he nodded, a small smile on his face. “We won an award at MAMA 2016. Did you watch?”

Of course I had. “I caught bits and pieces,” I lied, biting my lip. “I didn’t see you’re win though, I apologize.”

Hoseok nodded, looking down at his hands with a sad smile. “I saw you graduated in your top ten at university.”

“Really?” I whispered, a shiver going down my spine.

“Yeah, I saw it in the newspaper,” he said, his eyes meeting mine. “Plus my mom called and told me. She keeps me updated on all things Y/N.”

“That’s very sweet of her,” I nodded. Hoseok nodded as well. An awkward silence covered us like a scratchy blanket in summer. Eventually Hoseok cleared his throat, his nervous fingers pulling at the holes in his jeans.

“You don’t really respond to my texts anymore,” he whispered. I couldn’t help it as my neck snapped up at attention, immediately searching his face. I could see the hurt hidden behind his kind eyes and placid smile. My heart ached.

“I just thought…you were always busy,” I mumbled. “I figured I’d save you the time…I didn’t want you to feel obligated to keep up with your nosy neighbor.”

“If I didn’t want to talk to you, I wouldn’t have texted in the first place,” he laughed, his eyes wide.

I nodded, biting at my lip again. I’ll admit that I actively ignored Hoseok’s texts. I was scared he had changed into someone I wouldn’t recognize anymore. I was scared of getting rejected, of getting hurt.

I guess that was what happened when you harbored a love for your childhood friend for ten years.

“Why don’t you want to talk to me?” he sighed, scrubbing a hand through his multicolored hair.

“Why do you want to?” I chuckled, trying to lighten the heavy mood that had infiltrated my humble treehouse.

“Because I miss you,” he said simply. “I thought…maybe you missed me too. I know you’re out being this amazing student and super successful, but don’t you have time for old Hosoek?”

“I’m being amazing and super successful?” I croaked. “Are you joking? You’re Wonho. THE Wonho of Monsta X.”

He shook his head quickly, a shy smile on his lips. “I’m Shin Hoseok. The same old guy I’ve always been.”

I was glad for that. I was scared that the fame would change him. I was scared that he had grown into a man I didn’t know.

“I think about you a lot,” he continued, pulling his phone from his jeans. He quickly unlocked it (with his lock screen a very handsome selfie) and threw it toward me. I looked down to his background, my breath stuttering out of my mouth. Before my eyes glowed a photo of Hoseok and I, not much older than seven or eight, with our arms wrapped around each other. I looked up at him, swallowing the lump that had appeared in my throat.

“I think about you more than a lot,” he admitted, looking up. His eyes were glassed over with thought. “When I think about home…I think about you…”

“Hoseok-” I whispered, unsure if I could finish my thought. He slid over, scooting his back into the small area of wall next to me. He drew his knees up to knock against mine, setting a casual hand on my thigh.

“I’m not saying I want you to run off into the sunset with me,” he said, his voice barely louder than a breath. “I’m just saying…that I hope you miss me as much. And I hope you start talking to me again.”

“I’m sorry,” I whimpered, shaking my head. “I’m sorry I haven’t been there.”

I looked up just in time to see a smile tug on the corner of his lips. “Life isn’t easy Y/N. I don’t blame you for losing touch. I just want to find you again.”

I sat quietly, staring at the boy I had known so long ago and the man I was really only just getting to know now. He smile grew by the moment as his face leaned toward me. His lips hovered over mine before pressing softly against them. Hoseok’s hand slid up, cupping my jaw gently as his mouth remained pressed in place. I felt my body fill completely with warmth and the butterflies in my stomach turned vicious. Years of waiting had released emotions I never knew I had. Just when I thought I could die in the moment, he pulled away, lids heavy and breathing ragged.

“So are you going to start texting me back?” he whispered, his cocky grin reappearing on his face.

I smiled, lacing my fingers in his. “I guess if I have to.”

Chapter 8- First step and first stumble.

By the time Robyn woke up at 9am her parents had already left for work, the apartment had the lingering welcome smell of veggie stew as she ate some cereal at the dining table, as she munched on her favourite chocolate cereal Robyn was sorting her muddled thoughts on three very different subjects; the buzz of saying I love you to Hannah last night, Kodi suggestion of becoming a super hero and the fear of Luna’s mysterious invitation to the Dawson Tech building. It was the strangest thing when Luna just asked out of the blue to come to Olivia’s lab, when Robyn had asked why her big sister replied “We just want to make sure the medicine I gave you caused no side effects.” I mean, what the hell? Robyn thought as she ate her breakfast She asks about the medicine the day I found out I have powers, it way too big of a coincidence.

She’d have to discuss it with Hannah and Kodi today, the wolf was picking up Kion, Hannah and herself in his newly acquired pick up truck and head to the Sherwood community centre for another day of volunteering. As Robyn finished her breakfast and put her bowl in the sink she asked herself mentally Should we tell Kion what’s going on? Even though he was older than his three friends he was kind and wise beyond his years, he was sort of the cooler older brother of the gang, it felt wrong to keep him in the dark but on the other hand it seemed unfair to pile any more stress onto the already troubled lion. “Not yet.” Robyn told herself as she went to get changed out of her PJs.

Of Last Names (a new world) pt. II

Kara didn’t notice when she started to become a Luthor.

But Lena did.

Of course it was slow at first, before they were even married.

She remember the cold night she was working late, improving her alien detection device for the DEO – Lena was kind of working off the record for the organization since she did have a lot of research going on about all kind of aliens in her lab, so J'onn wanted to use that in their advantage after rescuing the president and capturing the Durlan that had taken her place.

Kara had been once again helping her friend Barry from another dimension. She’s been gone a week now, and even though they would always find themselves away from each other because of their respective jobs, it wasn’t really a problem, since Kara could flight back with a warm meal from Lena’s favourite restaurant in Rome and a quick but loving kiss. The blonde being in another dimension meant no flight backs, no kisses or even phone calls. Lena felt empty inside, so she worked late.

She faintly heard Jess talking to someone outside, but kept working on her blueprints, only looking up when she heard the doors of her office opening, jaw dropping when she saw Kara, ponytail and glasses in place, hands stuffed inside her blazer and a big smile on her lips as she approached Lena’s desk.

“Kara!” Lena was off of her chair before Kara could even reach her, quickly walking towards her girlfriend and wrapping her arms tightly around her shoulders.

“Princess!” Kara laughed and wrapped her arms around Lena’s waist, lifting her off the floor for a few moments.

When Lena felt her feet touching the floor again, she pulled away to give a better look a her girlfriend, touching her face and checking her up and down. “Are you okay? Are you hurt? You weren’t racing against Barry again, right?” she asked quickly, still searching for anything wrong with her girlfriend’s body, as if something could hurt Kara.

Kara only chuckled lightly, shaking her head. “I’m fine, Lena. Really. No racing against Barry.”

Lena frowned, noticing the crinkle between Kara’s eyebrows. “What took you so long? Is something wrong?”

Kara took a deep breath, running her hands up and down Lena’s arms soothingly. “Everything’s fine now. The aliens attacking Barry’s Earth were…” Kara looked down, as if it was hard for her to say the words. “They hurt Barry’s friend really bad. Atom’s fine now, it will take him a couple months to recover, but… everything’s fine. It was just hard to see him so…” Kara took another deep breath and smiled as she looked back at Lena. “Anyway! I’m back now and I prepared us a really nice dinner at home that’s waiting for us. So, grab your things and let’s go!”

“Baby…” Lena smiled, looking back at the mess on her desk. “I really missed you, but I should finish this project for J’onn, and…”
“No buts! I already talked with J’onn and sent Jess home for the evening! I really need us to go home now.”

Lena frowned again, “You sent Jess home for the evening? And since when Jessica, my secretary, takes orders from you?”

“Well,” Kara lifted up her chin with a smirk and a raised eyebrow. “Since I’m your girlfriend of two years, she knows better than to question me.”

Lena couldn’t help but find Kara’s determination really hot in that moment. Of course she wasn’t mad Jess did what Kara told her to do, she was actually glad her secretary and all of the L-Corp employees knew the the blonde enough by now to treat her with respect whenever they saw them together walking through the hallways of the building or at gala parties.

Kara actually knew of all the important research and projects L-Corp was doing and all of Lena’s investments, she would often give her girlfriend advices and Kara certainly could handle an interview by now after being under the spotlight beside Lena for so long.

“Okay, I’ll let you wine and dine me tonight, Ms. Danvers.” Lena agreed.

And of course the reporter would be back in Kara Danvers mode only a few minutes later, proposing to Lena inside the elevator because she was too nervous and eager to wait for them to get to their apartment. Lena said yes without even letting Kara finish the question. But that would always be the first time Lena noticed Kara resembling the determination of a Luthor.

The talk with the Danvers about Kara’s choice to change her last name went really smoothly, Eliza hugging her daughter close and saying how proud she was of the strong woman Kara had turned into, Alex playfully whispering ‘back to being an only child, finally’, and Jeremiah assuring the both of them they would always be a part of the family no matter their last names.

The talk with Clark Kent wasn’t so smooth.

Just because Clark Kent gave Lena the benefit of the doubt, it didn’t mean Superman was happy about her cousin choosing his biggest enemy’s last name as her own after marrying said enemy’s sister.

“You can’t possibly be considering this, Kara!”

“I’m not considering anything! I already made my decision!”

It didn’t even matter that they were now underground in the old DEO base. They could feel the concrete walls vibrating as the Supers voices got louder and louder. Lena winced at the words.

“I’m sorry about this. I’ll talk to him, don’t worry.” Lena felt Lois hand on her shoulder as she stood up, looking at the closed doors of the room where her husband and his cousin were… talking.

