but it was worth it and i regret nothing

You see, at first, I did regret you. I regretted ever giving you that satisfaction of having me so easily. I used to regret ever being so vulnerable for you. I would regret the memories we had created at 2PM as well as the ones at 4AM. Now, I’m just so thankful for you. You taught me that there is nothing wrong with showing a man just how crazy you are for him, it is not my fault you were incapable of loving me back. You taught me my worth. That I should not lose an ounce of sleep, crying over something that is completely out of my hands. You taught me how to love myself enough to let you go. Because of you, I know what I deserve now and I will never settle. You did that. I am forever grateful for you.
—  You were a life lesson. Thank you R.
FACTS ABOUT CONNOR MURPHY (spoilers)

So I have decided to post all the facts and hints about Connor Murphy’s past that are shown in the musical. It’s hard to make out considering people in the fandom usually focus on the lies Evan tells to figure out Connor’s personality.

To get this conclusion (which I will post in a second) I literally skipped all scenes concerning Evan’s lies and went directly to the Murphy family and what they say. None of these facts/hints involve what Evan said about Connor.

First of all, I’ll say now that I have put my own interpretation on each of these facts.

And so, I will put all FACTS in BOLD.
Anything out of bold is my own interpretation and how I see it to be. It’s up to you to agree with me or disagree.

First, I will post my conclusions on each family member, and then afterwards, I will post the reasons for each one.

Zoe

Zoe was an emotional and verbal abuse victim. There is no evidence of physical abuse, although there were threats that could have potentially led to that. She has all the right to not grieve over Connor, in all honesty, she could have sent him to the police for what he did, but as an abuse victim, that is very hard to do. Connor was probably the cause of most of her insecurities and she hated him for that. The unhealthy habit of taking out his anger on the nearest person to him probably made him lash out at his sister whenever he had a panic attack. Judging by how he really did care enough to keep the creepy letter about his sister, written by Evan, in his pocket for 3 days before he committed suicide, it’s safe to say that he really regretted being mean to his sister and actually cared about her.

Connor’s mom, Cynthia

Connor’s mom was a woman obsessed with reputation. She’s known as the rich man’s wife, and wants more than anything to be a regular family. But because her son had mental illnesses, her perfect image was ruined. She acted as though she was there for him but when it came down to it, she did nothing. She pushed for therapy but after a while, her husband took him out of it because “it wasn’t worth the money,” and she basically went, “welp, I tried.” I will quote what I say later: Connor’s mom might not actually be sad that her son is gone, but rather, she’s ashamed that her family actually doesn’t care. It seems like Connor’s mom is filled with regret for not being there for her son, and she’s forcing her family to act like they regretted it too, because that’s what a real family should have been like. But this is only a personal theory.

Connor’s dad, Larry

Connor’s dad might be one of the main sources of his depression. It is very obvious to me that Connor’s dad believed him to be a disappointment. He didn’t grieve for his dead son and only played along to make his wife happy. He’s annoyed by the whole situation. It even seemed like he hated the fact that there was fake remnants of his son in Evan. Almost like he wished Connor wasn’t friends with Evan so he could just forget all about him and not need to deal with it. At some point he was a kind father. When they went to the orchard together for picnics, it seems like they were a happy family. Connor’s dad had played with their toy plane together and had some great memories. The whole family practically forgot about this, though. Connor’s dad didn’t cry at his own dead son’s funeral. I think that sums it up.

Connor Murphy

Connor was a complicated person. He had many different mental illnesses. I could research which ones he probably had, but there’s probably already a post somewhere on it already. One thing for sure, is that he was unstable. He might not have been like that his whole life, but at the time of knowing him, the time he was briefly alive in the show, he was incredibly unstable. Everything and anything could set him off, and he probably hated that about himself as well. Pushing away everyone near him that could possibly help and hating himself for doing so, spiraling himself into a closed minded world of self-hate and regret, which is something that many people can relate to, including me. He did a lot of horrible things to his sister and to his family. I don’t blame his family for not actually grieving him, he was a really bad person. The problem is, he could have been a good person as well. He had all the potential to get better. He talked to Evan, probably wishing to say sorry about pushing him earlier in the hall. He was trying, he wanted to try. He wanted to get better. He just gave up too soon.

This post is very long! I’m sorry. If you’d like to read more, I’m putting the reasons I’ve come to these conclusions under the cut.

Remember, ALL FACTS ARE IN BOLD. Anything else is my personal interpretation.

keith and allura + growing stronger by letting go of the past

since i have yet to find another post that goes into detail about just how much keith’s arc in ‘the blade of marmora’ and allura’s arc in ‘crystal venom’ parallel one another, i went ahead and did the thing myself !! i find it both curious and kinda enchanting how alike keith and allura are in so many respects. realizing these similarities while re-watching the show was far too riveting not to share my thoughts, so here they are ^^

PART TWO

_______________________________________________________________________

You and me, we made a vow. For better or for worse. I can’t believe you let me down, but the proof’s in the way it hurts.

