but i forgot i already did this one

prague4ever  asked:

Hi, I asked once already but tumblr probaly ate it so I'm asking again. And my question is your opinion on Tobirama Senju. Him influencing Uchihas one way or another and your OC being Uchiha ( and now meeting Kagami). It's just that I have heard lots of contradictory stuff and am interested what is your take on this. And would you be willing to discusse why? In any case thanks for your time and work.

Dear @prague4ever,

I sincerely apologize for not answering sooner, for tumblr did no eat that ask - I simply forgot. I remember setting it aside because I wanted to answer it in detail, but then life happened and I’ve neglected to look into my inbox ever since. It’s a good thing, really, for you to remind me of it because it’s a good one.

As you mentioned yourself, there’s not a lot of explicit material about Tobirama in canon and what we do have allows several interpretations as to the inference to his character. So, what exactly do we know aside from him being the Nidaime Hokage?

So anyway, I was thinking of updating on April  (bruh work messed up my schedule I forgot there was a major sale during April-May season) and I was thinking of updating per page whenever I finish one && upload it somewhere like tapastic (?) or something similar so I don’t clutter up your dashes. I will still upload sets on tumblr like before but for those who want to view pages as they are completed, the off-tumblr option (tapastic, webtoon, etc idk yet) is always there (…?) what sites would you guys suggest?

Yuri on Ice BD audio commentary translation - Volume 3

Translation of the audio commentary of the BD/DVD vol.3, by Mitsurou Kubo and Junichi Suwabe, voice actor of Victor Nikiforov. I really wanted to post this before the weekend because I’m not going to be home a lot, so I decided “well, I might just not sleep tonight and translate this instead”… This time there are some parts that I translated almost integrally. They talk a lot about Victor, especially Suwabe’s struggle to get into the role. It provides insight while at the same time not providing… since apparently it’s very hard to guess what is “right” when talking about Victor. I’m sure you will get what I mean if you read what they say…

The commentary is only for episode 6. Episode 5 has no commentary. It’s not a full translation but I summarized most of what they said, and as I wrote above some parts are almost completely translated. As in the previous ones, the format is different from normal interview translations, and you can find my comments too (mostly in brackets).

Translation under the post because it’s long. Enjoy!

What was in Victor’s mind in episode 9?

So today I was thinking about the airport scene today again and what struck me about it is that it is never explained what was Victor thinking while saying this:

While it’s obvious what Yuuri has in his mind at the moment (i.e. having Victor by his side these last few weeks before his retirement) there is no reason why would Victor reevaluate their relationship then. Leaving Yuuri for that three days for Maccachin obviously doesn’t make him a bad coach at least Yuuri would never think so. And Victor doesn’t overthink things much normally so while it’s his natural reaction to throw himself into Yuuri’s arms (and Yuuri’s only but that’s another story) it’s why he speaks about coaching first what puzzled me the most.

But then I realised something else about this whole situation and I think that was the same realisation that really made Victor look so miserable on that airport. Because what is interesting is the fact that Victor couldn’t decide what to do when he learned about Maccachin at the first place.

He was seriously torn between staying with Yuuri or going back while really there shouldn’t be a question. Sure, he takes his coaching responsibilities very seriously and he cares about Yuuri a lot and he doesn’t want to leave him especially since they’re finally in a relationship like he always wanted but still we’re talking about Maccachin whom he had for over 12 years? He loves that dog more than anything, Maccachin was the only one to greet him home, the one to care when Victor was down, the one who slept with him… Like Yuuri was apart from his dog for five years and he was still devastated after Viccan’s death can you imagine how Victor would feel? For Yuuri, it’s obvious that Victor should go back, he tells him he needs to because it really is the one right thing to do and Victor. Still. Hesitates?

Side note, I love the fact that Victor trusts Yakov so much he believes he may take care of Yuuri in his stead but anyway he finds a solution, he flies to Japan and now, we don’t know what happens there but what I think happened is that Victor looks at his miraculously saved dog, he looks back at what happened in Russia and he realises he truly loves Yuuri. I’m pretty sure that the only thing that Victor thinks about while sitting by Maccachin’s side is Yuuri and I’m also sure he gets aware of that too. It’s not a crush anymore it’s not the eros matter, it’s not the fact that Yuuri inspires him more than anything. I believe that while alone in Japan Victor realises that being apart from Yuuri terrifies him because he loves him more than he ever loved anyone. He literally was choosing between two persons he loves the most in his life.

