On the online training my work stressed a strict no cell phones policy. I have literally watched a manager pull her phone out and text while supervising a cash pull. My section's manager has a "if something goes wrong, text me" attitude. I've watched servers stand around and text in the service station while waiting for their tables' food. Honestly everyone at our location only follows it if the DM is in town. It's remarkable really how unified our location is at ignoring policy

Yeah my job has the same policy since we’re around medical records and what not. No one listens to it except for one coworker and myself. I’m too paranoid not to adhere to the rules. One of the guys listens to music without headphones while cleaning which is bringing so much attention to himself and his lack of fucks to give. Good thing the owner and co-owner never come in because even the supervisor does it. -Abby

Hey, so in a recent interview Papadakis/Cizeron said that they don't see the point of the constraints of the pattern dance in SD. And a lot of fans seemed to agree that it does limit the creative prowess of the skaters. But then removing the pattern dance would make the judging protocols even more objective. Do you think there's anyway in which isu could alleviate the pattern dance and still retain enough components for comparative judgement?

“removing the pattern dance would make the judging protocols even more objective” Did you mean subjective? Because the pattern dance, which is the same for all teams, is the most objective part of ice dance, as it allows the judges to directly compare execution across different teams. Dance teams already have the chance to use whatever music they want in the free dance; the point of the short dance is for teams to show that they can skate to different styles of music and be able to create something interesting within the constraints they are given. Removing the compulsory dance elements from the short dance effectively makes the SD into the original dance again, or another, shorter, free dance. Not really sure how the pattern dance can be “alleviated” without scrapping it entirely, since its entire purpose is to be the same for all teams, while other step sequences allow teams more freedom.

Attack on Titan Season 2 Thoughts

I can honestly say that I am in love with this seasons so far. I have read the manga and was particularly worried that they would stray from the plot. They have stayed very close and when I say close I mean VERY close. It is really amazing when you see that one of your favorite shows stays so true to its origins. I am even in love with the background music.

I’m excited that the people who have not read the manga get the same storyline without having to go back and find back stories in the manga. I also love seeing their reactions to the big reveals and surprises.

I am also very excited because as a manga reader I can say that it has been truly amazing to see what I have read animated. It really makes me excited and I get to experience the story and know what happens next. It keeps me on the edge of my seat because I want to see my favorite scenes in the anime.

I am so impressed with this season so far and I am very excited to see what comes next(even though I already know) I can’t even explain how much I love this season so far.

People always ask me what chromesthesia, the association of sounds with colors, is like. It’s really hard for me to describe in person, so I thought I would write it down as it’s easier to describe for me in that way.

Imagine if whenever you listened to music, a part of your mind went into its own sonic landscape. You are still very much conscious of where you are in your physical realm, and you can carry on with what you’re doing just as much as you would without the music. Yet the back of your mind has traveled into that sonic landscape.

No song’s sonic landscape is the same as another. It’s as if you’ve traveled into a new dimension with its own laws and metaphysical makeup. In this landscape, colors appear based on the tone of the song, what notes are being played, and such. The colors also move around to the speed of the song. The notes have their own texture; rough, smooth, perforated, coarse, dense, you name it.

Now if I’m really into the music, I can feel all these colors. My body almost vibrates along with it. I’m kind of lost in it all. This is rare because I have to be in a blank mindset in order for this to work. Yet when I’m there, I feel like I get the musician who composed it, in that sonic landscape, and it’s almost like in there anything is possible.

Did Sierra get new costumes for her second run on broadway? Or were like altered? Its not reallg noticable on photos but in videos there are some noticable differences at least to me that is. I fond it kind of interesting that every production she's been in so far she's gotten a new wardrobe but this one seems really different but stil similar?? (Sorry I have no idea how to describe it)

For most of her Christine runs she had a big bunch of costumes tailor-made for her. Of course, Vegas (a brand new production) goes without saying, basically everything was new there. Same with LND!Christine, where it was a brand new role in a brand new musical, and of course all of her costumes had to be made from scratch. But as for the others…

In the RAH concert I think most of her wardrobe was new, but the only items I’ve seen being mentioned as made for her is the Hannibal Slavegirl costume and the Wishing dress. I would guess easy-to-fit skirts like Elissa, Serafimo and Star Princess was probably stock items, while bodices may have been new? The “jellyfish” wedding dress bodice appears to have been made for this event, and the wedding dress looked incredibly fresh overall, but it might also have been a redecorated piece. The Star Princess bodice also looked extremely tailor-made for her. So in total? I honestly don’t know.