“This is so beautiful,” you gently whispered in Bucky’s ear, leaning your head down gingerly on his comfortable and familiar shoulder. Your eyes pierced through the orange and pink blazing across the mid afternoon sky in a loving daze. Your heart warmed at the thought of such a pure and devoted afternoon with the man you loved with every bone in your body.

Bucky’s deep breaths fanned across the setting sky and wrapped his arm around your figure, bringing you closer to his comforting frame as he whispered back to you, his words sending shivers down your spine, “Almost as beautiful as you.”

Your insides turned gooey as your heart did the unrecognizable thump against your chest, your affection for him never washing away for a second. You blushed the color of the beautiful sunset before the both of you, your eyes swaying to the motion of the sky for the next few minutes. After minutes have passed, you feel the warmth of your figure leave as Bucky pulled slowly away from you, your shoulders becoming cold without the warmth for his body touching you.

Confused, you turn towards him and sit up against the park bench, hands pushing down on the now vacant spot next to you. Eyebrows furrowing with disorientation as you scanned his tall and muscular figure that was standing next to the bench, his head turned the other way, hands digging deep into his pockets.

Scooting over closer to him, you reach out and gently touch his arm in comfort, “Hey, what’s wrong?” you question, concern lacing through your words.

He feels the spark of your finger grazing his arm and he whips around to face you once again, eyes wide with anxiety, “W-Well,” he stutters out, hand coming up to grasps his jaw in worry.

You got up, worried at his sudden change of demeanor and move to face him, placing your hands on his shoulders, “What?” you answer, the tightness in his shoulders letting go as soon as he feels your captivating touch.

All of the sudden, he nods his head back in forth, almost as if he was debating with himself on what his next action would be. You watched him with caution and narrowed your eyes in concern.

Before you knew it, Bucky’s figured switched from gazing over you to moving below you, his right knew propped up on the ground as he bent down on the other. Your eyes and mouth grew with every movement, watching him with bewilderment at what his next move would be. Excitement flew through your veins and your stomach twisted into a knot.

“Y/N, I will always love you, you know that right? I would never hurt you, ever,” he questioned you, hand reaching in his pocket to grasp the new object, his eyes urging yours to not in understanding.

The love crackled between your two bodies as you choked out a 'Yes’, your sudden feelings catching the best of you due to the sudden situation. Bucky’s mesmerizing smile spread across his face, his icey blue-green eyes dragging you in to yet another trance.

He scoots closer, grasping the black box in his hand, the nerves pulsing his veins in such a exciting manner he felt as if his head was spinning. He gazed at your nearly crying figure and the love poured out of him as he asked you the long awaited four words.

“Y/N Y/L/N, will you marry me?”

Your emotions did the talking for you, your head nodding vigorously as his question, your heart answering what your mouth couldn’t seem to do. His nerves exploded in his stomach as he slid the glistening ring on your finger. Your bodies collided along with your lips, the adoration and anxiety all washing over the both of you at once as your lips grazed each other’s in searing kiss. The once alluring sunset had vanished, leaving you two to have the most beautiful scene in the moment.

Nothing could have ruined that affectionate moment and the electricity of love that ignited in your veins. Your love was over the moon, your mind never second guessing his question for a second. He was the love of your life, he was going to love you for as long as he possibly could.

What you didn’t know, was that the vow you had sworn on your wedding day, the vow that caused your heart to close for one person and one person only, was broken in no time.

For months on end I’ve had my doubts, denying every tear. I wish this would be over now, but I know that I still need you here.

Two years later…

“Buck, where are you going? It’s Saturday,” you questioned your husband of two years as he gripped his brown leather jacket in one hand and his cell phone in the other.

Buck whipped his head around to scan your confused demeanor quickly as you questioned him. He watched as your tired Y/E/C eyes rolled over from him to the clock, the anxiety within him stirring as you asked him, “S-Steve wanted some help moving into his new place.”

You watched the stutter slip through his lying lips once again, your mind connecting the anxiety, stutter, and time management together as yet another lie. Your cold fingers etched themselves against the warm mug that was held against the palm of your hand. Fingers lightly tapping the white ceramic in examination of Bucky standing before you like a deer in headlights.

Pink lips turning from a usual depicted frown to a small, genuine-looking smile at his weary figure reaching for the door handle, you got up and made way to him slowly. The back of your mind fished for one of your many forgiving responses as you set a hand on his shoulder, “Okay, I’ll see you later,” you elevated up slightly, planting a cold kiss upon his scruffy cheek.

The feeling of your cold yet loving lips against his skin made his heart ache and regret wash over him once more. His mind wasn’t thinking as he smiled slightly at your groggy figure, opening the front door and leaving to portray all the love and affection he provided you once, to someone else.

Bucky exited the door, leaving you alone to sort out the scandalous and unforgivable actions he was playing beyond your eyes. Your mind was no longer wracking for a solution to stir upon him once he walked in the door with the stench of expensive, sour smelling perfume circling upon his clothes. Or to daringly ask him how he received such a purple bruise from you that day, especially when you haven’t kissed his greedy, pink lips in over a week. There was nothing else to be said or done. Your thoughts no longer left you stranded alone in your shared bedroom, the anemic and damaging ears blurring your vision of what was being played before you. Your pillow soaked with lies and heartbreak gripped underneath your trembling body as shaky breaths emitted from your chapped lips day, after day, after day. after day.