“Maybe he’s right. I told her I wouldn’t mind taking her last name.” Lena said quietly, looking down at her hands.

“Her brother’s a murderer! He tried to kill me! Her mother tried to kill you, for Rao’s sake!” Clark was desperate now.

“And Lena is not like any of them. She’s not her family, and I am marrying her!”

“She will ruin you, Kara. She’ll destroy our legacy, because she’s as bad as her family’s na-“

Before Clark could finish his sentence, they heard a loud noise of something cracking, the ground beneath their feet shaking. Lois quickly busted the doors open and Lena followed her inside, only to see Kara holding Clark against the now cracked concrete wall by the collars of his shirt, the veins around her eyes visible as her eyeballs glowed dangerously red, jaw clenched.

Feeling they had company, Kara gave her cousin one last hard push, closing her eyes for only a moment to cool the heat inside, giving a step away from a still shocked Clark.

“Don’t talk about my wife like that ever again, Kal.”

Kara turned around and walked towards Lena, taking the CEO’s hand in hers and guiding her out of the room. “We won’t lower our heads to anyone, Lena. Not even Superman.” She said as they walked away, but they both knew Clark was still listening.

A few weeks later Clark would surprise Lena with a visit in her office, a bouquet of flowers and an apologetic look in his eyes, approaching her desk nervously.

“Mr. Kent.” Lena said, standing up to meet him in front of her desk, arms crossed over her chest and chin held up.

“I just wanted to apologize.” Clark said quickly. “I know I was… way out of line. And I’m sorry, Lena.” He lifted his hand to adjust the glasses on the bridge of his nose, a nervous act Lena new so well she deflected a little.

“You know… everyone thinks I’m some sort of God.” He continued, looking at his feet. “The great and good Superman. And I used to act like nothing affected me. I still do. But that’s not true.” Clark finally turned his bright blue eyes to Lena’s green ones, a sad smile on his lips. “Your brother affected me. He studied me. He knew my weakness and he tortured me with it, and I’m not talking about kryptonite. When he kidnapped my mom and Lois…” Lena balled her hands into fists, and she was more than surprised when she saw Clark’s eyes shining with unshed tears. “I feel anger too. I feel sad and lonely at times. Lex knew all that and he used it against me. But I understand now when I look at you it’s not Lex I’m seeing. It’s the woman my cousin is marrying in a few days. And I’m truly, deeply sorry for what happened the other day, and I’m here asking if I could still go to your wedding this weekend.”

Lena couldn’t help but smile at that. Superman asking for her permission for something. It was ironic at least.

“I know I don’t have to and it won’t change anything that happened in the past, but I’m sorry about everything my brother did to you and your family. And of course Kara and I will be waiting for you and Lois at our wedding.”

Clark smiled brightly at her, before wrapping her in a tight hug.

“I have to admit, though: Kara is defending her future name with strong fists.” They laughed, and the next weekend Clark was third person to dance with the bride at the party, only after Lena and Jeremiah.

Lena was so used to the Kara Danvers signature after every article her wife wrote, that the first time she saw Kara Luthor it took her some time to process.

She knew Kara chose to change her last name, but in the back of her mind the real reason would always be because Kara felt sorry for her.

But reading ‘by Kara Luthor’ beneath Catco’s principal article made Lena realize that the blonde was completely invested in taking Lena’s last name as her own. That’s why the CEO grabbed her purse and decided to pay at visit to her wife in her office for a change.

Lena found Kara typing away some new article in her new office – with wide windows – eyebrows crinkled in concentration. Knocking lightly against the blonde’s door, Lena greeted her wife. “Am I interrupting something?”

Kara turned her chair in swift motion, smiling brightly when she laid eyes on Lena. “Lena!”

The CEO chuckled when Kara made her cute grabby motions with her hands, walking towards her wife and letting Kara pull her on her lap. “Of course you’re not interrupting anything. I was just writing about this group of bad senators who are taking money from public funds, but I’ll catch them later through my pen or my cape.”

The blonde placed her right hand on Lena’s hip, while cupping her wife’s cheek with the left, before kissing her slowly. Lena still felt all warm inside every time they kissed, and almost every night after Kara fell asleep, Lena would take some time just looking at her wife’s face, how the wedding ring on her finger glowed beautifully at the moonlight, because she still couldn’t believe she had someone who loved her back.

The hand on Lena’s cheek lowered to her tight, and the CEO shivered when she felt said hand slipping higher and higher under her skirt. She pulled away from her wife’s mouth with a loud pop.

“Kara!” Lena whispered loudly, looking at the closed door.

The blonde chuckled, cheeks slightly red, but she didn’t pulled her hand away. “What? You don’t stop me when we have our… play time in your office.”

“That’s completely different!” Lena said, trying to push Kara’s hand away, but giggling when her wife kissed her neck.

"Why? Because we own the place?” Kara kept spreading little bites all over Lena’s jaw.
And it still amazed Lena how casually Kara aknowledged the fact that they shared not only a name now, but a life together, including everything they had. For some strange reason it made everything between them seem that much solid and real.

“It’s so hot when you said my things are also your things now.” Lena breathed out, moving her head to the side to give Kara more access to her neck.

They were so distracted by their heavy make out session, that they didn’t hear the door bursting open.

“Luthor!”

“Yes!?” They said together, breaking apart so fast that Lena almost slipped off of Kara’s lap, but the blonde quickly wrapped her arms around her wife’s body to prevent her from falling.

Snapper Carr only stood there, a puzzled look on his face as if he was still trying process what was happening in Kara’s office, then he suddenly looked away, ears burning red.

“Your deadline finished ten minutes ago, Luthor!” Snapper grumbled. “I expect you in my office in less then five!” The he was out.

Lena blinked once. Twice. “M-My… dead- what?” she stood up, still confused and mortified of being caught by her wife’s boss.

“That’s me. My article.” Kara also stood up and fumbled with some papers.

“He calls you Luthor now?”

“Well, it is my name, you know. And it’s better than ‘ponytail’.” Kara looked up at Lena, smiling a her wife’s surprised expression.

“Look, I really have to give this to Snapper. But don’t forget we’re hosting game night tonight, so I’ll see you later, princess!” Kara pressed a quick kiss against her wife’s cheek and a firm slap on her ass before running out of the office, leaving a flushed Lena behind.

Later that night Lena would come home only to find Maggie and Kara playfully sparring in their living room, Alex greeting her with a open beer, rolling her eyes at their wives.

“James and Winn will be late. And Maggie still wants to prove she can kick Supergirl’s ass.” Alex said with a shrug.

“I can!” Maggie yelled over her shoulder, aiming her right fist at Kara’s nose, but the blonde quickly deflected. “No superspeed, that’s cheating!”

“You’re going down, Sawyer!” Kara laughed.
“Oh, I’m going down all right, Luthor! Right, babe?” Maggie smiled, winking at her blushing wife.

Kara stopped her kick in midair, scrunching up her nose. “Now that’s cheating! I hate you!”

Alex and Lena could only laugh.

Lena knew Kara was suspicious. She noticed the blonde squinting her eyes when she said she had to work through the night once again, but Lena also knew Kara trusted her enough to not follow her around with her x-ray vision or with the superhearing.

But Kara definitely knew something was up.

“What are you doing here?” Lena jumped off of the chair, hand flying to her chest where her heart was now beating so fast it felt like she could spit it out any time now.

“Kara!” Lena took a deep breath, smiling nervously, finger sliding over the screen of the DEO laptop she had been working on to close one of the many open tabs. “Darling, you startled me! When did you learn to be so sneaky?” She chuckled, hoping to lighten up her wife’s mood.

“With you.” Kara said shortly, looking around the very well equipped lab Lena had been hiding in. “And it’s the DEO. I work here.” She grabbed a small sample glass that was closer to Lena. “Is this your blood?”

Lena sighed in relief when she saw Eliza walking through the lab doors. “Kara! What a surprise!”

“Mom?” the blonde looked between the two of them with a frown. “I didn’t know you were in National City. What are you doing here? With Lena?”

“We are… working… on something…” Eliza tried to explain, but Lena placed a gentle hand on her mother-in-law’s shoulder.

“It’s okay, Eliza. Can you give us a minute?”

Eliza nodded and kissed both of their cheeks before walking out of the lab.

Lena sighed again, taking the sample from Kara’s hand and placing it back in its holder.

“It is my blood.” She said quietly.

Kara tried not to panic as she stepped closer to her wife, “Is something wrong? A-are you sick?”

Lena quicky shook her head, moving her hands to the blonde’s warm cheeks. “No! God, no, I’m fine!” she smiled, because of course Kara’s mind would go there. “It was a surprise. For you.”

“What? Working in secret for the DEO?” Kara asked, clearly confused.

“No. I’m… trying…” Lena bit her bottom lip nervously, before looking up at her wife. “I’m studying our DNAs because I’m trying to get pregnant.”

Kara’s jaw dropped and she stared dumbly at Lena. The one and only time Kara mentioned her desire to have kids was almost two years ago over their one year anniversary dinner. It was also the first time they had a big fight after their marriage. Maybe at all.

Lena didn’t want kids, she didn’t even want to think about the idea of having kids. She screamed she wanted to be the last Luthor, and Kara screamed back that guess what, she wasn’t the last Luthor because that was her last name now, too. They ended up screaming back and forth about kids and last names, until Kara grabbed a pillow and a blanket and slept on the couch, leaving the bed to Lena.

The next morning Kara woke up to the smell of plumerias and pancakes, sitting up and looking over the couch to see all of her favorite foods on top of the dinner table, flowers all over their apartment, and Lena standing there with an apologetic look. Kara quickly ran to her wife and wrapped her in a hug whispering how sorry she was over and over again, carrying Lena to their bedroom to have the most amazing make up sex ever.