So what I imagine Victor has in his mind when he sits on this airport is “what can I do to be with Yuuri for longer”. Now, there was a great meta on how much insecure Victor is about revealing his feelings and we know from what Kubo said that it is not until he has a ring on his finger that he lets himself think about their future together but I’m sure that Victor already tried to think of something he could do to stay longer by Yuuri’s side and as they communicate mostly thru skating he was probably thinking something like “I’ll tell him about the technical things we need to improve and also maybe suggest him that he may still win at Four Continents and Worlds so he would need me to stay” but even if he wants to play it cool he can’t wait to make sure Yuuri will make him stay and basically the second he holds Yuuri he starts to ramble about that. Like when I look at this scene now it all makes so much sense, that Victor is so touched when Yuuri asks him to stay because that’s what he wanted to hear all along. And then that marriage proposal remark that comes out of nowhere or rather comes from Victor’s realisation that he loves Yuuri so much he could marry him. And then this?

They are emotional because of being apart and because of how much in love they are but I think that what really explains this whole scene is looking at it as at the first time they are together while Victor fully understands his feeling for Yuuri. And Victor is so emotional and honest while saying that last line that it makes Yuuri cry? Yuuri has no idea what Victor has in mind but I think he feels something changed and I really wish Victor wouldn’t be afraid to tell him the truth at that moment. But anyway this scene somehow is even better for me now and I thought I should share it with you guys.

Touché // j.j.

You can’t pin point when. Somewhere between the steady typing and the flipping of pages, between the constant supply of french fries and chocolate milkshakes, between the occasional eye contact and the brief smiles. Somewhere between the hours of three and seven o'clock, you fell.

To be specific, you fell in love with Jughead Jones, Riverdale’s resident tall dark and handsome, at least in your opinion.

It started one afternoon when Pop’s was busier than usual, every booth and table full except one.

“Do you…do you mind if I sit?” You ask, rocking slightly on the balls of your feet. “Everywhere else is full.”

You expect him to say no; he is, after all, Jughead Jones, and this is, after all, Riverdale, probably the smallest town in the world and everyone at least knew of everyone else, and you definitely know of Jughead and his preference to being alone, especially when he’s writing.

Jughead ceases his typing, locking eyes with you. He glances around the diner, almost surprised at how many people were in it.

“I’m not the best conversationalist,” he says, looking back at you, “I can’t promise anything good.”

This surprises you, you expected a flat out no or for him to even just ignore you.

“I’m not looking for conversation,” you say, shrugging, “just somewhere to sit and read my book while enjoying a milkshake.”

“Depends,” he smirks, folding his hands in front of his laptop, “what flavor milkshake?”

“The best one of course,” you smile back, “chocolate.”

Jughead smiles, actually smiles, and nods.

“Yeah, yeah you can sit,” he says.

You thank him, sliding into the booth and setting your bag next to you. You pull out your book, thanking the waiter as he set down your milkshake.

“Oh, I’m Y/N by the way,” you say, stirring the drink a bit.

“I know.”

You raise your eyebrows, tilting your head to the side.

“You know who I am?”

You remind yourself again that this is Riverdale, probably the smallest town in the world, where everyone knows everyone.

“I know more than you think,” he smiles.

“You take this dark and mysterious thing seriously don’t you?”

“I thought you weren’t looking for conversation?” He raises an eyebrow, half a smirk on his face.

“Touché,” you say, opening your book and settling into the plush seating, sipping occasionally at your milkshake.

This continues for days. Regardless of whether Pop’s is bursting at the seems or it’s just you and him, you always sit together. The two of you sit in that booth, you with a book in one hand and a milkshake in another and Jughead with his laptop on the table and fries next to it.

“You know,” Jughead says one day, fingers still whizzing across the keyboard, “you can sit somewhere else if you want.”

“And ruin the work we’ve been doing?” You smile, “I’m good.”

He stops typing, you feel his eyes on you.

“And what work are we doing exactly?”

“Bonding, Jug,” you say, turning the page.

“Is this what bonding is?”

You look up at him, shrugging.

“What would you call it?”

“Touché.”

Weeks pass, the time you spend at Pop’s growing from a one or two hours into several, your time together stretching into early dusk.

“Hey Jug?” You ask quietly one day, closing your book for once.

He notices, he stops typing, he even half way closes the top of his computer.

“What’s up?”

“How’d you know who I was?” You ask, stirring your milkshake. “That first day…you said you knew who I was before I told you. How?”

“This is Riverdale,” he says, “I think it’s physically impossible to not know someone in this town.”

Jughead opens his mouth to continue, then closes it. You can see the wheels turning in his head.

“I notice things, I notice people,” he resumes finally, “I notice when people are different and you’re different. A good different, but different.”

With that, he raises the lid of his laptop, eyes focusing back on the screen.

“You noticed me?”

He looks back up at you, a smile on his face.

“Course I did.”

When you get to Pop’s one day about a week later, Jughead’s not there, Archie is.