Your heart could no longer fracture itself at the thought of Bucky’s lips against someone else’s. His smiles being witnessed by someone of lesser love for him than you. You had dried yourself of any more mournful and heartbroken feelings. The constant acts of forgiveness he would supply because of his presence, no longer affected you anymore. Nothing was strong enough after two months of dismal play on his part, to ignite another wave of regret to wash over you. The continual nights of escape were over, you were ending them.

He wasn’t worth your pain anymore.

You say I’m crazy. 'Cause you don’t think I know what you’ve done. But when you call me baby, I know I’m not the only one.

“How was Steve’s?” you ask your husband as he opened the door, the sound of crickets slipping through the door frame and into your ears. His brown jacket was hanging limp over his body as he looked up to meet your gaze.

Your attention snapped from the TV to him, awaiting his new round of false answers and heavily formulated responses that consisted of code words for the term 'sex’. Bucky’s eyes watched your seemingly calm figure turn to look at him as he whipped out a new and improved casual response, “It was good, yeah. His new place is really nice,” he responded, the casual exterior of the comment flooding your knowing demeanor.

You shook your head slowly at his response, turning our attention back to the TV, making it seem like you believed his cursory lie. Pursing your lips, your mind scanned through endless possibilities on how you would begin to topic of conversation that would end in complete and utter controversy. Out of the corner of your eyes, your orbs carefully yet skillfully watching him and his moves intently. Your mind picked which action to throw upon on him first, his figure coming to sit down in the chair nearest you. He kicked off his brown boots, propping his feet up on the ottoman. Your lips pursed and switched your gaze back to the TV head on as you witnessed his eyes pierce your mysterious ones quickly.

Deciding to act on the manner for once, your brain ripped out a hasty response, eyes and head still fixated on the bright picture of the screen before you, “Is Steve’s place the new excuse?”

The response danced in your ears and your heart did a rapid 'thump’ as you quietly awaited his response. Your eyes narrowed over to him, seeing his head whip towards your sudden comment.

Bucky’s nervous voice hit your ears and you daringly decided to take your attention from TV to your dishonest husband approaching next to your strong demeanor, “What?” he let out, almost sounding defensive toward you. This caused your pulse to accelerate and your mind to flip from calm to defensive as well.

“Cut the fucking bullshit, Buck,” the words dripped like venom off your tongue, whipping your head to meet his guilt-stricken eyes. You tensed as his figure straightened in the chair, his full attention now focused on you and you only.

“Y/N, what are you-” he attempted to say, the defensive aspect of his lie already diminishing poorly on him.

Don’t, don’t you dare sit here and lie to me again. Do you think I’m that big of a fucking idiot?” your voice had risen, your mouth nor your thoughts shutting you down at all. This was the moment you would never allow him to deceive you again. You were ripping this into him finally, and you weren’t about to stop.

You continued, watching his figure and facial expressions grow guilty and wrongful by the second, “This is it, Bucky! The excuses that roll of your lips every time you walk out that door are done, they’re goddamn over with! So, don’t you dare try to slide by me ever again, because this is the moment I finally let you have it,” your features were scrunched in heartbreak yet anger as the eyes you once loved to dive in to, could no longer meet yours in truth.

He muttered at you, head directed down at the floor, arms planted on his knees in defeat, heavy breaths emitting from him each second, “Y/N! You’re crazy if you-”

“Oh my god, Bucky! Is this a fucking joke? Don’t you dare try and flip this around to cause me to portray the bad guy! Y-You know what you’ve done and your coward ass is too afraid to admit it!” you roared at him, hands flying everywhere, emotions pouring in and out of you every second the conversation leads closer and closer to the truth.

“Say it, Buck! I want to hear you fucking say it!

As those words dripped off your lips, the room became cold and quiet, any outside noise being canceled out. Nothing else mattered, but the truth. Your heart pounded against your chest and your pulse was on fire at this point. Everything inside you ached by now, but you didn’t care.

Bucky’s down-casted demeanor looked up to hit your glaring, hurting orbs that were intently staring a hole through him. His body was close to sobbing as the heartbroken expression on your once gentle features hit his heart like a truck.

His eyes glazed over with tears, the usual bright color now gone along with the false confessions. The energy between you two no longer existed, all the adoration and love, had vanished.

“I-I cheated on you.”

The words you knew were approaching stung, your body becoming limp and your thoughts washed away with affection and truth. Your husband, the love of your life, was no longer who you thought he was.

You and him were no longer.

Sans: “this one is priceless. paps was trying to do magic all morning, and when he finally managed to do one spell, that dog stole it. papyrus was really mad for the rest of the day cause he was never able to caught it.”

do you wanna touch me (there) - Isaac Lahey one shot *smut*

Summary: After an exhausting day of running errands, you were disappointed to return home to an empty loft. Or so you thought.

Pairing: Isaac Lahey x reader

“I’m home!” you announced as you entered the loft, struggling to carry a week’s worth of groceries. Thinking you could hulk it out, you had grabbed all the bags from your car at the same time. Second trips were a bitch.