Kara never mentioned kids ever again.

“Y-You’re…” Kara choked, then cleared her throat. “Why, Lena?” she asked quietly.

Lena gently took Kara’s hands in hers with a small smile, “Because I see the way you look at Jamie when we have to babysit her.”

“It’s not my fault she got Maggie’s dimples. She’s so cute!” Kara bit her lip to keep herself from smiling too wide.

“I remember your amazed look when Jonathan floated around the house and you and Clark played ‘float and seek’ with him for almost an entire day!” Lena couldn’t help but smile with Kara at that.

“He floats really well for a two year old.” Kara reasoned.

“And I know how proud of yourself you are for being the only aunt Damien hasn’t tried to prank yet. He even cuddles with you.” Lena touched her wife’s nose with her forefinger playfully.

“He’s a secret cuddler… and you’re one to talk!” Kara pointed at finger at Lena. “Don’t try to pretend you didn’t get full of yourself when he said you were the best aunt ever after giving him the prototype of those x-ray goggles you’re working on.”

Lena looking down bashfully, cheeks turning pink as she nodded. Damien was the only one of their nephews and nieces who was old enough to show some interest and appreciation over her many tech creations.

“Princess… you don’t have to do it for me.” Kara whispered, lifting Lena’s chin to look inside green eyes. “You already make me the happiest woman in whole universe!”

“I know…” and Lena knew. She knew because Kara made her feel the same way, from the moment she wakes up to the moment they lay in a mess of limbs at night. “You’re a great aunt. But I want you to be the most amazing mom I know you can be. I was afraid to be a failure like my mother was, and to be completely honest, I was afraid of what Lex and Lillian could do if they ever found out we have a baby. But I’m not afraid anymore. I want to have this baby with you.”

Kara was crying quietly, arms wrapped tightly around Lena’s body. “But… how will you… you know?”

“It’s all very technical, but the key is the Codex with the kryptonian’s DNA inside Clark’s cells. I’ve got samples of his blood and yours - I had to wait for you to get knocked out, by the way - and mixed it together to create another cell that’s capable to fetilize my eggs. The research took quite some time, Eliza helped me, we also had to contact Alura and even Jor-El for help, but I’m pretty sure it works.” Lena took a big breath after that, smiling brightly at her wife. “I was hoping to surprise you on our three years anniversary.”

Kara looked between Lena’s eyes and her belly several times, as if trying to imagine a life growing inside her wife’s body. Lena knew she was excited already, the way the blonde’s blue eyes twinkled betrayed her and the CEO couldn’t really blame her amazing wife.

“Can we please make our baby now?” She asked, finally, and Lena nodded happily.

When Lori Luthor was born, Kara insisted she was she most beautiful baby ever, with the most perfect small tuffs of black hair, and barely open blue eyes, and perfect little toes.

She spent the whole night with the baby in her arms, only handing her to Lena carefully to be fed, and even then, she kept her unblinking eyes on them until they finished.

When they went home, Kara would softly whisper old kryptonians lullabies to Lori sleep, and the most exciting stories about her planet. Most nights she carried Lori to their bed, holding her close to her chest, and she would look at Lena as if she had given her the most precious gift ever.

And Lena supposed she had.

“You gave me an entire new world, Lena. You gave me a bright yellow sun.” Kara whispered, caressing Lori’s cheek with her index finger, before loking at Lena, who had her arms wrapped around both of her girls.

“You gave me Krypton back.” Kara’s eyes were shinning with happy unshed tears. “And it all started when you gave me your last name.”

Oh, how Lena loved being a Luthor.

Hello, hello! Currently in the midst of transferring my fics from my other account to this one, so my other account can be deleted. I hope you enjoy. :)

“Natsu Dragneel! Natsu Dragneel!”, the reporter from Sorcerer Weekly jogged up to the salmon-haired man.

He’d been following him quite literally ALL day long.

Natsu sighed and turned towards the scrawny man. He fiddled with the several bags of groceries he held in both hands. He just wanted to get back to Lucy’s apartment. He didn’t have time to dabble about and talk to random people, let alone a reporter. Those guys could go on forever and ever, it’s like they never shut up with the questions!, he frowned, groaning internally. Lucy was expecting him back with the groceries any minute, she’d be upset if he wasn’t there soon. Especially considering she was already pissed at him for raiding her fridge again.  “What’s up?”, he questioned, trying to sound as nonchalant as possible about this whole thing.

The man toyed with the pen and noteback he was holding, uneasy as can be talking to such a strong mage. “Um…Uh…sorry I’m a little nervous, this is my first time out in the field gathering information for articles.”, he cleared his throat timidly and adjusted the glasses sitting on the bridge of his nose, “I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions about some of your friends from Fairy Tail?”

“Uh…Sure why not? Shoot.”, Natsu shrugged indifferently and set the bags of groceries onto the ground next to him.

Hopefully Lucy doesn’t kick me too hard for being late, Natsu shuddered at the thought.

The reporter cleared his throat once again, “Alright, my first question is from a fan. They want to know…Who in the guild do you want to fight the most?”

“Hm…”, the dragonslayer tapped his foot as he thought of his answer then started cackling loudly, hands crossed over his stomach as he doubled over from the laughter.

The reporter stared at him wide-eyed, confused by the sudden burst of laughter, “Um, sir, is everything alright?”

Natsu’s laughter had reduced to light chuckles as he wiped the tears away from the corners of his eyes, “Sorry, sorry! I just, when I was thinking about that I remembered about much I really wanted to kick Metal-mouth’s ass, but then I thought about it more. What if, and hear me out, what if I kicked Pervy Popsicle and the Iron Idiot’s asses at the same time!?”, his laughter increased in decibels again at the image.

He could just see it now, Gajeel and Gray begging for mercy as he gets ready for a Fire Dragon Ro- “Sir. I don’t really think that qualifies as an answer…the fan asked for one person…”, the scrawny man carefully attempted to persuade him into picking a different answer.

Natsu tsked and shook his head, standing up fully with a toothy grin, “Now I would disagree! Just imagine how hilarious it would be to see both of them running away after I shove their heads up their-“

SIR! Please, just choose one.”, the reporter begged as he rubbed a hand down his face in irritation.

The salmon-haired man mumbled a few obscenities and crossed his arms, “Fine.”, he stated with his upper lip out in a pout before smiling widely, “I’ll choose, Erza! I’m going to beat her in a fight one day, you know.”

The lanky reporter face-palmed at his answer, “Okay okay…next question…”, he sighed before he continued, “This one is from another fan, she wants to know who your best friends are.”

“Oh this one is super easy!”, Natsu exclaimed, “Happy and Lucy are my best friends!”

“Is that so?”, the reporter nodded appreciatively that Natsu had finally given him a straight answer as he scribbled down his responses on the notepad he held, “Well, then that should make answering this next question super easy for you. A fan wants to know what you think of Lucy Heartfilia?”

The fire mage burst out into laughter at the mention of his best friend, “Luce is such a weirdo! You know, she only sleeps on the left side of the bed? She says it’s because she likes to be right next to the window so she can look out at the stars, but I personally think she does it cause she’s strange.”, he stated as if he had just pointed out something completely legitimate.

The reporter leaned in a little, “Are you saying you sleep in the same bed as Lucy Heartfilia?”

“Yep!”, he answered casually and grinned widely, “Oh! Oh! You know what else she does that’s weird? She always writes these stories about princesses meeting their prince charmings and living “happily ever after”. Why would you want a prince charming anyways? They’re always so snobby and annoying. Plus, they smell bad. I’ll be damned if I let her end up with some rich bastard”, he made a disgusted face to emphasize his words.

Intriguing…, the report contemplated before asking his next question, “I see…Well who do you propose Miss Lucy finds to spend her “happily ever after” with?”

Natsu tapped his chin as he worded his response in his head before answering, face suddenly turning serious, “Luce…Luce deserves someone who appreciates her for who she is. She needs someone just as weird as her, a person who will accept her odd shower times. They have to be willing to fit in with her weird eating habits, and she has some weird eating habits. Let me tell you, she is only person I know who won’t eat the skin on her chicken, or she even won’t eat the crust on her sandwiches. I have to make sure the syrup is cold for our pancakes, otherwise she won’t eat it. Sure, it gets annoying sometimes, but being a fire mage kind’ve helps I guess.”, he chuckled to himself not realizing how off track he’d gotten.

“Sir, you went a little off topic. Do you mind starting where left off originally?”, the reporter asked politely, but inside he wanted to smack Natsu across the face and tell him to take this more seriously.

“Oh yeah! What were we talking about? Sorry about that…”, he rubbed the back of his head bashfully.

“You were telling me about the kind of person miss Lucy Heartfilia deserves…”

“OH! So anyways, like I was saying, Luce deserves someone who isn’t afraid to walk through fire for her, someone who would walk through hell and back to save her. She needs someone who is able to find something to do on their own for a while because she really needs those couple of hours to read to herself. That’s something I’m not very good at. She gets mad at me because I constantly beg her to do stuff when all she wants to do is sit in her room and read, but I guess I’m really lucky that she just brushes it off…”, he paused for a second as a blush began to form on his cheeks and spread up to the tips of his ears, “She really is an amazing person…I don’t deserve her friendship, let alone to spend the rest of my life with her…”

The reporter frowned at the end of his response, “Why would you say you don’t deserve her? I’ve heard of all of your valiant rescues, and from what you’ve told me, your relationship already sounds like what most married couples’ relationships sound like.”

Natsu frowned, “I don’t deserve her because I’m always in her personal space; reading her letters to her mom, reading her book, sleeping in her bed without her permission. I’m more of a pest than anything.”