For Broadway I know they made her a brand new dressing gown and wedding dress for her first run. I would assume these were reused for her second run? I don’t know about the rest of the wardrobe, I suspect it was from stock.

For Paris she posted a photo of a wedding dress in the making, so it looks like she got a new one there. The other costumes looked like a mix of vintage stuff (definitely the Hannibal/Elissa combo, anyway) and new items, but since basically no photos of her in costume emerged I can’t say for sure.

New wedding dresses for her seems to be the norm, anyway!

  • Bill: I can't imagine how we would be without the other person. We are always together, we do everything together since, I dunno, for 21 years we do everything together.
  • Tom: Because we always have the same opinion, it's really hard for all the other guys.
  • Bill: Yeah, I think it's annoying for other people but for us it's nice because we are never alone. So I think as identical twins you can't imagine how it would be to be just, you know, be the son, just the lonely son like all the others. [evil laughter] You know it's so cool to have an identical twin. I don't know how other people do it without a twin. You can share everything and have the same problems and we share everything. Our thoughts, music.

I want to thank Glee, cause they taught me that I’ve never been ON MY OWN , that I CANT FIGHT THIS FEELING I have for them through this six years, and more important they  taught me to DON’T STOP BELIEVING.
I get to interact whit people all around the world and I’ve learned that I’m not ALL BY MYSELF and so I SAY A LITTLE PRAYER every night and hope for a this to never stop.
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT gleeks, we are TAKING CHANCES since Glee, and we are more open at everything that comes our way.
TONIGHT, as we all say goodbye to them, I remember that I’ve got SOMEBODY TO LOVE for the rest of my life, and that’s Glee.
Glee, ITS MY LIFE, they show me how to KEEP HOLDING ON even in the darkest moments.
I’m DEFYING GRAVITY since Glee aired for the first time , and that’s for me the most important lesson f.
They see me TRUE COLORS, and I SMILE every time a song sung by them comes in the radio.
Glee is my ENDLESS LOVE.
I’ve learned by the hand of Ryan Murphy that YOU CANT ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU WANT, but at the same time I’m like … dude, MY LIFE WOULD SUCK WITHOUT YOU.
Sometimes, in this six years I felt like I was on the HIGHWAY TO HELL, but then I remembered that A HOUSE IS NOT A HOME without all the good and the bad.
Even when this society IT’S A MANS MANS MANS WORLDS, they showed really strong female characters, yeah .. long the seasons they screw some of them too but EVERY ROSE HAS ITS THORN.
IM A SLAVE 4 YOU Glee, sometimes with the covers I felt like It was ME AGAINTS THE MUSIC, but that only made me STRONGER, cause when it comes to covers, Glee it’s THE ONLY EXCEPTION.
Cory, ONLY THE GOOD DIE YOUNG, but sometimes I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND and say DON’T GO BREAKING MY HEART, and please SING Just one more time.
Thanks for making all my TEEANGE DREAMs come true, and for teaching me to say FORGET YOU to all the fucking haters.
Glee cast, I wanna MARRY YOU for JUST THE WAY YOU ARE.
This past six years, IVE HAD THE TIME OF LIFE, but now the DOGS DAYS ARE OVER. And the SILLY LOVE SONGS will forever be stuck in my head.
RAISE YOUR GLASS if you GET IT RIGHT, and you are a LOSER LIKE ME.
I feel like AS IF WE NEVER SAY GOODBYE, because Glee will always be SOMEWHERE ONLY WE KNOW in our hearts.
Again, through the seasons I was like ROLLING IN THE DEEP, but they always LIGHT UP MY WORLD.
Gleeks, WE GOT THE BEAT so ITS NOT UNUSUAL that YOU CANT STOP THE BEAT. So TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF and know that YOU AND I, we are FUCKING PERFECT.
Remember everytime you see THE MAN IN THE MIRROR, that WE ARE YOUNG, and with Glee .. WE FOUND LOVE for TvShows again.
Glee I NEVER CAN SAY GOODBYE to you, cause I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, and I DON’T WANNA LOSE YOU, I JUST CANT STOP LOVING YOU.
IM GLAD YOU CAME, so HERES TO US, the ones that still here six years later.  Even when Glee seemed like just SOMEBODY THAT I USED TO KNOW.
Glee, I HAVE NOTHING IF I CANT HAVE YOU, and I LOVE YOU LIKE A LOVE SONG because you always manage to TAKE MY BREATH AWAY.
Glee, IN MY LIFE, you are in the GLORY DAYS.
With season four and five I was like, if theres a good episode .. CALL ME MAYBE. So lets DON’T SPEAK about the breakup episode. But I was like … shit, I’m HOPELESSLY DEVOTED TO YOU. Even when you showed that DARK SIDE of you and did SOMETHIN STUPID. So I’ve also learned that ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN and when Brittany said goodbye in season four I was like, FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE, wishing for Glee to end right there.
But then .. Finn happened.
And I tried to convinced myself and LET IT BE, but it was too much to handle.  Cause Glee, YOU ARE ME BEST FRIEND, and I BELIEVE IN A THING CALLED LOVE. So, I had to be BRAVE and be there till the very end.
Glee DON’T YOU FORGET ABOUT ME, don’t you dare to do that, cause this is MORE THAN A FEELING.
So now, with season six I realized I have to LET IT GO, cause our HOME if finally closing the doors. I know ITS TOO LATE for some things to happen, but I will always remember that YOU LEARN/YOU’VE GOT A FRIEND. And yes Glee with your songs I always FEEL THE EARTH MOVE.
Now I know that I MUST HAVE BEEN LOVE, real love .. because I’m still here six years later. So ILL NEVER FALL IN LOVE AGAIN, cause BABY ITS YOU .. WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW.
We all knew AL LAST, OUR DAY WILL COME and we will have to say goodbye for good.
So, LISTEN TO YOUR HEART and THIS TIME say it out loud … I LIVED.
I was here when this phenomenon was on, and I’m proud to be a Gleek.
Thank you Glee, for six amazing years.
Forever yours, FAITHFULLY.