One of the bags slightly teetered against your arm, threatening to topple over. “Anyone here? I could use some help!”  you desperately requested. You were met with silence.

“Guys?” you squeaked. Still nothing.

Yeah, you regretted everything.

Feeling like a rejected soccer mom, you huffed against a lock of hair that had fallen over your face. You trudged across the loft and into the kitchen, gingerly setting the groceries onto the counter.

“Children,” you grumbled bitterly to yourself. Even though you were all the same age. Well, excluding Derek.

“Everyone just runs around town chasing their little monsters, trying to save the whole damn world when they can’t even take care of themselves… So I’m just supposed to cook, clean, AND do their shopping for them… Which, okay fine, I don’t even mind that much. But it’s not like anyone has ever offered to help me with anything… “ You continued to mumble grievances under your breath as you stored the food away.

You placed Stiles’ favorite Cap’n Crunch cereal into a cabinet and Isaac’s cookie dough ice cream into the fridge followed by Lydia’s fat free Greek yogurt and Derek’s ample selection of lean meat and vegetables. Then, you put Scott’s specially requested three different flavors of Lay’s chips into the pantry and arranged Allison’s vegan cheese and bread on the counter.

You sighed as you leaned against the counter to relieve your sore feet.

Suddenly, you heard a crash followed by a swift “fuck!”

You swiveled around, startled by the unexpected outcry. Sounds like someone was home after all.

Irritation bubbled under your skin as you set off to track down the source of the noise. You were rather curious as to who it was and what they were doing because apparently it was far more important than responding to your cries for help.

One by one, you kicked open the doors lining the hallway. You were feeling dramatic.

All of the rooms were vacant so far, but there was one left at the end of the hall.

It belonged to Isaac.

You narrowed your eyes at his door, ajar and unsuspecting. You marched forward, ready to FBI his sorry ass when suddenly a deep, guttural moan broke through the air.

“Fuck… yes…”

You froze. Was he…?

No. No way.

But it couldn’t hurt to confirm.

Creeping towards his room, you carefully nudged his door, peeking inside. What you saw caused your jaw to drop to the floor.

It was Isaac, laying naked on his bed with a fist wrapped resolutely around his cock. He was a sight to behold with his mouth gaping, eyes screwed shut, face twisted in ecstasy as he stroked himself up and down. A sheen of sweat was visible on his forehead and chest. His cheeks were tinted bright pink. He looked divine, ethereal even, a sharp contrast to the filthy moans that tumbled sporadically from his lips.

Irritation quickly forgotten, you stood dumbly outside his door, transfixed by his movements. Well, this explains why he couldn’t hear you earlier. Looking down at his floor, you saw a broken lamp discarded by his bed. You thought back to the loud crash you’d heard. Perplexed, you wondered how in the world this kid managed to break his lamp trying to have a wank.

A faint whimper redirected your attention to Isaac. His bed was positioned against the wall of his doorway, so he was facing away from you, but you had a full shot of his body. You couldn’t help but just stare at him. You knew it was wrong, lurking like a creep behind him. Even though basic human decency would dictate that you leave immediately and give your friend his privacy, you physically couldn’t turn away, too afraid to miss a single moment.

He was somehow more beautiful than you’d imagined. His body, splayed out in careless abandon, was something straight out of a Michelangelo painting. His arm strained to maintain his pace, muscles taut under glistening skin. A light smattering of hair adorned his chest, followed by a provocative trail leading down to his considerable erection.

Captivated by its sheer size, you swallowed your gasp, inspecting all the prominent lines and veins that decorated his cock. You licked your lips, mouth dry with desire. You’d never been so turned on before.

It’s not that you weren’t sexually experienced, but those other guys barely lasted thirty seconds before they finished without you, leaving you unsatisfied and underwhelmed. Seeing Isaac pleasure himself was getting you off more than any of them ever had.

You closed your legs, rubbing your thighs together in a feeble attempt to quell some of the tension pooling in your stomach. You weren’t even in the same room as Isaac and he was sending you over the edge. At this point, oxygen was becoming an issue as your struggled to even out your breathing. In response, your heart rate spiked, trying to restore equilibrium to your wanton state.

Passively, you wondered why Isaac hadn’t sensed your body’s reaction yet, what with his werewolf hearing and smell. He should’ve heard your heart pounding or at least caught whiffs of your arousal. You were embarrassingly drenched.

You strained your ears, trying to listen to what Isaac was saying. For about a minute, all you heard were soft moans until a rather strangled grunt caught your attention.

“[y/n]…”

Your mouth fell open, eyes widening in shock.

Did he just say your name? Did Isaac Lahey just moan your name as he jerked himself off? It seemed more likely that you had finally reached the point of being horny where you just straight up start hallucinating.

In your everyday life, Isaac never regarded you as more than just a friend. You let him copy your Chemistry homework and he helped you train, running miles with you and teaching you fighting techniques, insisting you needed to learn in case he “wasn’t there to protect you.”

Sure, every once in a while, he fell asleep with his head in your lap and you pretended that he didn’t nuzzle your inner thigh with his nose. And sometimes, he pulled you towards him and wrapped his scarf around your neck because he said he liked knowing you were warm and you ignored how good he smelled up close.