“I would have to respectfully disagree with you, sir. Sure, the things you do may be annoying, but in every relationship there are going to be things the other person does that you just don’t like or agree with. It is very obvious how much you care for this woman, and I think it would be a shame if your love were left wasted.”, the reported finished with a nod.

Natsu beamed at the man, “You’re right! I need to show her how much I appreciate her! Starting with telling her it’s okay to to sleep on the left side of the bed, that I love her no matter how weird she gets as time goes on.”, he paused and thought of something for a second then broke out into a series of chuckles, “Can you imagine how many wrinkles she’s going to have when she’s an old lady? I’m totally gonna make fun of her for it, so will Happy! He’ll really let her have it!”

“Sir, with all due respect, don’t you think that’s a little harsh…?”, the reporter pointed out.

Natsu snickered, “Nah! Lucy’ll be the most beautiful, wrinkly old lady ever! I can’t wait to tell her every single day of our lives how gorgeous and amazing she really is!”, he grinned his megawatt smile and bent down to pick up the groceries he’d been carrying, “Thanks for the advice, Mr. Reporter-Guy! See ya!”

“Wait, Mr. Dragneel, I have a few more questions for you!”, the man shouted, but it was no use, Natsu was already halfway down the street.

The reporter smiled softly, “Good luck, Natsu Dragneel.”, he whispered and flipped his notebook closed, putting the pen in the rings before shoving his notebook back in his bag and briskly walking away.

Natsu slammed open the door to a certain apartment on Strawberry street. “LUCYY!!!!”, he bellowed into the empty kitchen and set the grocery bags onto the big kitchen table.

“LUCY WHERE ARE YOU?????”, he tried again, a loud bang and a yelp sounded from Lucy’s bedroom.

He quickly ran through the kitchen and the living room, being careful not to run into anything. He reached the closed door to her bedroom and held up his fist to knock, but he hesitated and reached for the doorknob instead. “Lucy…? Is everything okay in there…?”, he questioned and turned the knob, opening the door slowly.

It was an absolute disaster. The floor was covered in crumpled up pieces of paper, glitter was quite literally everywhere, in every single nook and cranny. The room smelled of something weird as well, something he’d certainly smelled before, it was tangy but the kind of tangy he never wanted to smell again. Then he saw her, sprawled on the carpet covered in glue and rainbow glittered, and the realization hit him that she had been trying to make something. “It looks like a glitter monster just rampaged through your room and beat the shit out of you!”, he burst out into a fit of laughter, pointing at the obvious mess she was in.

A kick to the face had shut him up very quickly though, knocking him flat on the ground. With that, Lucy took her place back on the rug and gripped a piece of paper next to her. It appeared to have something written on it in bright red and orange glitter. She silently scooched herself forward and held the paper out to him. Natsu hesitantly grabbed the paper from her hands and held it to his face to read it.

I’m sorry.

He stared at her wide-eyed, confused by what she’d given him. “Why’re you sorry, Luce? And why did you just to apologize with glue and glitter? You never make crafts. You always say it’s too childish.”

She only blinked at him for a few seconds before launching herself into his arms, knocking him back once again, “I’m sorry I got so angry at you for eating my food again…I overreacted. I asked everybody from the guild what I should do to apologize…This was Erza and Happy’s idea. I objected at first, but Erza started to pull out her sword and I didn’t want to get sliced into a million pieces.”

There was another thing he admired about her, the way she was always able to forgive somebody even if they didn’t deserve it.

He chuckled at her and wrapped his arms around her shoulders, “Nah, Luce, it’s fine. I understand why you were mad. I would be mad too if somebody stole my food!”

She giggled softly and gave him a knowing smile, “You would…”

Natsu cleared his throat and pushed her back ever so slightly to look into her deep chocolate eyes. “Hey, Luce…”

“Yes, Natsu…?”, she stared at him perplexed.

“I need to tell you something super important.”, Lucy began to speak, but he quickly silenced her, “Just sit there and listen. I just want to start off by saying that it’s okay that you are such a weirdo!”, Lucy nearly interjected, but he placed his palm over her mouth to keep her from interrupting, so she settled for an irritated face instead, “You can sleep on the left side of bed, eat cold syrup, shower at 3:30 in the morning, and kick my ass as much as you want! I will still love you, even when you have lots of wrinkles, you can’t hear me, and you can’t walk anymore! I’ll carry you everywhere if I have to!”

“Natsu…”, she started as tears began to prick the corners of her eyes.

“Shh…Let me finish!”, he chuckled, “You are such an amazing person, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I know I’m not your prince charming, and I can’t give you that super fancy “Happily ever after” you keep talking about. I’m not very good at romance, I don’t take hints very well, and I am terrible at personal space. I certainly don’t deserve your love, but it is something I want. I understand if you don’t want to give me a chance, but I-“

“You idiot…Why would I want a Prince Charming when I can have my very own dragon?”, then her lips were on his before he could finish his thought.

He sat there in shock for a few moments before he relaxed into the kiss, closing his eyes. The Celestial Spirit King had blessed him with a goddess for sure. This was how he wanted to spend the rest of his life and the rest of eternity, in her arms, kissing her passionately. Then it was over almost as soon as it started. Lucy pulled back and rubbed a hand on his rosy cheek, “I would rather spend the rest of my life, going on adventures with a dragon than with a smelly prince charming. The only downside is I won’t get a crown.”, she spoke, putting on a fake pout at the last sentence.

Natsu smiled at her widely, “I’ll get you a crown, don’t you worry.”, he kissed her forehead, “For a princess always needs a crown, this way everyone knows how truly incredible she is. Even if she chooses the mighty dragon over the dumb Prince Charming.”

Promises and Prom Kisses

A Joshaya Fanfic

Story by: hoffkk

Requested by: idontcareabouttheyoungfolks

Summary: It’s Maya and Riley’s senior prom, the night of glam, fun, and (for many) sex.  After seeing Maya all dressed up with her date, Josh can’t help but wonder how far she is planning to go with him and why he is bothered by it so much.  Suddenly, Josh finds himself at the prom and finds that the old feelings he had locked away years ago never really left.  The question is: what will he do about it now?

Notes: I own nothing GMW related or any of the mentioned songs.  I apologize for taking so long with this story, I just had to make sure I got it just right.  Hope you enjoy it!  As always, feel free to share your thoughts! :)

*******

Tonight was the night: senior prom.  Riley and Maya had been waiting their whole high school careers for this night and were super excited that it was finally happening.  The two of them, along with Isadora Smackle, spent the whole day at Riley’s, pampering themselves and getting ready, and now they were applying the finishing touches.

“So, how do I look?”  Smackle asked, slipping some sparkly bangles over her gloved hand and giving a small twirl. She wore dark purple gloves that went up past her elbows to match her purple ombre mermaid dress.  It had a sweetheart neckline with silver sequins along the bust and was tightly fit down to her mid-thigh where it flared out into a skirt of organza ruffles, which matched the single ruffled strap that went over her right shoulder.  She wore her dark hair half up with a sparkly headband.  For Smackle, more was definitely more.

“You look amazing, Izzy.”  Riley answered, completely sincere.

“Thanks, Riley, but look at you!  You look like a modern Cinderella!” She beamed.

“Why, thank you my lovely step-sister!”  Riley replied, giving a little curtsy.  Her dress was a taffeta, A-line, high-low number, strapless with a belt made of crystals that lay in an elegant design right under the bust area.  Paired with silver jewelry and shoes and a fancy up-do, which also had silver jewels throughout it, Riley really did look like Cinderella.  "Now where is my not-so-lovely step-sister?“  She wondered aloud.

Smackle was about to remind her that Maya was in the bathroom, applying her make-up when they were interrupted.

"I heard that!” Maya called, feigning annoyance as she entered the room.

“Whoa,” Riley responded, getting a look at the complete product that was a prom-ready Maya. “Va-va-voom!”  Smackle added as she wiggled her eyebrows.  Maya definitely had the sexiest look out of all of them with her floor-length, satin halter dress that was completely covered in gold sequins.  The gown was open back, which she showed off by wearing her long, curly hair swept to the side, and it had a long slit on the side opposite where her hair hung that ran all the way up to her mid-thigh.  The only pops of color were her red lips and the fake red rose she had clipped in the side of her hair, and the only jewelry she wore were gold studs and her gold locket that her mom gave her for her 14th birthday, which she wrapped around her wrist as a makeshift bracelet.

Stop it.”  Maya responded dramatically with a flip of the hand.  The brunettes just giggled in response.

When the giggles faded away, Riley just sat on her window seat and stared at her friends a moment with a smile on her face.

“What’s that look for?”  Maya asked curiously, as she sat down next to Riley to adjust a strap on her strappy gold heel.

“I was just thinking about moments…how there are some you just know you are gonna remember for the rest of your life.  Tonight is gonna be full of those moments… I can feel it.”  Riley explained.

“Me too.” Smackle nodded in agreement, as she took a seat on the other side of Riley.

“Me three.” Maya threw in, feeling oddly optimistic about prom.

“Then let’s make a prom promise right now to embrace those moments and make the most of tonight.”  Riley commanded, clasping her friends’ hands with each of her own.

“And make the most of what’s left of our senior year together.”  Smackle added, moving her free hand over top of Riley’s and giving it a tight squeeze.

“And make the most of our last real summer together.”  Maya tossed in, mimicking Smackle’s hand motion.

“I promise.” Riley affirmed with a curt nod.

“I promise.” Maya and Smackle repeated in unison, nodding towards their friend.

Riley beamed and threw her arms around her best friends.

“I love you, guys!”  She half-shouted, pulling them into a hug.  They just smiled as they hugged back, forming a cute little group hug.