I feel like an over dramatic fan for saying this but I seriously worry about the relationship the rest of the M members have together. I sometimes get the vibe that they're still close but they don't trust Lay anymore. Especially being M biased it kinda hurts seeing this! The bond they used to have just seems so off now to me! I hope whatever is going on between those 3 is fixed because I don't like seeing my babies like this! I want to see them interacting together like they used to :(

Mmm yeah. I feel like xiuchen are avoiding contact with yixing. Like i understand the mistrust they might have, they just cant be okay with everything after it happened 3 times, so they start to avoid yixing in case he leaves too. Its probably like some sort of safety measurement for them. They stick together a lot without yixing, and im sure they find comfort in each other. As hard it was for yixing when 3 brothers left, it was the same for them, esp minseok. He has been training with china line for yrs, he knew he was gonna debut with them and they were really close. Jongdae was the perfect addition to complete team’s harmony and m was seriously the best thing happened to pop music. Unfortunately ppl werent ready for that kind of perfection. Its so sad to see the most perfect thing to break apart. When you share common goal with your friends and work towards that goal, but suddenly thats not the case anymore of course youd feel hurt, no matter how much you want to support them for their chosen path, it is hard because of all the things you’ve planned with them, all the dreams you’ve promised to achieve together. I have always been easy and more lenient on xiuchen because of this. I always try to understand the struggles each of them facing and try to put myself in their shoes, i mean they were supposed to be promoting in china, with the 6 of them. But they are settled with the next best thing which is to take whatever korea has to offer for them, since they are freaking talented and amazing offers come flooding in which im thankful for. When they first debuted in china, xiuchen struggled a lot due to language barrier but they looked happy and content. china line would always make sure that they understand everything, be proud of them when they nail their lines in mandarin, and just constantly support them when theyre struggling with the language because they know how hard it was for them. I feel like everyone in exo m keeps things to themselves a lot, about how difficult it was for them. i also feel like xiuchen felt more hurt not because they left, but because they werent given much explanation and reason or at least something that only for them to hear not the media or everyone else. Maybe luhan did but im not sure about the other two. If you’re close with someone youd expect them to tell you what’s bothering them, or when they’re having hard time and if they didnt and you find out abt it from different person or source you’d feel hurt right? They are good guys with kind heart. id honestly be the same, id isolate myself to not get hurt but as much as this is hard on them it is hard on yixing. I wish they sort whatever the thing between them because it hurts me to see them like this. The ppl yixing feels the most apologetic to would probably be xiuchen. Hint number one was yixing’s birthday post for jongdae. Jongdae doesnt have sns but he still posted birthday wish for him, saying he is sorry and thankful. Maybe something had happened but i doubt that its something that cant be fixed.