But just because you fancied that there could be something deeper between you two doesn’t mean that he felt the same. It was impossible that Isaac was getting himself off thinking about you, especially because he was seemed so engrossed in his actions that he didn’t even notice that you were standing less than six feet away from him.

You were definitely hallucinating.

“[y/n], fuck,” Isaac grunted again.

Or not.

He was louder this time, rubbing himself more aggressively. You sucked in a breath. Nope, definitely hadn’t imagine that.

This was real. Isaac was saying your name. Not Allison, not Lydia. You.

You leaned pitifully against his doorway, your knees giving out at the realization that you were the driving force behind his euphoria. Out of all the resources at his disposal, he chose to think about you. You were the reason he was panting like a dog, gripping his sheets and muttering obscenities, one hand still deliciously twisting around his engorged shaft.

“God, fucking dammit,” Isaac gritted, his voice quivering with desperation. He was close.

You started to bounce on your toes, all of a sudden torn between your feelings. Fear hit you first because all you wanted to do right now was straddle him and help him finish, looking directly into his eyes as he repeated your name again and again. But what if he got angry that you’d been spying on him? You were currently in major violation of his privacy and if this went south, your friendship might not sustain the awkwardness.

A wave of courage surged through you. What if you decided to be bold? And what if he actually reciprocated your feelings? It seemed your lust, combined with your infatuation and dangerously inflated ego, had fostered a new brazen personality. You were tired of always putting others first, never pursuing what you wanted.

Fuck it. What did you really have to lose? If he rejects you, you could just tell him to go fuck himself. Literally. While moaning your name.

Also, not only did you really want to do this, but you’d always considered yourself a good friend. If Isaac wanted to get off, then you were going to help.

Taking a deep breath, you confidently strode over the threshold of Isaac’s bedroom, slamming the door into the wall. Your sudden intrusion alarmed Isaac out of his reverie. His unfocused eyes met yours, then widened in bewilderment.

“[y/n], shit,” Isaac scrambled around, seemingly trying to stand up and cower away at the same time. You swiftly made your way over, mounting his thighs and pushing his shoulders back down. He looked up at you, stunned in disbelief. You were both surprised by your dominance.

“Hiii,” you chimed, your mouth tugging up at one corner. “What’s up?”

You affectionately brushed away some curly tendrils stuck to his forehead. Isaac stilled at your touch, almost imperceptibly tilting his head into your palm. He swallowed, still unsure of what was happening. Frankly, you didn’t know either, improvising as you went along.

“[y/n], what’s going on?” he asked nervously, still panting a little.

“I could hear you from the kitchen.”

“Oh–wait the kitchen?! You heard me… all the way from the kitchen. Great,” he finished lamely. “Was anyone else with you?”

“Nah.”

“Okay, that’s–that’s good. Yeah,” he stuttered. “Um, did you hear everything I said?”

“Yeah, I was standing outside your door,” you bluntly confessed. His face turned a deeper shade of red.

“Shit, okay, you know that I wasn’t being some creepy guy just jerking off to your name, right? I mean, I was jerking off… and saying your name… But it isn’t like that, I promise. You’re more special than that, okay? I didn’t even know anyone was home! Fuck, [y/n], you have every right to hate me–”

You swooped down suddenly, pressing your lips against his, cutting him off mid-rant. Isaac sharply sucked in through his nose, going rigid under you in shock. You kept some distance between your bodies, supporting yourself on your hands to avoid overwhelming him all your weight. You lingered for a few moments, your hair curtaining your joined lips as you waited for him to recover. Hesitantly, Isaac responded, parting his lips as he leaned up to meet your movements.

Gradually gaining confidence, he lifted his hand to the back of your head, fisting your hair and bringing you flush against him. He cradled your jaw, holding you in place as he kissed you back emphatically.

Your hands instinctively gripped his shoulder, clinging to him as your mind swam in delight. But when Isaac started to grind his bare hips into yours, you swiftly pulled away, surprised that you’d gotten carried away so fast. You sat up, taking in the flustered expression on his face, his eyes half-lidded in disorientation. You bit your lip, stifling the laughter bubbling in your chest.

“So, I guess I don’t hate you,” you remarked casually, gently caressing his cheek with your knuckles. You brushed your thumb against his bottom lip, which was still very red from your previous ministrations.

Isaac blinked, absorbing your words, his chest heaving up and down. He looked forward at where your clothed sex hovered a few millimeters above his still erect cock that now rested against his stomach.

“Christ, [y/n],” Isaac breathed out. You could tell he was still wrestling with his emotions just like you were earlier. His eyebrows were scrunched in concentration. Patiently, you waited for him to sort out his thoughts.

“Let me get this straight. So you just barged in here, fully aware of what I was doing, then climbed on top of me, seemingly oblivious to the fact that I am naked.” Isaac’s voice inflected at the end as he flippantly motioned to his persistent erection. “Then, you kissed me. And pulled away like ten seconds later!”

You nodded thoughtfully, then burst into giggles, amused by how baffled he sounded. If this is how people reacted when you stepped out of your comfort zone, you never wanted to play it safe again.

