Some progress, mostly visual though.
I improved the palette by adding more colors and tweaking the ones I had a bit. I also started using Unity’s toon shader. I think it doesn’t look too bad but I’m still looking around for better suited solutions.
I made a bunch of new assets, like trees, fences, a bridge and Grandma’s house, which will eventually serve as a goal.
I also made some changes to the wolves, by making their heads a tad smaller.
On the gameplay-side of things, I implemented the new animations I made for the wolves and made it so the player can be detected if you run (thous making noise) near the wolves. It still needs work though, because it doesn’t work perfectly just yet.
As per anon’s suggestion, I’m going to work on streamlining the control scheme. Then I will have to add some deeper gameplay features and win/loss states since I still don’t have those and, while being chased by wolf girls for all eternity does sound alluring, it gets kinda boring after a while.