In April, the new Boom comic series Translucid will reunite the creative husband-and-wife team of Chondra Echert and musician Claudio Sanchez, frontman of Coheed and Cambria.

The new project is a unique take on superheroes — portraying a hero named The Navigator and his arch-enemy, The Horse, while also examining the blurred line between hero and villain.

The writers admit they were influenced by the relationship of Batman and the Joker when they were formulating the story of The Navigator and The Horse. But in this story, The Horse begins to notice that The Navigator’s moral compass is slipping, the villain decides to get a closer look into The Navigator’s past to find out what drove him to become a hero.

Sanchez, who’s sold millions of records worldwide as the creative force behind the band Coheed and Cambria, is a lifelong fan of comic books and superheroes. With Translucid, he and his wife promise to turn the superhero trope of “the neverending battle” on its head.

Echert and Sanchez formerly worked together on two other Boom Studios books, Kill Audio and Key of Z. The musician is also behind the volumes of comics and novels known as Armory Wars, which has been tied closely to stories told through the music of Coheed and Cambria.

As we reveal character designs for Translucid by the series artist, newcomer Daniel Blayliss, and one of the book’s covers, by Jeff Stokely, we talked to Sanchez and Echert to find out more about their approach to the book.

Newsarama: Claudio and Chondra, how would you describe the premise of Translucid?

Chondra EchertTranslucid is our first foray into the superhero realm, and it catches up with a superhero and a villain on the last day of the hero’s life. So we delve into his past and see moments that made him become what he is.

The overall theme of it is the question of morality. What makes a hero and what makes a villain?

Where do the lines blur?

Nrama: Looking at the description and art, it seems like the antagonistic relationship of these two characters is much like existing superheroes and their arch nemeses. Was there a hero and villain you guys had in mind when you were working on this?

Echert: Claudio’s a big fan of the relationship between Batman and the Joker, and we were thinking about what makes Batman who he is, and how he went through a traumatic experience in an otherwise good life, and how it moved him forward to become a hero.

We thought, what would have happened if Batman’s past was not good? What if his parents weren’t necessarily nice people? What if he came from a troubled home and still underwent these traumatic experiences? How would he then evolve as a hero?

So you can see similarities, certainly in the hero, The Navigator. And also his villain, who’s called The Horse. You can see similarities between Batman and the Joker.

Claudio Sanchez: And also, what if the Joker had the opportunity to utilize the Batman’s origin to sort of deconstruct him and essentially destroy him? What if this symbiotic relationship wasn’t so symbiotic? What if one of them wanted it to end, and thinks a good way to end it is to utilize the beginning?

Nrama: It sounds pretty dark, but also full of psychological intrigue.

Sanchez: Yes, it is a dark book, and it’s also perplexing and filled with mysteries, because it happens in different timelines. We have this present where these two are combatting. And then there’s this subconscious sort of zone, where we revisit the hero and his origin.

But yeah, it is essentially a dark story.

Nrama: As you said, the story really blurs the line between hero and villain, questioning the choices made by each, and it feels like it’s among the lines of books that deconstruct the superhero trope, in the way of something like The Watchmen.

Sanchez: Absolutely. I mean, The Watchmen is one of my all-time favorites. I guess in a way, you could consider it an homage.