“Oh um…hi,” you say, stopping short in front of the booth.

“Hey, Y/N right?” He asks, motioning for you to sit.

You do.

“Yeah, that’s um…” you shift your weight slightly, feeling uncomfortable, “that’s me.”

“Sorry, this must be awkward,” Archie says with a smile, “I’m Archie.”

“Yeah, I know who you are,” you say before you can stop yourself.

Archie’s eyebrows scrunch up slightly in confusion.

“Sorry, that sounded weird,” you rush, “I just mean, you’re a sophomore on varsity football, the whole school knows who you are.”

Archie smiles a bit, nodding.

“Yeah, I guess that’s true,” he shrugs, “anyway, Jughead sent me.”

You feel your shoulders relax involuntarily, leaning back into the seat.

“Okay.”

“He had to stay after school, make up a test or something,” Archie explains, “he told me to come tell you that he’d be here though, just a bit late.”

You smile.

“Thanks Archie,” you nod, “that’s really nice.”

“Anytime,” the boy replies, smiling, “look uh…this may sound super weird but um…you and Jughead…is that anything more th-”

“No,” you cut him off, shaking your head, “no we’re…we’re just friends. At least…I think we’re friends. We just…we sit together and we do our own thing. That’s all.”

“I know Jughead, that’s definitely a friendship,” he smiles, “okay, I gotta head back to practice before I’m missed but yeah, he’ll be here.”

With another smile he scoots out of the booth.

“Archie,” you stop him, looking up at his face, “look um…god this is going to sound crazy but…is Jughead…is he seeing anyone o-or som-”

“No,” Archie cuts you off with another smile on his face, “he was, for a bit but…not anymore. Do you like him?”

You’re surprised by his bluntness, your eyes widening a bit.

“I uh…n-no I was just curious,” you shake your head, pulling your book out of your bag, “you better get to practice, don’t want coach to bench you.”

Archie smiles again, always with the smiling, and walks out of the door just as Jughead walks in.

“Hey, sorry I’m late,” he says, sitting down across from you.

“I didn’t know we had a set schedule,” you smirk, tilting your head slightly, “nice of you to send your friend though.”

Jughead looks at you, a sarcastic smile on his face.

“Didn’t want you to think I stood you up,” he says, pulling out his laptop.

“Don’t you have to be on a date to get stood up?” You ask, sipping at your milkshake as Pop places a basket of fries in front of Jughead.

“Yeah, I guess that’s true,” he replies, shrugging.

“So are you telling me that these are dates?”

This time you surprise yourself with your own bluntness, and Jughead as well. He recovers quickly though, the shock on his face only evident for a few brief moments.

“You tell me.”

There it is, his smile, his actual smile. Not a smirk, not some no effort half smile, an actual, full blown, Jughead smile.

Looking back on it, you think that’s when you first knew, when you first realized that you were falling for him.

The rest of the night is spent in silence, well, besides the sound of Jughead’s typing and your book pages begin turned.

You arrive at Pop’s the next day to see Jughead already sitting at the booth, typing furiously. That didn’t surprise you. What did surprise you, however, is the chocolate milkshake already sitting on the table in front of your side of the booth.

“I didn’t see you at school today,” you say, sitting down, “did you skip?”

“Yeah, yeah I um…” he pauses, finishing the sentence he’s typing before looking at you, “I got here this morning because I forgot one of my notebooks and I sat down to finish this paragraph I was on and uh…next thing I knew it was one o'clock in the afternoon so I…figured I’d just stay here.”

“Archie asked me if I knew where you were,” you say, “he came up to me during lunch and asked if I knew if you were sick or not.”

“What did you say?”

“The truth,” you reply, “that I didn’t know.”

Jughead nods, looking back down at his computer screen.

“Jug?” You ask, looking at him with furrowed eyebrows.

He continues to type, oblivious to your calls of his name.

“Juggie!” You exclaim, finally drawing his attention.

“Sorry, got caught up in the story,” he shakes his head, “what’s up?”

“What’s going on with you?” You ask, sliding your book off to the side. “You seem…I dunno, off.”

“Sorry just um…a lot of stuff on my mind I guess,” he says, shrugging.

“About Jason or…other things?” You ask.

“It’s nothing important.”

“Juggie,” you say softly, sliding your hand across the table to touch his arm, “if it’s bothering you this much, it’s important. You can talk to me, always.”

“We’re friends right?” He asks, closing his computer all the way.

“Yeah, yeah course we are Jug,” you nod, “please, tell me what’s going on.”

And he does, he tells you everything. About his parents splitting up, about his dad being part of the Serpents, about his mom taking his sister and leaving, about living at the drive in, about living at the school, everything. And you let him talk, you let him go on for as long as he needs with no interruption, just listening.