“And your point is?” you inquired innocently, a smirk teasing your features.

He raised an eyebrow at you, locking his jaw.

“I mean, was there a problem with what I did? Because if you’d prefer to just take care of yourself, you can tell me. I’ll just leave you to it,” you shrugged nonchalantly, slightly lifting off the bed. You were abruptly pulled back down by Isaac’s large hands clasping your thighs, squeezing the flesh as he held you down. You huffed out a breath of laughter, placing your hands on his torso to balance yourself.

“You shouldn’t start something you’re not going to finish,” he warned evenly, his thumbs tracing circles on your inner thighs. You sobered at his tone, now trying to hold back a whimper.

“What if I want you to finish?” you challenged. “What if I want to watch you finish, hear you say my name over and over like you were doing earlier.”

He raised his eyebrows, an amused smirk pulling at his mouth. Neither of you had ever experienced your smug side before.

“Tell me what this is, [y/n], and we’ll do anything you want. Tell me what happens next,” he demanded, his voice so commanding that you felt it rumble through your core.

You exhaled, considering the implications of his questions.

“Well, I don’t know what ‘this’ is… but I know I don’t want to stop,” you offered candidly.

“Yeah?” Isaac murmured with a small smile, kneading his hands up and down your thighs. “I don’t want to stop either.”

“That’s good,” you whispered airily, shivering as his fingers trailed the bare skin just below your ass. “And as for what happens next…”

You crossed your arms over you body, grabbed the hem of your t-shirt and lifted it over your head.

“That depends on you telling me exactly what you pictured me doing while you were touching yourself.”

Even though you spoke confidently, you secretly wished you’d worn a different bra. Maybe something lacy or black, just anything that wasn’t white and cotton and thrown on in haste. But Isaac didn’t seem to mind, staring open-mouthed at your chest.

He looked at you, rendered speechless by your initiative. He quickly regained his composure, his eyes a darker shade of blue than before.

“This looks about right, actually,” Isaac approved. He folded his hands behind his head, propping himself up. He observed you, cocky and thrilled that you were giving yourself to him. “We’re just missing one thing…”

You frowned, cocking your head to the side. What did you forget?

He chuckled lightly at your questioning look, answering you silently by gently tugging you forward to slam his lips against yours. Oh.

You smiled into the kiss, giddy with contentment, thinking back to before when you’d pulled away a little too early. You were eager to act out all of Isaac’s fantasies, but you would’ve also been happy if this is all he wanted to do tonight.

Because right here–you wrapped in his embrace, his hand in your hair, your tongue in his mouth–was exactly how you pictured it.

Laura’s goodbye

Hello petals, yesterday and today I talked with Laura about why she decided to delete her blog.

I understood her reasons and I agreed (ofc, duh) to post this message on her behalf. Now I beg you, please read her words, for she really, really wanted to let you all know why she did such a thing.

What you’ll read it’s extremely important and I hope you can find a bit of time to think about her reasons and the whole situation concerning our fandom and the relationship between writers and readers.

I’m sure we all will miss Laura, because she was not only a great writer but also a lovely, beautiful person <3

So, without further ado, these are Laura‘s words for you.

Hello guys! It’s Laura (previously @pantaemonium-deactivated2017062).
First of all I want to thank my dear Conny for allowing me to post this on her blog. I really wanted to have a chance to say goodbye to you.

Many of you will be wondering what happened, how did someone who had just posted that morning and gave no sign whatsoever that she was going to leave… actually left with no explanation at all. Truth be told, I had been thinking about deleting for the longest time. As time passed, I felt more burdened, more pressured to write Fallout, or create contents you would like instead of going for the stories I wanted to write and, at some point I could no longer write a word of the many stories I had started out of an impulse. For someone whose only way of expressing herself is writing, this was devastating and it was taking a great toll on my mental health I was not willing to face for the sake of my blog.

Tell Him

Summary: Emma has only one regret from her Back to the Future adventure with Killian. And when she accidentally goes back in time–again–she has a chance to fix it, and damn the consequences. CS AU Week: Episode Rewrite.
Rating: G
Notes: *slides in under the wire for day 5 of CS AU week* eyyyyy, I’ve had this idea for a while and finally got around to writing it. Huge thanks to @justanotherwannabeclassic for beta-reading!

Also on AO3

“Swan, we’re going to be late,” Killian warned.

“I know, just—” Emma sighed. “Look, I have to pee, okay?”

He blushed, but it was his own fault for pressing the issue when she said she’d be right back. “Very well,” he replied. “I’ll wait here.”

“Uh huh.”

It wasn’t easy to make her way through the trees and brush. It hadn’t been easy before she’d been magicked into a giant red ball gown, and the massive skirts really did not help. By the time she felt far enough away from Killian, she was completely out of breath.

She didn’t really need to pee, and thank god because how the hell would she in this dress? She just needed a break before she completely fell apart.

Olicity Drabble 5x20~ Needing You

Okay so yeah I wanted more and I wrote it…It’s set during 5x20 and, again I just wanted this aspect explained after the whole flashback sequence that simply left me utterly confused.