Echert: Even recently, we’ve been enjoying the new Matt Fraction run on Hawkeye, which I think does a good job of taking a hero out of his element and giving you those backstories and unexpected viewpoints of his life.

And even though Translucid is a superhero book, it’s not all capes and flair. This is a book that is really a story about choices.

Nrama: And about how these two individuals took different paths, right? About what controls their moral compass?

Sanchez: It’s funny that you say “moral compass,” because that was one of the ideas for a possible title. But yes, it’s very much about choice.

Nrama: Since you two are a married couple, how do you work together?

Sanchez: Usually, what happens is I’ll wake her up at 3 o'clock in the morning and say, “I’ve got this idea!” And she’ll tell me to basically shut the f__k up and go to sleep.

No, for the most part, we come up with these concepts and jot them down, and with this one in particular, Chondra has been doing a lot of the heavy lifting. But we come together at a point and we just make it work for both of it.

And at Boom, the editors have been fantastic, helping us strike the cord that we want.

Echert: There’s a lot of pre-planning. We take a lot of long walks to make sure we’ve got this overarching storyline, and the vibe that we want. In terms of scripting, I’ll usually sit down and put together a rough draft, then he’ll take a look and make changes. From there it’s really organic.

Sanchez: And we usually have multiple stories we’re working on at a time, so we trade back and forth. Like, right now, Chondra’s kind of taking the lead on Translucid, but I’m working on a follow-up to the The Amory Wars. So I’ve been knee-deep in that, as well as working on a children’s story.

Nrama: Can you describe what Daniel Blayliss brings to the book?

Echert: With this series in particular, we wanted to find someone with an illustrative quality. Boom had come to us with a number of really talented artists, and we ended up with Daniel because his art is just so fresh, but also very, very illustrative and, I think, approachable.

It’s not traditional to what I would envision a superhero book looking like. But it’s very clean and really inventive. He just has a really good grasp on how a page should feel.

I think the only thing we researched regarding his art was his Batman and Joker, for an homage story he did. And it’s really graphic and really dark, and it definitely set the tone for this book. So we thought he’d be a really good fit for this.

Sanchez: I think he also expressed a real interest in the characters, and when we saw that art he did, it made sense. It all clicked. We knew he’d understand the sort of story we’re trying to tell.

Echert: He’s been a pleasure so far. Really detailed. Really fast.

Nrama: I know you have a lot of different artistic outlets available. What is it that keeps you coming back to comic books? Is it mostly because you’re comic readers and thus fans? Or does it offer a certain type of creative outlet for you?

Sanchez: Well, you know, for me as a kid, when I was listening to music, I always found music more enjoyable with a visual. And that was usually with my imagination. I would be in a car with my parents, and they’d be listening to a song, and in my mind, I’d envision a character running across buildings or flying or something like that. My imagination was throwing around images to a soundtrack.

And so ever since, I’ve always wanted to tell stories with music. Coheed and Cambria, with the outlet of The Amory Wars, has allowed me to do that.

But also, I really like the medium. I like playing around with the medium without music too. I like playing around with it on its own. And we’ve done that, with Kill Audio and Key of Z, and I just find it fun. There’s something about having these scripts and sending them to an artist, and this language between that script and that artist, and then seeing that translated back in a visual. That’s just a lot of fun. It never gets old to me. And I’m even utilizing that same sort of thing in the children’s books I’m doing. It hasn’t gotten old. It’s always exciting.

Echert: For me, I didn’t grow up reading comics, aside from an Archie digest from the grocery store every once in awhile. So for me, what I really love about the medium is what a challenge it is. I think the way all these creative minds come together to work on one piece of work is so much more difficult and interesting than some people give it credit for.

It feels like it’s always this really interesting ride with every book. Every time, you’re part of a conglomerate of really creative people. And you end up with this really magical product.

Free the Music and the Creativity Will Flow

It’s funny that we live in an age where I have to define what “Free” means. But that’s real. People don’t really know how to receive things for free anymore. It needs to be free with a disclaimer, a release, a license or a clause with renunciations of all kinds. Not only that, people assume that there’s an angle with free things. Is it free because it’s part of a contest? Free is possibly the least free thing in the world. It’s tangled up in confusion.