“Sorry if that’s a lot but um…I needed to get that stuff off my chest,” he finishes, taking a deep breath, “thanks though.”

“Come stay with me,” the words are out of your mouth before you even think them through, but you don’t take them back, “seriously Jug, my dad’s away on business and my mom won’t care, we’ve got room.”

“No Y/N I can’t expect that from you I do-”

“Juggie, you’re my best friend,” you say, cheeks burning slightly, “please, let me do this for you.”

Jughead looks down, staring your hand touching his, both of your fingers practically intertwined on top of the table.

“Are you sure it’s okay?” He asks after a minute or two silence, looking around the diner. “I don’t want to be any trouble.”

“I’m absolutely positive it’s okay,” you reply, catching his gaze, “but I’m not going to force you.”

“As long as you’re sure,” he says, nodding, “I’d really like to not live under the stairs like Harry Potter.”

You were right, your mom doesn’t care, she even convinces your dad that it’s okay for Jughead to stay with you, and after three weeks of it, you’re convinced it is the single best idea you’ve ever had.

The two of you still spend most of your time at Pop’s, something about the neon lights and plush seating and the constant supply of chocolate milkshakes makes you feel more at home than you do at your actual house. Or maybe Jughead does. Maybe Jughead makes you feel like you’re home.

“Do you ever wonder how some people end up with the worst luck?” He asks one day, eyes never leaving his computer screen as he chews on this thumb nail.

The two of you are going on four hours at Pop’s that day, and you notice that Jughead has barely written anything.

“Are we talking about Jason?” You ask gently, closing the book you were reading and placing it on the table.

“We’re talking about everyone,” he says cryptically, “how some people are born with everything they could ever want available on a silver platter and others are born with nothing, but somehow the golden boy ends up with the worst kind of luck.”

Jughead rarely ever spoke directly about Jason Blossom, you knew by now how to read between the lines of his novel-ish tone of voice.

“I think that it doesn’t matter what you’re born into,” you reply, “I think what matters is the choices we decide to make throughout our lives, and that that’s how we end up with good or bad luck, by the choices we make and by how we live our lives.”

“Jason never had to make a choice though,” Jughead exclaims, closing his laptop and sliding it out of the way, “that’s the thing, he never in his life had to make one choice for himself and somehow he still ended up murdered.”

His bluntness surprises you, this being one of a few times he directly tells you he’s talking about Jason.

“He did make choices, Jug,” you explain calmly, “everyday, just like you and me. He made the choice to let his parents give him whatever he wanted, he made the choice to follow that stupid book Chuck made up, he made the choice to be with Polly regardless of what his parents said, he made the choice to try and fake his own death so he could be with her without fear of them, he made hard choices, some of them more tough than you and I will ever make in our entire lives.”

Jughead stares at you, and for a minute you think he’s going to get up and leave.

But then he grabs his computer, mumbling a quick thank you under his breath and he begins to type furiously.

That night you’re laying on your bed, Jughead in the guest room across the hall and you can’t help but feel like he’s a million miles away.

You can’t sleep. Grabbing your phone, you squint at the brightness before you’re able to turn it down, looking at the clock.

2:37 am

“He’s probably asleep,” you whisper to yourself as you unlock the device, fingers moving almost on autopilot to Jughead’s message thread.

Can’t sleep, you awake?

You lay the phone on your stomach, staring up at the dark ceiling and willing your body to sleep. The vibration of the device pulls you out of your thoughts.

You okay?

You smile, two simple words causing happiness to bubble up in your stomach.

Yeah, just can’t seem to sleep.

You want to come talk?

If you don’t mind.

You’re always able to come talk to me.

You don’t reply, instead you get up out of your bed, quietly opening your door and then closing it behind you. You take three quick steps across the hallway, opening and closing Jughead’s door as quietly as you did your own.

“Hey,” you say softly, standing in front of the door.

Jughead props himself up on his elbows, the first thing you notice is the lack of a grey beanie upon his head.

“Hey,” he says back in the same tone, “you okay?”

Those two words again, this time sounding even better as you can hear him say it in his own voice.

“Yeah, I’m fine,” you reply, pushing some hair behind your ear nervously.

Why are you nervous? You ask yourself as Jughead motions for you to come join him. It’s only Juggie.

You slide under the covers, but only because the room is cold, and you’re next to him, but only because it’s his room, and his arm is around your shoulders, but only because he’s a good friend and he wants to comfort you.

“Why can’t you sleep?” He asks, rubbing his eye with one hand.

“Did I wake you up?” You ask.

“No I was working on my book,” he explains, pointing at the computer on the bedside table, “don’t change the subject.”