A moment later, there was a knock at the door and Auggie poked his head into the bedroom, eyes closed.

“Everyone decent?” He called across the room.

“Yes, Auggie.” Riley chuckled with a shake of her head.

He slowly peeked his eyes open, saw everyone was dressed and ready, then let out a small breath. “I am supposed to tell you girls to come to the living room.  Your dates should be here any minute.”

“Okay, we’re coming.” Riley said, then all three of them stood up to smooth out their dresses and fix their hair one last time.

“whatdaya think, Augs?”  Maya questioned.  "How do we look?“

"Perfect.” He said with a roll of his eyes.  "Now come on already!“

The three just laughed at Auggie’s annoyance as they picked up their clutches and followed him out the bedroom door.

“Yes,” I let out a soft laughter, dropping my keys to the bottom of my bag. “I feel more than okay, I have no reason to skip the classes any longer.”

It was true, I was feeling better than well. Okay yeah, I was still freaking out because of what happened, but my powers, as I guess I was supposed to call them - had vanished as quickly as they had appeared. I knew I was already the hot topic of all the biggest gossips around the school and I didn’t want to feed the flames by staying at home.

“I’ll come home early if I don’t feel okay,” I asserted, pulling shoes on and taking one last glance through the mirror. “But I’m truly okay, I promise.”

“If you say so, sweetie,” she sighed, pulling me into a deep hug, making me roll my eyes with a laughter. We were close with mom, but hugging and calling each other with corny nicknames was way out of our league.

“I’m going to be late if you don’t let go of me,” I laughed, making her pull further with a grin.

“Just- be safe, okay?” She frowned, nipping her bottom lip between her teeth, as I rolled my eyes with a soft laughter, before rushing to my car and pulling out of the driveway.

The Avengers Tower, NYC

“We can’t just rush into her house and kidnap her,” Steve sighed, shooking his head. “We have to be subtle.”

“For how many times do I need to say this,” Tony rolled his eyes, “she might be dangerous.”

“Exactly, that’s why we are going to talk to her calmly,” the blond man stated, trying his best to stay calm, but Tony was –once again poking on his nerves.

“So you are saying that we should just rush into her house and sit down for a cup of tea?” Tony frowned, glaring at Steve. “Do you even-“

“Boys,” Wanda called out reservedly, glancing at the annoyed men in turns. She was surprised as both of them stopped arguing immediately and turned their heads towards her, looking curious. “I think I should go talk to her.”

“Wanda, with all respect, I don’t think-,” Steve started, yet Wanda cut him off with a glare.

“Steve, I know what she is going through,” she notified, shrugging her shoulders with slight frown. “I can talk to her –I can use my past to confirm her to come with us.”

“Wanda, Tony’s right, she might be dangerous,” Steve sighed.

“And you think it is better idea to corner her?” She shook her head. “I can handle her and you know that.”

“So, how’s our Super-girl doing?” I heard a soft laugh calling after me as I walked across our school’s parking lot, shoving my car keys to my bag. Soft smile raised to my lips as I saw Jack jogging after me, his face turned into amused smile.

“Hey,” I smiled as he reached me, running his fingers through his light brown hair.

“Hello,” he chuckled, his green eyes focused straight into mine.

Okay yeah, I guess I have to admit that he was handsome. And funny and kind –and like Jenny said, there was nothing wrong with him. Actually, he was alarmingly the opposite of “not okay” –he was almost way too perfect and therefor so out of my league.

“So, I heard what happened at the chemistry class,” he raised his eyebrow, looking slightly amused. “Did you really have the fire in your control like the rumors say?”

“So there really are rumors running around about me,” I let out a laughter, trying to dodge his question. “Please tell me they are only good things?”

“Oh believe me when I say, there have never been so good rumors about anyone so far,” Jack let out a soft laugh. “At least as far as I’ve noticed suddenly every single one of the boys at the football team are chasing you –not even mentioning the comic nerds, you are like Goddess to them.”

“You can’t be serious,” I laughed, shooking my head. “And the girls?”

“The girls either want to be you, or kill you because of their jealousy,” he laughed, shrugging then with bright smile on his lips. “I’m only saying what I’ve heard.”

“Well I guess things aren’t as bad as they could be,” I let out a laughter, before nipping my bottom lip between my teeth, glancing at him carefully. “Jack listen, I –I’m sorry that I cancelled our date last weekend.”

“Oh no don’t be, it’s totally okay,” he smiled, rubbing the back of his neck as he let out a nervous laughter. “If you want to, we could always try again –let’s say tomorrow night?”

For my surprise I found myself nodding my head with smile on my lips. Something told me that I really should give him a chance.

Suddenly I realized that Jack’s talking about the rumors indeed wasn’t just talking. Till the end of the school day I had dodged at least six hit lines, found three girls who looked like they were planning on how to kill me in most painful ways, and ran away from the worst gossipers all day long.

“This is awful,” Jenny let out a playfully dramatic sigh as we were sitting on the grass at the school’s yard, eating lunch. “No one even knows who I am anymore, I’m turning into you –I’m going to die alone. What an awful destiny.”

“Jen they don’t even have a proper base to their admiring -I didn’t really even do anything,” I laughed, rolling my eyes. “It was just some kind of physical effect.”

“You saved the whole school from exploding,” she notified with a kick of her eyebrow. “It doesn’t really matter if you have some kind of superpowers or not, everyone still sees you as a hero.”

“Well in that case,” I smirked playfully, covering my eyes with sunglasses, “I guess we just have to get used to all of the fans. You could be my manager and bodyguard, keeping all the admirers away and responding to my interview requests as well as invitations to the finest parties of New York.”

“That actually sounds pretty good idea,” she laughed, finishing her smoothie. “Who knows, maybe you’ll even get an invitation to one of the magnificent parties of Tony Stark himself.”

“Oh, I like how that sounds,” I giggled softly. “Partying with the Avengers wouldn’t be bad at all.”

Out of nowhere Jenny’s expression changed into truly concerned. “To be honest getting a bodyguard to you isn’t a bad idea at all,” she frowned, nodding towards a group of girls walking towards us, their faces turned into everything but kind smiles.

Yep. In every college there is this one group of girls that love to cause drama by hook or by crook. And in our school it was Jessica’s group –well, more like Jessica and her group of minions.

“Oh, not today,” I sighed rolling my eyes, before getting up from the grass as I kicked my eyebrow at the blond girl who was reaching us confidently, notwithstanding the fact that her high heels were sinking slightly to the ground with each step.

“Hey Super-girl,” she chuckled, making her minions giggle brightly. “What’s up?”

“Oh, beside your ego?” Jenny cooed, squinting her eyes dangerously. “Just turn around and keep walking, Jess.”

“Excuse me, are you deaf or did you just not hear that I’m talking to Y/N?” Jess hissed, stepping a bit closer to Jenny.

“Umh, are you stupid or did you just not know that being deaf and not hearing is basically the same thing?” Jenny let out an annoyed laughter, closing the gap between the two girls, looking straight into Jess’s icy blue eyes.

“Let’s just calm down, okay?” I called out, pulling Jenny further from her. “Jessica, what can I help you with?”

“Oh, yeah about that,” she smiled artificially, tilting her head slightly. “Stay away from Jack.”

I raised my eyebrows, letting out sarcastic laughter. “Excuse me, what was that again?”

“Don’t play stupid, you know that Jack and I share a history,” she cooed, crossing her hands to her chest. “So stay away.”

“I don’t have time for this,” I breathed out, rolling my eyes as I turned around, grapping my bag from the grass. “Jenny, let’s go.”

“What’s the rush, Freak?” I heard Jess’s squeaky voice calling after me. “What makes you think that Jack would ever touch a freak like you even with a long stick?”

I turned around, rising my eyebrows. “What did you just call me?”

“Oh, freak wasn’t your name?” She frowned, turning the corners of her mouth downwards. “I’m so sorry, I forgot that it was just a name that others use from you behind your back. Foolish me.”

I felt tears of annoyance ascending to my eyes as I saw the purely mean smile on her face. “You have no right to say that-“

“I’m just telling you what you are too stupid to see by yourself,” Jess laughed, “Jack doesn’t want you, Y/N. He has a bet with the football team and all he needs to do is get you on his bed and he wins.”

“That’s enough,” I snapped, stamping my leg to the ground as I stepped closer to her. “You have no right-“

Yet my sentence got cut short as the voice of tens of car alarms filled the air, the strident noise making all of us cover our ears with our hands.

“What’s happening?” I shouted over the racket, glancing at Jenny and Jess alternately, earning just a shrug of their shoulders and confused and fear-filled expressions on their faces.

And then I felt it –the ground starting to shake, the quake getting harder and harder each passing second.

Avenger’s Tower, NYC

“Suit up and get to the Quinjet,” Steve called out, his face turned into a deep frown. “There is an earthquake.”

“Earthquake?” Natasha frowned, rushing to get ready to leave. “Since when has it been our job to take care of the natural disasters as well?”

“Since they’re happening at a small part of Manhattan,” Steve responded with strict voice, clinging his shield to the back of his suit. “And it seems that Y/N is behind it.”

“Y/N –the girl who played with the fireball thing?” Clint frowned, shooking his head. “No way.”

“Yes way,” Tony sighed, shooking his head with purely annoyed expression on his face. “I told you she was dangerous, but surprisingly no one gave a damn.”

“I gave a damn, Tony” Steve snapped, as the Quinjet got to the air. “I gave a damn about her safety and I apologize that I was wrong, but this is not the time to turn up against each other.”

“What do we do?” Wanda took a deep breath, her eyebrows knitted to a deeply concerned expression.

Tony kicked his eyebrow, the red helmet of his armor setting down to cover his face. “We fight.”