A few weeks ago, I released stems from my song “Ain’t Gotta Lie”. (Stems are the different parts of the song: vocals, drums, bass etc. A person can take these parts and use them in their own music.) For free. Free as in free puppies. Pick them up, take care of them, enjoy them. It’s yours now.

Billboard then published an Op-Ed piece by Steve Martocci which raised some good questions. Free in what way? Read the article here, but essentially he posed the question: are they free as in “no cost” but with restrictions, or are the stems really out there to be taken? Am I going to come after people later on and say that’s mine? WHAT DID FREE MEAN?

The short simple answer is: Free means free as a bird. Fly, little stems, be free. Go make beautiful music without me. Free is really free.

What it comes down to for me is the question: what makes a song? That’s a complicated beast. You probably won’t find the same answer from any two musicians. My answer is: a song is made of lyric and melody. Everything else is a variable. Those are its identity, its soul, its name. So if a person takes my melody and deCarl’s voice then just adds a new beat or baseline, that’s all well and good but that song does not belong to them alone. It’s a remix. And they need to credit that. However, if they take a drum loop, or a vocal snippet, rearranged with their own ideas and add the rest, that’s an original piece of work. This is how it is now. I hear records all the time that sample me…a kick drum here or a baseline there, I’m not mad. Congratulations on making music!

I trust that with these stems out there, people are not going to simply mimic my version of “Ain’t Gotta Lie”. They can make siblings but not clones. Truthfully, what are they going to do with a clone? What’s the point? Who is going to even give them any shine on that? BUT. What if they have the stems, then come up with a great idea?

A crowd-sourced mash up that bangs happens. That’s what.

There’s a guy named Ted Keyes who follows me on Twitter. I’ve never met him, never spoken to him. But Ted picked up the “Ain’t Gotta Lie” stems, and came up with a solid idea on how to use them. He put it together, then asked me over Twitter to check it out. I liked his idea, but it wasn’t entirely flushed out. The track he had laid the vocal over had some other bits in it, they conflicted. The other track he was using was by Hard Rock Sofa called “Get Down”. One of the perks of being me is that I can go ahead and reach out to Hard Rock Sofa and ask them for the instrumental. Which is what I did, and they said yes.

Once I had that, I could mess with the vocal/pitch to make it fit in perfectly. I spent some time getting it right, and now? It’s here. I’m going to use this mashup in shows, I’m confident that people will dig it. The gorgeous thing here is that all of this came from releasing the stems. For free. Ted had an idea and I was able to help him execute it. Ted gets credit in this new version.

Here it is, the crux of what people have a tough time understanding. Free the music. Yup, the cash will follow but more importantly: the creativity will flow.

On the recent changes...

I don’t often speak up about goings-on within Steam Powered Giraffe. When I’m content with something, I tend not to have much to say on the subject, and when I’m not so happy it generally falls under the “don’t air your dirty laundry in public” rule that I was brought up on. This time, however, I feel like throwing my thoughts into the mix. (I am feeling ill today and I may find it harder than usual to make sense, so bear with me.)

First of all, I am going to miss Michael Reed and Matt Smith. They’re both excellent musicians; Michael’s musical arrangements and guitar work are no less than perfect, and Matt’s drumming always floors me. I was really looking forward to meeting them whenever I finally get to see SPG live, and it’s disappointing to know that won’t happen.

At the same time, however, I think I can understand why the group might see fit to continue without them. Having grown up in a music industry family, I’ve seen what goes on behind the scenes of a lot of shows and acts, and sometimes difficult decisions have to be made. Even when an act may desperately want to continue with everyone on board, it may not be in its best interests for a number of reasons (budget, time constraints and even health & safety to name but a few). I’ve seen large-scale arena shows being forced to chop out half of their cast and sets just because it was the only way to keep them from going under, and I’ve watched friends and family alike make difficult and sometimes unpleasant decisions because they needed to be made. A show will often grow into its own entity, separate from its cast and crew. At this point, what is best for the show may not always be what’s best for the people in it. Just like a baby, its needs must come first.