“I dunno…overthinking I guess,” you reply, shrugging a bit.

“About what?”

“Everything I suppose,” you say, “about how if Pop’s wasn’t full that one day or if I had decided not to go then we probably wouldn’t have ever met. About how if I hadn’t continued to sit there we probably wouldn’t have become best friends, about what Archie sa-”

“Archie?” Jughead cuts you off. “What about Archie?”

You curse yourself silently. You didn’t mean to say anything about Archie.

“Nothing, nothing,” you reply quickly, but the look on Jughead’s face told you that he wasn’t going to let it go, “okay um…back that one day when you sent him to Pop’s to tell me that you were going to be late uh…he said that you had been seeing someone but that you weren’t anymore and I was…I guess I was just thinking about who it could’ve been.”

He’s silent, more silent than you’ve ever experienced with the many months of knowing him. Minutes pass, they feel like hours. Finally, you decide to break the silence.

“Juggie?” You whisper.

“Sorry I um…” he shakes his head, raven colored hair flying everywhere, “why were…why were you thinking about that?”

“Curious, I guess,” you explain, “sorry if that seems intrusive or weird or whatever bu-”

“No no it’s…it’s okay,” Jughead replies, wrapping his arm around your shoulders a bit tighter, “it…it was Betty. We had a thing for a few weeks but in the end we decided we were better off as friends.”

“A few weeks?”

“Before I met you, we stopped about two days before that day at Pop’s”

“And are you?”

“Am I what?”

“You and Betty, are you better off as friends?”

“Definitely.”

You nod, falling into silence once again.

This time Jughead breaks it.

“Look I’m not…I’m not good at this whole feelings thing,” he says, “Betty was the first girl I ever really had those types of emotions for but it wasn’t…it wasn’t what I’m supposed to feel. Or rather what I want to feel.”

“Do you know what you want to feel?” You ask, tilting your head up to look at his face.

He looks almost angelic in the pale light streaming through the semi-closed blinds.

“Yes.”

“Do you know anyone that makes you feel like that?”

“Yes.”

The answer comes quick, almost too quick.

“Who?”

Another pause.

“I can’t say.”

Your stomach drops on slightly, but enough for you to feel it nonetheless.

“Oh.”

“It’s not that I don’t want to,” he rushes, running one of his hands through his hair, “it’s just that I don’t really know how to.”

“You’re a writer, Jug,” you say, “I know you’ll figure out how to tell her. You’re good with words.”

“Not when it comes to these kinds of words,” he laughs lightly, “I don’t want to mess up.”

“Don’t psych yourself out,” you encourage, regardless of the weight on your heart, “maybe you don’t need your words this time, maybe actions is the way to go. I believe in you, I know you’ll figure it out.”

Jughead finally looks at you, dark hair falling in front of his face as it’s still free of the infamous crown beanie.

“Actions?” He repeats.

“Yeah, you know what they say,” you smile, “actions speak louder than words.”

He blinks a few times, it’s almost like you can see the thought processing through his brain.

And then suddenly his hands are cupping your face and his lips are on top of yours, your eyes closing as if they had minds of their own. You’re shocked, who wouldn’t be, but it only takes a fraction of a moment for your mind to kick into gear and then your kissing him back, one hand on his shoulder and the other on the back of his neck.

If I’m dreaming I hope I never ever wake up.

He pulls away too soon for your liking, both your chests rising and falling little faster than usual.

“That thing you said about actions,” he says breathlessly, “I believe it.”

You smile wide, Jughead pressing his forehead against yours.

“You were talking about me?” You ask, still a bit shocked.

Jughead nods a few times, a smile on his face as well.

“I like you, Y/N,” he finally says, “I know that’s not poetic or artistic or anything like that but I just…I don’t have any other words. I really like you.”

You think your face is going to split in half by the giant smile you can’t keep off your face.

“Juggie,” you bite your bottom lip lightly, shaking your head, “god I can’t even tell you how much I’ve been wanting you to say that.”

Jughead’s smile widens and you swear the room brightness a bit.

“I’m really glad you couldn’t sleep tonight,” he whispers, laughing quietly.

“Me too,” you smile even wider, if that’s possible, “Juggie I’m…I’m really really happy right now.”

“God I am too,” he says, pressing a kiss to your forehead, “do you maybe want to have dinner with my friends tomorrow? I know they’re going out after the game, I can finally introduce you, properly too.”

“Ooh, dinner with the friends,” you say sarcastically, “I don’t know, you think our relationship is ready for that? We’ve only been together all of five minutes.”

Jughead laughs loudly and you shush him, the two of you falling silent to make sure your parents were still asleep.