GIF not mine it belongs to @yet-i-remain-quiet

No beta so I’m sorry the errors. P.S. I’m looking for a beta so….

“Needing You”

The first time she’d fallen asleep over his chest he’d gently nudged her cheek with the tip of his thumb until she quietly stirred. The second time he traced the line of her jaw with the back of his fingers until she let out a sleepy yawn. This time when her sleepy eyes dared to part she felt his fingers trailing down the back of her head until they’d settled over the nape of her exposed neck.

Felicity growled comfortably, her shoulders ached, her skin smelled of dust, dirt, and oddly enough smoke and, her body felt utterly wrecked from the day’s events. Her voice actually cracked when her low growls finally formed tangible words, “I think I prefer the back of your fingers…”

His voice seemed to trail over her skin like a soothing balm while he gently stroked his fingers along the nape of her weary neck, “I’ll make a note of that for next time,” he teased with an ease they hadn’t shared in months.

Her soft lips became tangled in the folds of his white tee-shirt as she smiled gently along his covered chest, “I can lift my head if I’m hurting you…” she offered in concern since his voice felt tight as the vibrations rattled across her skin.

“Or you could simply share the bed,” he offered when she attempted to stifle another yawn.

Laughing she nudged her nose along his sternum and, huffed out a tired decline. “No, I should go home and, seek comfort in the freshly cleaned linens of my soft bed.”

  • Definitely a big time snorer. Seriously, it’s like sleeping next to a goddamn bear #Gladdy Bear. How it is he still manages to get a good nights sleep half the time is beyond the rest of the guys.
  • Will actually live off of nothing but cup noodles if you do not stop him otherwise. Ignis found this out the hard way after stopping by Gladio’s one day and offered to cook. Although he was more than aware of his friend’s strong love for cup noodles, it was obvious after opening the third and fourth kitchen cabinet that he had highly underestimated it. Gladdy, pls, a man cannot simply live off of cup noodles and beer alone.
  • Despite being the big bad badass that he is, the moment allergies hit, this man is  d o w n. The man can take on a giant ass behemoth and magiket soldiers with no problem. At first it can seem like this guy is unstoppable. That is until allergy season roles around. Afterwards this unstoppable force is reduced to a sniffling, congested and sneezing mess of a man. Because of this, he’s always sure to stock up on allergy meds and kleenexes. He also knows what meds actually work and actually help relieve symptoms. He’ll usually recommend the behind the counter stuff, mostly since it’s usually the only good stuff that actually works.
  • He got stung by a wasp once and was down for the count. It didn’t take long for this mountain of a man to come crumbling down.
  • “Tell Iris I love her.”  “Gladio pls it was just one little sting.” “Remember me, Iggy.” “For the love of Shiva, Gladio, just get up and let me treat it, you over grown man-child.”
  • Is secretly a big fan of romance novels. Especially the cheesy ones with Fabio on the cover. Yeah, those ones. Though he’ll typically cover them up with fake covers to avoid getting any odd looks. Guy’s gotta keep up some level of reputation.
  • Two favorite things in the world: cup noodles and camping. Combine the two together and you have one happy ass Gladio. Should his s/o be there with him, the two sharing noodles while being alone together under the stars, and he wouldn’t think of place he’d rather be at that moment. He has his three favorite things all in one, how can he not be happy?
  • Lowkey likes to sing in the shower. What he sings will depend mostly on his mood, whether it’s some form of rock, country or a song from a musical…
  • Also secretly has a love for plays and musicals. Being a big book worm, he really likes watching some of the plot and character development, and the music accompaniment only makes it better. Secretly buys himself the soundtracks and merchandise. He’d take Iris to a few every now and again, stating it was purely for Iris and to make her happy because she wanted to go see it, and totally for no other reason.  And he totally wasn’t humming the main overture on the drive home. Call him out, and he’ll just say he has it stuck in his head. Yup, sure, whatever you say Gladdy.
  • Could definitely see him being a fan of Hamilton or Rock of Ages. Just saying.
  • Definitely a dog person. Loves their loyalty and their overall affectionate nature. Plus they’re great for morning walks and exercise. If they’re able to be trained to fight alongside in battle, even better. Though they’ll definitely either have to be of the short haired or hypoallergenic variety because allergies.

I start to regret everything that happened in January. I don’t want them anymore. You can keep all the memories, if it were even worth remembering for you—but do me a favor and please please please don’t get them mixed up with your other girls’.

This is all the goodbye I should’ve meant. The jealously are worth nothing. Go ahead and love her and watch me watch you unflinching. Let’s just highlight the whole pages and marked them nonsense. I had to admit I still try to find us sometimes in the ripped papers. [noted that it is ripped. noted that I shoved it down the fire now]

I start writing poetry again and I can listen to those songs now. I won’t let you ruin my favorite song. I won’t let you ruin this safe heaven. This is where I learn to put myself above the idea of you / of letting you go / of wishing you would just fucking come back. This where I stop romanticizing pain. This is where I stop scrubbing my skin with glass to dug you up. This to say: I let you hurt me—that shouldn’t have happened. I start to be honest to myself: you don’t love me. you left. that isn’t really the end of the world.