I know this all sounds pretty heartless, but sometimes drastic change is the only way forward. And from what I’ve heard, they all still seem to be on good terms, so I can only guess that everyone involved truly believes that this is for the good of Steam Powered Giraffe. And with that in mind, I’m going to trust their judgement on this and wait until the next show to see how this all plays out. :)

hi i am studying architecture and i was wondering how do you manage to deal with the stress ?

For each of us the experience is different, don’t be embarrassed to seek out help with a counselor or professional if it gets bad. I can share with you some of the things that work for me:

Ive been a big MCR fan for like 10 years now and i think the final nail in the coffin is the cover album coming out. It just seems like a bad cop out to me and for them to be gone for so long and then come back with something thats not even them is really disheartening.

okay but its not the band doing it? so why are you mad at them? its literally a cover album that a magazine is bringing out it has ZERO to do with the band and the band has ZERO to do with it. and the whole TBP anniversary thing wasnt the band either, it was the label. i suggest you listen to this interview https://soundcloud.com/the-mothership/live-from-comic-con-2016-gerard-way-talks-comics-and-music where at 6:43 Gerard is asked about the whole TBP anniversary thing

INTERVIEWER: so the My Chemical Romance twitter page put out the teaser the other day. What can you say about that?
GERARD: Not much because the band’s not heavily involved with any of that stuff so you know, it was a lot of misinformation when that came out so we asked the label to put out a statement to clarify things. But umm, yeah there’s not much to talk about.
INTERVIEWER: But it’s kinda cool though that many fans kinda got excited about it like ‘Oh they might be getting back together’. There’s still a love for your music, a love for all of you guys. That must be kinda nice.
GERARD: Yeah, that was really nice, yknow. I think everybody felt that it was nice but at the same time I think everybody felt like it was a little out of hand so we asked the label to clarify stuff.

so yeah maybe dont blame the band/the band members for anything thats been done without their approval. its the label making money off of them bc the label has the right to do it whether they like it or not. it was the label that ultimately gave the okay for the cover album that Rocksound is doing. or have you seen any of the guys actually talk about it/promote it? i havent.

[Tuned in a bit late…]

BamBam introduced himself as fan-service king

JB is introducing their song “A”

DJ asked who they were singing the song to (Who are they saying Aaa~ to?). They said its a song for the fans

“A” is playing right now

Shindong(DJ): Its a song by JYP right? How did you feel when you received it?
JB; It was different than GGG, more cute. So we were taken back at first

Youngjae: I practiced in front of the mirror a lot (the cute expressions)

DJ: Who treats you the best among your sunbaes?
All of them are really nice

DJ: How about someone who was bad to you?
There is no one like that

DJ: How about someone you don’t meet often?
Bambam: umm..taecyeon hyung?
DJ: Ohh so you don’t like Taecyeon? *laughs*
Bambam: NO no its not like that. I love okat
Jackson: Ahh so you like okat but not taecyeon hyung?
*laughs*

JB was talking about how he is not cute and he’s not confident in it and shindong goes what are you talking out, you’re cute

Other members say JB is cute too
Shindong: So what? He’s doing his own image making? Saying he’s a tough guy
*laughs*

Jr: Youngjae’s eyesmile is really cute
(Mentioned other members too but I missed it orz)
DJ asked about mark, and they said he’s always cute
Shindong agreed as well

Ok I missed what they were talking about, my Jackson just called himself “innocent”

They’re talking about the teasers now, and each on is talking about his situation

Jackson did the “I told you to stand by me” part LOL
Shindong didn’t understand what it meant, so he explained it in korean

Shindong said he saw that one (the teaser). He thought it was some kinda movie

Mark did his teaser bit too. Same as everyone

If you really met your ideal type what would you do? confess?
JB: If i get the hint that she’s interested in me, then I’ll go for it.
I’ll talk to her first, and see if she likes me.

Jackson: If i really like her, than I’ll go straight to her and say “Hey, stand by me”
LOL

Jackson’s ideal type is healthy, sporty, dark skin
Shindong: A celebrity? either korean or foreign doesn’t matter
Jackson: Beyonce

They had to chose a song from their previous album to play. JB chose their title track
“Girls Girls Girls” now playing

Back from the song break and now its gaengi time! (special talent/impersonations

Shindong said he really liked Bambam’s Thai rap that he performed on SSTP before, so he’s doing it again!#7thHeaven

Yugyeom: I really don’t have gaengi (special talent)
DJ: Its ok! We can find one for you today

Shindong: What were you good at in school?
Yugyeom: I wasn’t good at anything…
All: He’s really good at dancing!