“My dad will kill you if you wake him up and he finds us like this,” you whisper, shaking your head, “but in all seriousness, do you think it’ll be awkward for Betty? I don’t want to cause any trouble or anything I know you guys ar-”

“Y/N,” he stops your rambling, a soft smile on his face, “it’ll be fine. Betty and I are good, like I said, we’re better off as friends. Trust me, she’ll be okay. I wouldn’t bring either of you to meet each other if I didn’t think she’d be okay.”

“Okay, I’ll come to dinner with your friends,” you say, “on one condition.”

“Oh god, what?”

“I get to wear the infamous beanie,” you rush out, reaching over Jughead’s body and plucking the hat from on top of is computer.

“Y/N!” Jughead exclaims, trying to grab the hat back from you.

“Hold on hold on,” you say, pushing his hand away.

You put the beanie on your head, smoothing your hair out under it and looking back up at him.

Jughead stops struggling, half a smile on his face.

“Well you do look adorable,” he says, brushing a stray piece of hair off your cheek.

“I wear the beanie tomorrow,” you ask with raised eyebrows.

“You can wear it to dinner,” he compromises, tilting his head to the side.

“Touché.”

Jughead keeps his word, and when the two of you leave your house that evening and head for Pop’s, he takes the beanie off his head and places it on yours, shaking out his hair. Jughead intertwines your fingers together, smiling at you and at how happy you look.

Jughead explains his friends to you, telling you a bit about each one of them as you both walk towards the diner.

“They’re probably going to say something,” he says, “about the beanie.”

“Have any of them ever seen you without it?” You question.

“Archie has a few times, Betty once or twice,” he explains, “but other than that, no.”

Jughead’s warnings were a bit understated. In fact, when the two of you walk into Pop’s and find his friends at a booth, it seems all conversation in the entire diner ceases.

“Jug,” one of the girls, Veronica, says, mouthing wordlessly for a few seconds, “you made it, we thought you weren’t going to come for a while.”

“Yeah, yeah we left a bit late,” Jughead shrugs, “guys um…this is Y/N. Y/N, this is…well this is everyone.”

Once the awkward formalities were out of the way and Pop had brought over everyone’s celebratory milkshakes (the football team won that night), everything felt normal.

You laugh at all the jokes, even tell some of your own. You feel like you’ve been part of this group for years, and you know Jughead can tell.

“Hey um…sorry guys I gotta take this,” Jughead says after he pulls out his phone.

“Juggie?” You ask. “Everything okay?”

“What? Yeah,” he replies, “it’s just…it’s my mom. I should take it.”

“Yeah, yeah of course go ahead,” Betty says, “we’ll keep her company,” she smiles at you.

Jughead thanks them, walking out the door to the diner with the phone up to his ear.

“So,” Veronica says, holding her head up with her hands, “you and Jughead.”

You furrow your eyebrows.

“Oh come on, don’t make her spell it out!” Kevin says, “he’s letting you wear his most prized possession for pete’s sake!”

You feel a blush spread across your cheeks, looking down at the half empty milkshake in front of you.

“I think you guys make a cute couple,” Betty says, licking some whipped cream off of her straw.

“Thanks Betty,” you reply, smiling again.

“This is going to sound awkward but uh…” Archie trails off, “has Jug told you anything about what’s going with his family an-”

“Yeah,” you cut him off, “he has. About everything, including his dad and that stuff. He’s um…he’s staying at my house. Has been for a couple weeks.”

Veronica smirks, Betty elbows her in the ribs. Archie and Kevin rolls their eyes at the two girls.

“Hey, I think he’s talking about you,” Kevin says, nodding in Jughead’s direction.

The four of you look over at him, you watch as he talks into his phone with a huge smile on his face, running a hand through his hair to push it back every couple of seconds.

The night draws to a close all too soon, everyone heading back to their houses as you and Jughead walk hand in hand down the asphalt road.

“I think that went really well,” you say, smiling at him.

“I agree,” Jughead says, stopping you both from walking and standing in front of you.

Before you can ask what he’s doing, he places his lips on yours, cupping your cheek with one hand while simultaneously tilting your head up. You feel him lift the beanie off of your head, but honestly you don’t really care. He pulls away with a smirk, fixing his hat back on his head.

“Archie,” you say, looking over Jughead’s shoulder.

“Really?” He asks with semi-wide eyes, “that’s what you’re thinking about in the middle of our moment?”

No, god you’re an idiot,” you shake your head, pointing over his shoulder, “Archie’s window, which happens to show Archie watching us right now.”

As soon as Jughead turns around Archie slides his curtains closed, causing you and Jughead to burst out in laughter.

“Did you kiss me just to steal your hat back?” You ask in a fake shocked tone.

“Possibly,” he replies, quirking an eyebrow.

“Touché Jones, touché.”