I stop praying for you lately. Go smoke all your feelings and then see me putting my care to some other people. He keep telling me wait till April. Wait till April. And I kept screaming WHAT? AND THEN WATCH HIM LEAVE? WATCH HIM GOT ME UNDONE AGAIN? WATCH ME TELL MYSELF: SEE? I TOLD YOU SO

This is in which she admits all her poetry is about you;
[IN WHICH I ADMIT LOVING YOU HAD BEEN PATHETIC / A WEAKNESS OF MINE]
in which she understands why she must
let go

and in which she knows sometimes writing poetry and letting go
is the same thing.

Chapter list

She sat on the rickety, wooden chair in silence. Her head down with strands of blonde hair falling loose from the bun it was in. The great hall filled with around three to four dozen people, all murmuring to one another as they waited for the headmaster to enter. She would be lying if she said she wasn’t scared.
All these people, every single one of them looking at one another like they were either the enemy, or they were prey. Any second now one of them would leap out of their chair and attack someone for no reason.

Why?

Because they had that look of pure hate in their eyes. But not her though. No. Not her. She makes one mistake and she ends up here with everyone else. A mistake she made without really thinking. A mistake she would do again if it meant—

A red-haired girl next to her scoffed, catching her attention. “I cannot believe we are in the same room as them,” she said, a look of disgust on her face as her blue eyes scanned the room.

A brunette on the other side of the redhead leaned forward in her seat. “I know,” she agreed, an eager look on her face as if she wanted praise from the blue-eyed female, but she received nothing.

The blonde looked forward again, her hand immediately going to her wrist where the inked name would be. Out of nervousness and fear, her thumb began to rub over the name. It was calming, but not enough.

The read-haired girl spoke again, “This school should separate us from them. They’re not worth the space anyway. They’re nothing but low-life dead beats who don’t deserve to be in the presence of someone like us.”

The blonde’s eyes scanned the room. Everyone looked the same—no one looked different. However, she knew better. Somewhere in this crowed there were people that were different. People who had different fates compared to her. People who were…

“They’re Broken. People like them don’t deserve to exist,” the redhead said, shaking her head.

“I feel bad for them,” the blonde quietly confessed, only to immediately regret ever letting those words escape past her lips.

And much to her displeasure, the two girls next to her heard. “You feel bad for them?” The redhead derided in disbelief. “They deserve what they got. You know the story, don’t you?” The blonde said nothing, trying to remember what story the girl next to her was talking about exactly. The girl sighed in disbelief. “Every Broken did something horrifying in their past life to end up like they are now. Destined to die alone.” The redhead leaned back in her seat, crossing her olive-skinned leg over the other. Her black skirt rose higher. “People like us, the non-broken, did nothing wrong. That’s why we have these.” She lifted her left arm up, revealing the black inked name on her inner wrist. “Soulmates.”

“But,” the blonde began, her mind telling her to shut the hell up, “doesn’t everyone deserve a second chance?”

The two girls laughed. “You’re joking, right?” When she said nothing again, the red-haired girl leaned towards her. “What did you do?” she asked, her voice laced with curiosity.

“Excuse me?” she asked, leaning back a bit by the sudden closeness the redhead gave.

The redhead eyed her questioningly. “Everyone in this room did something bad to end up here, so what did you do?” After several seconds of the blonde fidgeting in her seat, and the two girls eyeing her, the redhead spoke, “You attacked her, didn’t you?”

The blonde froze, and that was all the redhead needed. Laughing with excitement, the redhead leaned back into her seat. “You attacked your soulmate’s girlfriend.”

“Ah,” the brunette whispered in understanding.

“You realized that your soulmate was dating someone, and you couldn’t take it. You knew he was your soulmate, but you probably weren’t his.” The redhead eyed the blonde. “You couldn’t take the thought of knowing that your soulmate was dating someone—whether they were his soulmate, or not. That’s why you’re here.” She shook her head, laughing. “He may not be your soulmate, but be glad you’re not Broken.” She lifted her inked arm. “Welcome to Cross Academy.”

A gasp was heard, and the murmuring grew louder, drawing the blonde’s attention away from the two next to her. A small group was growing, people looking over one another to see what was happening. The blonde got up and walked towards the gathering crowd. Pushing herself through, she made it to the front. A gasp escaped her lips.

On the ground was a young girl. Her body spasming, eyes wide and practically white. Foam forming at the mouth. She continued for several minutes while people around her did nothing but watch. Finally, she went still.

The group dispersed, as if what they saw was nothing horrifying. The sound of tongue clicking came from next to her. Turning her head, she watched the red-haired girl cross her arms over her chest, shaking her head. She had no remorse for the now dead girl.

“This is why you should never associate with a Broken. They’re not worth the air you breathe, or the time they have left.” The two girls walked away.
The blonde looked around, and finally she discovered the difference. The difference between a Broken and people like her.

The Broken remained at the circle—every single one of them either frightened, angry, or both. These people were Broken. These people were the ones with the countdown on their wrist. The others who left were the ones with a soulmate—the ones who got to live.

With a bit of hesitation, the blonde left the group of Broken.

Don’t bother with the Broken. They’re going to die anyway, she told herself.