Lucille’s POV

Today started out like any other day. I woke up, entertained the idea of rolling over and going back to sleep. Decided against it. Got out of bed, walked over to the wardrobe at the other side of the room, picked a worn out maroon shirt and jeans. I slid on my boots and headed out to the mess hall.

When I finally reached the front doors of the mess hall, I collected myself, pulled the door open and walked into the room. I was greeted by the usual morning chatter and commotion, forks clanking against plates, people groggily walking in and trying to start their day. I had almost made it to the front of the room when I noticed Sam was right beside me.

homebeccer has had a stressful coule of days and asked for Pregnant Sam and family fluff to cheer her up

Sam’s phone rang for the fourth time in an hour. She didn’t even need to set a special ringtone to know it was her mother. No song deserved that permanent association.

“That your Mom, again?” Tucker asked.

“She’s probably calling about the shower,” Sam said. “It’s a good thing she doesn’t like texting, or my phone would be going off non-stop.”

“I’d totally go there for moral support, but every time I see your mom she always does that same dirty look she gave me that one time I got sent into the Principal’s office wearing your clothes.”

“Heh. Oh yeah. I think I still have that picture in one of my old albums. Anyways, Danny’s not even allowed to go, either. Mom’s making it a ‘ladies only’ event and she’s invited half my extended family and all of her friends from the country club, so I’m going to be drowning in baby-blue everything and really inappropriate, sexist baby clothes. And I’ll be the only one there not drinking.”

A/N: This took five years b/c I rewrote it so many times just to get it right.

Farkle Minkus had his fair share of bad days, failed experiments, and embarrassing moments. All of that combined was nothing in comparison to the amount of anxiety Farkle felt when he had to sit next to Riley Matthews.

It wasn’t that he didn’t like her, the problem was how much he liked her. Every single time he was around her, he felt so at peace and he was so painfully aware of it. Every time her arm raised to tuck her hair behind her ear, he was so tempted to just reach out and do it for her. Sometimes, she would lean so close to him and he swore he could feel every single cell in his body suddenly ignite. And since they were partners for projects so often, there were moments that he could become so stressed with the work. When Riley noticed it, she would always start rubbing his neck and he would instantly soften. He was so comfortable around Riley that it made him feel uncomfortable.

random prompt: nursey meeting dex's parents or vice versa (i love your writing btw it brings me so much joy every time)

Nursey has been awake for four hours so far today. Four hours, and he has spent that entire time freaking out. And it’s not like he has any legitimate reason to freak out, anyway. He’s always been able to charm parents easily. His ex-girlfriend’s mom is still friends with him on Facebook and likes all of his pictures, for Christ’s sake. He shouldn’t be scared at all. Apparently his mind does not understand that, though, because he’s currently sitting on the floor of his dorm room, going out of his mind.

Part 2

Hanging out with my best friends is literally the best thing thing in this world. We laugh and talk about everything and everyone. We go out together, we make comfortable movies night at home, we joke around, we tease each other, I can be myself around them and talk about my problems no matter what and they always stay by my side. I love them and they are my favorite people in this whole world. But when those friends always bring this one kid you can’t stand, the day is pretty much ruined. I always try to shrug it off and pretend he isn’t even there but his stupid comments make me so angry and we always end up having a huge argument about the most irrelevant things.

Today happened to be one of those days. I invited Ashton, Luke and Michael over to hang out at my place since my parents left town for the weekend. My mother doesn’t like them much and forbids to have them around the house. For some reason she doesn’t accept them as my friends, she thinks they are bad company.

Right mom. Screw you. You don’t know what’s good for me. I tell her. Maybe I should learn how to shut my big mouth because each time I mention them to her she gets angry and on who do you think she lets her anger out? Exactly. Me. But I don’t care as long as I can still meet my friends behind my parents’ backs everything is fine.

The doorbell rang at 7.48 p.m. while I was in the kitchen preparing some sandwiches. “Door’s open!” I yelled and buttered another sandwich. “You should check who’s on your doorstep (Y/N). What if I was an axe murderer?” Ashton chuckled and ruffled through my messy hair. “I know how to defend myself Ash, I think you know that.” I laughed and swirled around. My face expression dropped when I saw the tall, dark haired boy standing in the kitchen doorway. “What do you want here Calum?” I snapped at him. “Ashton said we’d hang out, if I knew we’d hang here I wouldn’t have come.” He said and rolled his dark brown eyes. “You know where the door is.” I mumbled. “Could you two please keep it together for just one night?” Michael said and grabbed one of the sandwiches. I slapped his hand away, “They are not finished yet Michael, don’t be so greedy.”

“I’m not greedy.” He pouted. “I bet they taste awful anyways.” Calum commented, grabbed one of the sandwiches and took a bite from it. My fist clenched around the butter knife and I took a deep breath. “Fuck, man. Why did you have to bring him?” I hissed through gritted teeth. “We thought maybe you could try to connect?!” Luke said unsure and scratched his chin. “Yeah right.“‘Calum frowned. "Never gonna happen mate.”

“For once I agree with him.” I said and casually pointed to Calum. “Whatever. What are we gonna do?” Calum asked lazily and leaned against the fridge. “It’s like super hot outside. Let’s take swim or something!” Ashton suggested enthusiastically. “Yeah sounds good to me!” Luke agreed. “You don’t even have swimming shorts.” I commented with a raised eyebrow. After a little pause and exchanged smiling looks Ashton said, “We put them on before we came here.” I sighed. Ever since we got our pool two month ago all the boys wanted to do was swim or relax in the whirlpool. “Swimming it is then.” I said an finished the last sandwich. “You’re the best!” Ashton cheered and ran outside, close followed by Luke and Michael.

I collected the ham and cheese and turned to the fridge, where Calum was still leaning against. “Do you mind?” I asked annoyed. His eyes scanned my whole body, they stopped at me cleavage for a second before his eyes met mine. He crossed his arms in front of his chest and raised his eyebrows. “Yes. I mind.” He said and a smirk spread over his face. I closed my eyes and inhaled deeply, I had to keep myself from not punching that arrogant prick in the face right now. “Calum I swear to god move aside.” I demanded. “What if I don’t?” He grinned. “I’m gonna slap you in the face.” I hissed. “Take your best shot darling.” He challenged with a smug look on his face. As soon as these words left his mouth I angrily threw the sandwich ingredients aside, raised my hand and lunged out. Right before my fist met Calum’s face he stopped my hand with his, holding me back by my wrist. He leaned down, our faces only inches apart. “You’re not fast enough darling.” He whispered and let go of my wrist. For moment we just stood there, looking at each other and I wondered what this feeling was that overcame me the longer I looked into his dark eyes.

“You just gonna stand there or what? Bring the sandwiches outside.” Calum scoffed and pushed me aside to walk outside. My mouth dropped open, “Asshole.” I muttered and put the ingredients in the fridge before I carried the sandwiches out in the garden.

Ashton and Luke were already in the pool while Michael lay on a sunbed scrolling through his phone and Calum pulled his shirt over his head, revealing his tanned body. I felt strangely attracted to him while he stripped down his jeans and jumped into the large pool. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t attracted to him. I was, since day one but his arrogant and annoying character ruined basically everything. While I watched Calum from out of the corner of my eye I walked to the big wooden table and placed the tablet of sandwiches on it. “Can I finally eat one now?” Michael asked and gave me a puppy-eye look. A chuckle escaped my mouth and I nodded. “Of course Mikey.”

“Hey (Y/N) come on in!” Ashton yelled. “In a minute.” I shouted back and sat on the sunbed next to Michael’s. “Why don’t you go inside?” He mumbled with his mouth full of bread. “Not really in the mood.” I shrugged and stripped down my dress, leaving me in my navi blue bikini. “Why? Are you having this monthly women thing?” He asked concerned and disgusted at the same time. “I shook my head no. "Nah, I just don’t want to.” I said and glanced to the pool where Luke, Ashton and Calum were messing around. “I just wanna work on my tan.” I smiled, “And so should you.” Michael made a face, “No thanks.”

“Thought so.” I laughed and lay down on my sunbed. I had a perfect view to the pool and my eyes kept wandering back to Calum. It was like a car crash I just couldn’t avert my eyes. The boys were messing around and laughing while splashing water in each other’s faces and the grass around the pool. “Guys watch it please. You’re making the ground all muddy.” I shouted. “So what? It dries eventually.” Ashton shrugged and splashed water in Luke’s face. “Yeah after you slipped and broke your neck.” I sarcastically replied. “Oh just shut up and join us!” He giggled. “No I’m really not in the mood. Maybe later.” I stated.

It is ridiculous how long these boys can stay in the water without getting bored. Almost two hours later they finally jumped out of the pool and sat down on the the chairs around the table. “Oh damn.” Ashton mumbled after he read a text message from his mother. “I have to go. I totally forgot that we’re going out for dinner today.” He announced and put his clothes back on. “Oh no.” I pouted. “Can you come back afterwards?” He shrugged, “Dunno. I’ll text you okay?” I nodded. “Sounds good.”

“I have go with him. He’s my ride.” Luke groaned and put his clothes on as well. “It’s time for you to get a drivers license Luke.” I insisted. “Yeah yeah I will start soon.” He shrugged and gave me a hug before he took leave with Ashton. “C’mon Michael we should go as well.” Calum instructed. “Why? I wanna stay.” Michael said. “Because I don’t wanna hang around her anymore. That’s why.” Calum snapped and pointed to me. “Then leave. I don’t want you here either.” I snarled, rose from the chair and walked towards the pool, but not without shoving Calum aside by ‘accident’.