A Zimbits iteration of the tried and true “bed sharing + clothes sharing + it’s really cold” triple trope (feat. bonus love confessions).

Bitty wasn’t afraid of storms generally speaking, but this one was downright nasty. The team had walked past upended trees—big ones with years of life in them—on the way back from the store. Powerlines were downed. The heating in the house the hockey team had rented for what was meant to be a nice weekend getaway is non-existent because there’s no power.

Bitty lies in the single bed in the smallest room in the house in the pitch darkness and tries not to jump every time a tree bangs into the glass of his window. It’s all so loud.

So, no, Bitty isn’t scared of storms in general, but he’s scared of this storm. For good reason, it turns out, because not a minute after Bitty wishes he’d bailed out of the trip to stay on campus instead, a tree crashes through his roof.

Not the window he’d feared it coming through. The actual roof.

Bitty screams bloody murder.

The tree limb comes through almost all the way to the floor, and water starts dripping down it, heading toward the carpet. Thankfully, it didn’t crash land onto Bitty’s bed, where it would have skewered Bitty. Bitty’s body is thrumming with adrenaline; half terror, half relief.

The door to his room crashes open and Lardo and Shitty practically fall through.

“Fuck,” Lardo says, shining one of the torches they’d bought earlier at the tree.

“Goddamn,” Shitty states. “You alright, brah?”

Bitty tries to speak but it doesn’t quite work. He realises it’s because his body is locked up, he can’t even move his fingers apart. That’s going to be a problem.

“What’s going on?” Jack comes in behind Lardo and Shitty. A knight in rumpled sleep clothes. He surveys the scene, adding his own torch light to Lardo’s. He manages to look calm, and it helps Bitty to see it.

“You shouldn’t stay in here,” Jack deduces, looking over to Bitty, who is slowly encouraging his limbs into movement.

“No shit,” Lardo adds.

“You can take the floor in our room,” Shitty offers. “We’ll put some pillows down for you.”

“No.” Everyone turns to looks at Jack, surprised. “Stay with me.”

💋Lake House (Grayson x Reader)

Summary: Grayson and the reader are friends and they go on a trip with a lot of friends and they are forced to share a bed for a week in the hotel and like Grayson takes off his shirt to go to bed so this makes the reader really embarrassed because she likes him and then she wants him to feel the same way and she puts her pajama which is only a T-shirt and panties and it’s all hot in the room and all!

Warnings: This was supposed to be just fingering, but I got carried away but sex.

A/N: I hope I did this justice for you! I decided to make it a camping trip type thing because I want to go camping so bad right now and it’s all I can think about! Requests are OPEN. (P.S. I hate myself for writing this cause now my emotions are all over the place)

Mockery (Negan x Lana)

Summary: Lana is the queen of sass. Negan may have just met his match.

Characters: Negan x Alana

Word Count: 3,560

Warnings: NSFW, Smut, Fluff and Swearing

Author’s Note: This fic was requested by @i-dont-have-a-harp who sent:

Would you be able to do a fic with a girl called Alana (Lana as a nickname) where she’s super sassy and is taken during the lineup from Alexandria? Negan takes a liking to her but she refuses to fall for him, until he begins showing a softer side when it’s just the two of them, but Lana is too stubborn to admit it until something puts her and Negan in danger?

I had too much fun writing this. Love me a sassy character. This one is jam-packed with sass, fluff and smut. I hope it’s to your liking.

Thank you thank you thank you to @ashzombie13 for being my beta reader!

Please let me know what you think! You can message me anytime! I LOVE feedback! (Seriously! Send me asks and you’ll make my whole week)

Request: Dating Leo Valdez would include?