Yugyeom said he was good at Hiphop and House music. But Jackson was shouting “Dougie, Dougie!”

He danced without music! lool
Mixture of Hiphop and dougie –>HipDog XD

Jr is impersonating Bobby Kim. Apparently non of the members heard it before lol

The members said he didn’t sound the same XD
DJ: Ahm.. you were good at the beginning
Jr: Really? Give me a ding dong dang then (a pass)
DJ: DENG! (fails him) lool

Mark said he’s good at martial arts but since he can’t do it there
him and Jackson are having a conversation in 3 languages!
Korean, Chinese and English (Yugyeom said American instead of English LOL)
Mark & Jackson are mixing it all together

Jackson is doing a scooby doo imitation LOL
Shindong declared it a fail! haha But he was pretty good, and the members liked it

Since he failed he had to try again.
Him and JB are talking in Cantonese!
Even though JB is faking it, Shindong passed him instead of Jackson saying he was better XD

Youngjae is playing the piano for his special talent!~

He starts off good but he keeps messing up lool
Shindong asked him if he only learned it to seduce the girls XD

Bambam tried to play the piano and he actually did well!
Shindong passed him
Youngjae kept interfering saying “Thats not right! The rhythm is not right! You’re going to fast!” haha XD

Youngjae has to do a freestyle rap now!

Bambam said he had another talent.
He impersonated Marge from the Simpsons!

shindong said many people imitate her and
Jackson is pretty adamant in doing his scooby doo impersonation. He’s doing it again LOL

[Whats with Bambam and Jackson? Do they watch cartoons in their free time together? XDD]

I missed JB but he was doing a hilarious Grandpa voice. He sang GGG in that voice too

Shindong: What were you guys talking about? You have a lot of gaengi!
He passed them all at the end

As an encore Bambam impersonated Marge again, this time in Thai!
Everybody burst out laughing

Bambam did the Thai rap in that character’s version and Jackson did the beatbox
then JB did the ment thing and ‘Good tonight’ was played then that was it=]

😡😡 To them it seems like its just one less to deal with, one less to pretend to be descent with, plus if we scream he has a gun, irregardless if he did or didnt, we can shoot him and take us a leave while the city is left to deal with what comes next! I was literally just home for the holidays, rode pass this same store without a care in the world and now to wake up and see this so close to home its really like a knife thru the heart.

Alton never messed with anybody, he sold his music to provide for his family. Didnt have problems with the owner of the store or anything. He was a husband, father, brother, son, and a life that mattered thats now gone too soon!

I really don’t understand this website with its hate for minions. The reasons are overall stupid. First of all they are not the spawn of Satan. You may not find them cute and that’s okay. Secondly (and the most overused argument) is that they are everywhere, but most of those same people like Taylor Swift and honestly she is everywhere too. I cannot go a single day without listening to her music. The only reasonable reason I find is because of how they speak and well when I watched the first Despicable Me movie it also annoyed me how they talked but I became fine with it. Besides, that’s how marketing works. You try to make your characters be popular and make money off of it. “OMG THE PERSON WHO POSTED DIS IS A SOCCER MOM” no, be more open minded. I am a 15 year old teenager and I’m writing this. “The person who posted this has a low IQ” well damn, I did not know liking something made me stupid but hey, at least my ego is not as high as yours. I am sick and tired of seeing the minions hate posts because honestly the minion madness will die off as everything does and apply your overused argument of “ if you don’t like it scroll past it” to this. “Oh but you did not scroll past all of those posts” believe me I do, that’s why I just made a post explaining what I felt unlike you who made 1000 posts about how you hate minions.

today in musical class we were messing around and chatting and this really strict substitute teacher was like WHAT ARE YOU GIRLS DOING and without even batting an eye all six or seven of us just immediately slipped into the exact same lie and we managed to fool her into thinking that we were looking over our camp schedule when we were really discussing how sassy and useless we would be as lawyers