He tripped aside and stumbled over his own feel, falling down into the muddy grass. “You damn bitch!” He thundered and rose from the wet and muddy ground. His legs and parts of his back and stomach were covered with dirt. Both, Michael and I couldn’t help but laugh at his appearance. “Watch were you’re going.” I chuckled. “Oh fuck you.” He barked and stormed past me in the house. “Where do you think you’re going?” I shouted after him. “Taking a shower!” He yelled angrily.

“Whoops.” I laughed. “You’re evil.” Michael chuckled. “Me? Never.” I winked. “Anyways, I should go now as well.” He said and stood up. “What? And leave me alone with him?” I whined. “He’ll leave right after the shower believe me.” Michael stated and embraced me in a hug. “See ya.”

“You will rot in hell for leaving me alone with him.” He shot me a wink and quickly walked away leaving me alone in the huge garden. I sighed and grabbed the plate with the half eaten sandwiches and walked inside to the kitchen where I put the plate in the fridge. I got out a bottle of cold lemonade and poured it into a glass. “You!” I heard a dark voice say before strong arms pressed me against the kitchen island. “Do you think it funny to shove me around?” Calum hissed into me ear while he pressed his body against mine. “How should I know you’d stumble over your own feet? Oh wait, I should have known. You’re an idiot.” He swirled me around so I would face him and then pressed me harder against the kitchen counter. “And you’re a bitch.” I snorted, “Wow you can’t even come up with a good comeback.” I snapped and noticed his muscular naked chest. Damn.

“I fucking hate you.” He mumbled before he crashed his lips onto mine. This was more than unexpected but strangely I liked it. I liked the feeling of his lips on mine and his hands on my bare skin. I put my arms around his neck and ran my fingers through his wet hair. He softly bit down on my lower lip, causing me to moan lightly. He pushed his tongue into my mouth and soon we were fighting over dominance, which he soon won. “I hate you too.” I breathed after we broke the kiss. Calum licked over his lips and without another word he pressed his lips against mine once again. He slid his hands down to my ass and squeezed both cheeks when lifted me up from the ground and I immediately slug my legs around his torso. He sat me down in the kitchen counter, not breaking the kiss once.

Our little make out session got more and more heated. Calum started to kiss along my jaw, to my neck and collar bones. A soft moan escaped my lips when he found my sweet spot, he started sucking and kissing on it, leaving a big, dark mark behind. “Fuck.” I softly moaned and dug my nails into Calum’s shoulder. His hand traveled from my knee, up to my thigh. He pushed my legs apart and run his index finger over my panties. “You’re so wet.” He mumbled against my skin. “All that for me?”

“N-no way in hell.” I teased. He pressed his finger harder against the fabric. “You sure about that?” I bit my lip and tried to suppress a moan when Calum started rubbing over my panties. “Didn’t your mother teach you that lying is a sin (Y/N)?” Calum smirked and hooked his finger inside the hem of my panties. “Stop being a tease you asshole.” I groaned. “Then tell me you want me.” He purred and swiftly slid my panties down my legs. “Because I know you do darling.”

He was right. I wanted him. For so long and now it’s finally happening but I hated to give him the satisfaction. “C’mon just say it.” He smirked and traced his finger along my wet slit. “Damn you.” I moaned. “That’s not what I wanted to hear darling.” He teased and dipped his fingers inside my folds, slowly rubbing figure eights around my clit. A low moan escaped my lips, “Shit Calum. Please, I need more.” I whined and bucked my hips. “So, you want me to fuck you?” He smirked and slips two fingers inside me, holding them still. I bit my lip and nodded. “Y-yes fuck.”

“Oh gladly.” He whispered and started pumping his fingers in and out of me, slow at first but eventually he quickened up his pace. His lips connected with my neck again, kissing and sucking, leaving marks all over it. Calum curled his finger and brushed my g-spot again and again. “Fuck, oh god.” I moaned out and scratched my nails down Calum’s back. He started pumping faster and his mouth crashed onto mine again, our lips moving perfectly together. My breathing hitched when I feel my orgasm building up in the pit of my stomach. “C-close.” I breathed in between kisses. “Cum for me darling.” He hissed and captured my bottom lip with his teeth. I quickly obeyed him and let my orgasm wash over me, causing me to moan into Calum’s mouth. It’s been so long since my last good orgasm, the feeling was sensational. “Oh god.” I breathed out.

Calum pulled his fingers out of me and licked them clean. “Never thought you’d taste so fucking delicious.” He smirked. “I never thought you’d be so good with your fingers.” I admitted. “Oh honey that was nothing.” He said with a smug look on his face. “Show me what you got Hood.” I challenged and opened my bikini top and let it fall to the ground. Calum licked over his lips and striped down his boxer, letting his already semi-hard erection slap against his toned stomach. He slid me to the edge of the counter and spread my legs widely. “You’re gonna scream out my name baby.” He smirked and his top brushed my opening. “Stop muttering around. Fuck me already.” I demanded and palmed his erection, a groan escaped Calum’s lips as I started pumping his length and quickly he hardened under my touch. “Fuck.” He whispered. I led him to my opening and he eased himself into me, which caused us both to moan. He started thrusting into me, deep and hard in a steady quick pace and his mouth was on my neck again, leaving hot kisses behind. I wrapped my legs around Calum’s torso and pushed him harder to me while my nails scratched down his back, causing him to groan out in pain. He quickened up his pace and his thrusts got harder and deeper. “Oh god fuck. Just like that!” I screamed out and left more scratches on his back.

He grabbed my waist to hold be steady while he pounded into me in quick and deep moves. “Oh fuck!” I moaned when I felt the familiar knot in my stomach again. “Fuck I’m s-so close.” I whined. Calum’s thrusts got sloppier and sloppier and the grip on my waist got tighter. “Cum.” He demanded and I gladly obeyed, letting go of all the control over my body. Loudly I screamed out Calum’s name when my second orgasm hit me, my vision blackened for a second and my legs were shaking. Calum hit his high soon after. He shot his load inside me and kept thrusting into me to ride out both our highs.

With a huge smirk on his face he pulled out of me. “Who would have thought.” He breathed. “What?” I asked, trying to steady my breath. “That you’re a screamer.” I rolled my eyes. “Fuck you.” Calum held up his hands in defense. “Not saying I didn’t like it.” He winked. “We could do this more often if you’re up for it.” I raised my eyebrows and looked at him, unsure of what to say. “Don’t worry (Y/N) we’re just gonna fuck. No strings attached.” He grinned. “No feelings. Just sex.”

I agreed, “Just sex. Nothing more.”

My Boys - Omelia Fanfic

I had this unfinished here for a while now but tonight’s episode gave me the inspiration to finally complete it.

Basically a very fluffy Omelia story telling about their domestic married life years into their marriage.

Here goes, I hope you all like it:

MY BOYS

Amelia was exhausted.

She was supposed to have left the hospital at 4 pm, but it was nearly 9 already and she had just finished a surgery that took much longer than expected.

Her back muscles were sore and her feet were hurt from standing up for more than eight straight hours. She was starving and in urgent need of rest, but all she could think about was going home to her boys.

After a quick but revigorating shower at the attending’s lounge bathroom, she grabbed her purse from her locker and got in the car. The drive home was a fast one, given there was barely any traffic at that hour.

She had asked her scrub nurse to text her husband from her phone few hours before, to let him know she would be late. But even so, Amelia didn’t expect to be at the hospital for so long.

After parking the car in the garage of their two-story suburban house, she tiptoed on her feet in the dark, trying not to make any noise as she went upstairs. Only a dim light was on, in the master bedroom by the end of the hall. She figured Owen must have been reading or watching TV with the lights off.

Slowly, she reached the door and heard a little boy’s voice ask in an almost begging tone:

“Dad, will you tell us a story? Please…?”

“Breaking Down Walls”

Summary:

Adrien is Chat Noir.  Chat Noir is Adrien.  Just as Marinette is starting to accept this fact, and see the two as one, someone new appears on the scene.  Someone who looks, sounds, and acts like Ladybug.  But she’s not.  Can Marinette convince Adrien this new girl isn’t his Lady, without revealing who she is?  Can their friendship survive Adrien’s determination to find Ladybug, and Marinette’s jealousy?

SO.  This is my first fanfic.  I do not consider myself a writer, but my head buzzes with so many story ideas that sometimes it’s hard to fight the urge to create it in some way.  Usually, this comes in the format of comics, but I’m kinda not feeling the art-thing right now, and this one was buzzing insistently.  Plus, I wasn’t sure someone else could do it the way I want it done, and that’s an unfair expectation to hold.  So here it is.  Hopefully I can keep my motivation up.

Although this was originally intended to be a short photo ficlet, it quickly became a much longer one shot. I’ll leave the picture that inspired me at the bottom of the story.

This takes place in the What Happens in AC-verse, just a few months after the first story leaves off. @shadoweddawn, this is for you. <3

Happy to Be

“Is he okay back there?”

Deep blue eyes leave the road, looking first at her and then glancing in the rearview mirror. There’s nowhere for them to go if there’s a problem – they’re stuck in this lane thanks to a huge refrigerator truck on one side and a line of entirely too-aggressive cabs on the other side – but still she has to check.

“He’s okay, Kate,” Castle murmurs, letting his hand drop from the steering wheel to touch her thigh. He gives her leg a squeeze, brushing his fingers over the fabric of her jeans, but it’s meant to comfort her instead of tease. “Take a look and see for yourself.”

Her head shakes against the sedan’s high headrest. “If I look back, it’ll just get him going again. The last thing we need is for him to get crazy in traffic like this.”

Her husband hums, slipping his hand over her knee. “That’s true. He is a mommy’s boy. A little attention goes a long way.”

She sighs. “Castle.”

“Well it’s true. He is. I’ve tried to deny it, but I think our son likes you more than he likes me.”

“He’s not – ” she cuts herself off, refusing to rise to the bait. They’ve been having this conversation for weeks and each time they get nowhere. Better to just leave it be.

“Don’t you, Royal?” he coos. “You like Mommy more than you like me. It’s okay, I’m not offended anymore. I mean, I know I was the one to suggest we bring you home with us when Mommy was originally opposed, but…”

Kate rolls her eyes. “Yes, great guilt-tripper, we see your point.”

Little Love

Let Me Have Your Heart: One Shot Series #9

-

Mornings were never your favorite, but ever since you had been with Harry you learned to love them just a little bit more every single day. Waking up next to him in the morning was probably the best part of your day, especially when you were pregnant. Waking up the a large hand making its way around your belly and his soft voice whispering to Darcy in your belly. You would never forget this one morning, slowly being awoken to Harry softly humming a song with his lips against your stomach and Darcy having a full on dance recital in your belly. Those were the moments that always made you grin from ear to ear, and this morning was no different except you weren’t home…you were at the hospital.

After a very long labor here you laid on your hospital bed, head turned to the side admiring Harry cradling Darcy close and softly talking to her as she stared intently up at him like he was her whole world, in which he was and you couldn’t help but smile. Harry looked up and smiled when he noticed you were awake.

‘Oh good morning love’ he smiled, carefully getting out of his chair and pressing a kiss to your lips and then gently sat down in the sofa next to your bed. The sofa that he had learned to love over the past 24 hours where he sat on and comforted you in your most vulnerable state. ‘Sleep well?’ he questioned. You nodded with a soft smile and covered yourself more with the worn out blanket. ‘I don’t think I have been that comfortable in the past couple months’ you smiled and released a breath.

‘Did a nurse come by yet?’ you asked. He nodded. ‘I ordered you breakfast. I got you some buttermilk waffles with a bowl of fruits and orange juice on the side, if that’s okay’ he smiled shyly. ‘That’s perfect baby, thank you’ you whispered. In that exact moment, there was a knock at the door and the nurse had walked in with a cart with a warm smile. ‘Looks like the new momma is awake’ you smiled. You let out a giggle and scooted yourself up with a whimper. Harry’s eyes went huge but you shook your head. ‘I’m okay’ you reassured. ‘Just a little sore’ you added. Harry let out a nod, still unsure but sat back admiring Darcy.

‘That’s very normal. So much stress on your body for that long, some pain is acceptable. The midwife will write you up a prescription and you take those pills every 6-8 hours or so’ she smiled. You thanked her as she left. You pulled the cart closer to you and placed all the food infront of you and slowly began eating. ‘Did you sleep well?’ you asked.

‘Well I mean duh, because this is one of the most comfortable sofas ever’ he smirked. You rolled your eyes and took a sip of your juice. ‘No but really, it was okay. I couldn’t sleep that much. I will admit, I probably left the room 3 times to go down the hall and see Darcy’ he sheepishly smiled. You giggled softly and nodded.

‘You could have laid down with me’ you pouted. ‘Maybe I needed some snuggles with my sexy man’ you pouted. Harry let out a laugh as you joined. ‘At home baby, and I’ll give you the grandest of cuddles and snuggles’ he smirked. ‘Good, because I need some’ you smiled. ‘What time are we getting discharged from the hospital?’ you asked. ‘The nurse said around noon, and now it’s 10:30 so we got about an hour and a half. I know my mum is excited to see the little love’ Harry cooed down at Darcy.

‘Darling, are you okay in there?’ he asked through the bathroom door. ‘I’m okay’ you reassured. ‘Just trying to put on this…sweatshirt’ you groaned.

Harry sighed, pulling open the door to see your struggling. He couldn’t help but let out a chuckle as you sighed and pouted. ‘It’s not funny’ you spoke up sadly. ‘I can’t put it on’ you pouted. He cleared his throat and nodded. ‘Right I’m sorry baby. Not funny at all’ he retored biting his lip. You rolled your eyes and slapped his bicep. ‘Can you just help me pull it on?’ you whined. He shook his head with a smirk and nodded helping you slip it on.

You slipped on your flip flops that you had packed in your bag along with some shorts since it was pretty warm outside just windy. ‘Where’s Darcy?’ you questioned. ‘In the car seat’ he smiled, lacing his fingers with yours and pulling you close. You looked up at him, surprised at his gesture as he simply placed a kiss to your lips.

You giggled against his lips and pulled away. ‘What was that for?’ you chuckled looking up at him. ‘Just to show you how much I love you…’ he whispered, wrapping his arms tightly around your neck and bringing you close. ‘I love you lots’ he whispered. ‘Thank you for giving me a little baby girl that I’ve always dreamed of’ he whispered against your hair.

Your heart fluttered as you felt tears start to form in your eyes as you were pressed closely to him. ‘She’s beautiful…and she’s perfect and I couldn’t imagine having a family with anyone else. So thank you’ he finished.

You whimpered against his chest and smiled. ‘I love you, you big sap’ you giggled wetly, wiping at your eyes and going up on your tippy toes to press a long, loving kiss to his lips.

‘Did you sign all the discharging papers?’ you asked, bending down to grab your hospital bag. Harry nodded as he walked over and slung Darcy’s hospital bag over his shoulder. You turned around to see Harry with all his baby gear and you couldn’t help but laugh. ‘Something on my face?’ he questioned, touching his face.

You giggled and shook your head. ‘Then what?’ he whined. ‘Nothing nothing’ you hummed. ‘You just look super sexy with your daddy gear’ you smirked.  He rolled his eyes, flipping his curls to be a bit more dramatic and you smiled. ‘Are you ready to bring our little lovie home?’ he smiled.

You grinned and nodded, as you grabbed the blanket that your grandmother had knitted for Darcy months back when you found out you’d be having a little girl, and covered her with it. ‘Alright, let’s go’ Harry smiled. Harry took the carseat, carefully attaching it to the stroller that he had brought up to your room and readjusted her blanket.

You made your way out of the hospital room, saying good bye to the nurses that have made your stay at the hospital 10 times more easier and less stressful. You said your goodbyes and made your way into the elevator. You let out a breath as you leaned against Harry’s shoulder. He smiled, pressing a kiss to your forehead and admiring Darcy in the car seat. ‘She has your ears’ Harry whispered.

You furrowed your brows and looked up at him. ‘What?’ you giggled. ‘I said she has your ears. Your cute little ears’ he grinned. You looked down at Darcy and smiled at how Harry had already memorized every single bit of her. ‘I can’t wait to get home’ he whispered. ‘Same’ you smiled, as the elevator doors dinged. You made your way out the lobby and realized that you weren’t alone. There they were, men dressed in black with camera’s awaiting to be flashed. A woman from the front desk scurried over to the two of you and reassured you that security was being called down and that they would try their best to get them to go away. Harry thanked the woman profusely as she just gave a smile and walked away.

You decided to sit on one of the sofa’s in the lobby to wait until it was time to leave. About 15 minutes later, security walked over to you, introducing themselves as you two carefully made your way out. There were about 5-10 girls, most likely fans trying to tell the paparazzi to watch what they were doing and not be so loud. ‘Excuse us mate’ Harry stated, wrapping an arm around your waist as he maneuvered the stroller with his other hand. ‘(Y/N) you look so beautiful!’ one girl whispered by your side. ‘I bet she’s beautiful’ she squealed. You smiled and tiredly thanked her. You made your way to the car as Harry carefully placed her in. He walked you to the other side, making sure you got in safely and thanked security quickly before getting into the front seat.

The ride to the house had been a nice and quiet one. Soft music lulling in the background to keep Darcy sleepy and content. All that was heard was her suckling on her pacifier. Harry pulled into the parking lot, and the both of you made your way out and to the front door. ‘Do you have the keys baby?’ you whispered, rubbing your tired eyes. He nodded, grabbing them out his pocket and handing them to you as you opened the door. Pushing it open you jumped when you heard a couple voices shout ‘Surprise!’ Your eyes widened as you noticed who had been standing there. It had been Harry’s parents and sister and your family, along with the boys, and one of yours and Harry’s closest friends, Ed. ‘Honey!’ you mom chirped as she scurried over to you and brought you into a tight hug. ‘Oh congrugalations my love’ she whispered into your hair. You thanked her quickly and pulled away.

‘How did you guys get here?’ you asked shocked. ‘Ask your wonderful husband behind you. He bought us plane tickets and reserved us a room in a hotel’ she smiled. You turned around right as Harry put Darcy’s car seat down on the floor and everyone surrounded her so see the newest family member. ‘You did this?’ you whispered with a teary smile. Harry grinned and pulled you close to him. ‘I know how upset you were that your parents couldn’t be there in the delivery room so I rang up a couple places and brought them out here. You deserve it.’ He smiled. You whimpered happily as you pressed a kiss to his lips. ‘I love you so much’ you blubbered into his chest. A chuckle vibrated through his chest as he ran a hand up and down your back. ‘I love you too darling’ he smiled, before pressing a kiss to your forehead. ‘Can I hold her?’ your mum asked, in a hushed whisper. ‘Of course’ you smiled.

She bent down, carefully unbuckling her out of her car seat and brought her into her arms. Darcy grumbled a bit but once comfortably held, she snuggled into her chest and was content. Everyone cooed and aw’ed at the sight and you couldn’t help but smile. ‘Mate, she’s beautiful’ Niall added. ‘Oh heck yah. She’s gunna be a heartbreaker’ Louis added with a smirk, while gently stroking her soft, light brown curls. ‘She’s going to be so loved’ Anne added. ‘She already is’ Gemma smiled. In that moment, you and Harry couldn’t be any happier.