  • You met Leo through Annabeth
  • He was very upfront with you and you kinda just clicked
  • You were always talking to each other but you never realized you were falling for him
  • It wasn’t until some of your friends started telling you how you’re always talking about him and how you just drool over his existence
    • “Oh my God! I fell so hard for him!” you looked at Percy and Annabeth. “Yeah,” Annabeth nodded her head. “You kinda did,” Percy tried his best to hide his laugh.
  • You became a little more distant with him because you didn’t want to mess anything up
  • He noticed and immediately started asking why you weren’t talking to him
  • You tried your best not to say anything but it kinda just slipped
    • “But all in all it’s only because I really like you. So, I just kinda steered around your path from time to ti-” “Wait for just a second, did you just say you like me?” Leo held up a finger as he looked at you. “What?! Of course not! Why would I say that- that’s absolutely…” you looked up Leo and down to the ground. “Yeah… I kinda did,” you chuckled nervously. “Great!” “What?!” you looked up quickly. “I said ‘Great’. How ‘bout you meet me at the lake at 8 tonight?” Leo started walking away. “Uh… I mean sure I guess… what just happened?” “He just asked you on a date idiot.” “Shut up Percy!”
  • It kinda started slowly after that
  • You automatically became the cutest couple at Camp Half-Blood
  • Leo would always bring you on walks around camp and you would just talk and hold hands
  • When sitting around a campfire he would make little fire hearts and things
    • “Leo! Stop! You’re gonna make the fire go out!” “Shut up! I am doing it for a totally good reason!” “It might be a good reason to you, but I don’t want to freeze my ass off because you’re trying to impress Y/N!”
  • Cuddling is like a daily routine, you cuddle at least an hour a day
  • He uses pickup lines all the time
    • “Hey Y/N?” Leo was already laughing. “What Leo?” you looked up at him. “How many letters are there in the alphabet?” he asked. “26, why?” you narrowed your eyes. “Oh really, I thought there was only 21. I guess I forgot U, R, A, Q, T.” “I swear if you use one more cheesy pickup line, I’m breaking up with you!”
  • Leo is still a major flirt with you
  • Sitting by the lake at night, just looking at the stars and talking
  • Playing pranks on your friends together
    • “Did you put the water bucket up yet?” Leo asked, a huge grin on his face. “We should be getting the signal in 3, 2-” “Oh my Lord! Y/N, Leo! You’re so dead!” everyone stopped and looked at the two of you. “Run,” Leo said taking your hand. “Go! Run now!”
  • Would fight every breathing living thing for you
    • Having to calm him down before he burns everything down
A Proposal - Jeff Atkins x Reader

Request - “Jeff X Reader having friends over. He gets angry and they fight. He prop(os)es and apologizes at end.”

(I’m assuming this was meant to be proposes but if not I’m very sorry)

“The guests will be here soon Jeff get changed!” You berated your boyfriend. You could sense him rolling his eyes from the other room.

“Yes, Y/N, I’m going.” He sighed, dragging his feet up the stairs to dress himself.

——-

All your friends sat round the large oak table in your dining room, glasses of sparkling wine in their hands and laughter in their voices. The atmosphere was light and airy, with a touch of superficiality - you could tell something was up with Jeff, but he wouldn’t let on.

“So, who’s more likely to a super hard ass parent- Alex, or Jess?” Hannah asked, giggling to herself at the thought.

“Jess- her dads a fighter pilot?” Justin reasoned.

“Nah, Alex calls his dad Sir, that’s gotta count for something.” Tony cut in.

“Or we’ll be nothing like our parents?” Said Alex.

“I reckon it’s Jess.” Addressed Hannah.
“But in the cool parent kinda way.”

“You can’t be both.” Justin said nonchalantly.

“Of course you can.” Jeff piped up.

“Mine were a pretty equal mix of both.” You agreed.

“Hmm maybe I should think of a better one.” Hannah mused.

“Babe, could you fetch the bottle of champagne from the kitchen?” You turned to Jeff, smiling warmly.

“We had champagne?” There was confusion in his voice.

“The bottle I asked you to buy yesterday?”

“You didn’t…”

“I did, and you replied with ‘I have’.”
The air had become tense with the slight dispute.

“Oh.”

“I’ll get it then, if you forgot.” You laughed slightly tensely.

He rubbed his neck with his hand.
“I don’t think I bought it, Y/N.”

You had already been stressed about hosting the meal, as it was not something you and your friends ordinarily did, but small mishaps like this just increased your stress levels enormously.

“Are you kidding me?!” You blew up, the stress getting to your head.

“Can we help?” Clay piped up from your right.

“No, Y/N, I’m not kidding you.” Jeff was tense, and you both ignored Clay. “It’s just champagne, calm down.”

“That’s not the point! I worked so hard to make everything perfect for tonight and now it’s all ruined because you couldn’t even get some goddamn champagne from the goddamn shop!” You stood up.
“You clearly just wouldn’t understand Jeff.” You moved to the kitchen, but Jeff stopped you next to him.

“I don’t think anyone here minds.” Hannah tried to defuse the situation. It was like you’d been wound up too tight and were finally unravelling.

“It doesn’t matter, Jeff shouldn’t have told me he’d done it when he hadn’t, he knew how stressed I was about this.”

“Y/N, truthfully, my mind has been…. otherwise occupied.”

“With what?” You crossed your arms.

He cleared his throat.
“I mean, this isn’t ideal.”
“This isn’t how I’d planned it.”
“But I guess it’ll have to do.”

He knelt down from his chair on one knee.
“I am so sorry for everything, Y/N. You are the love of my life, and I’d ask for nothing more than just having you in it. From the day we met, I knew, you were incredible. Everything you do is selfless and caring and you put me above you before even thinking about your own needs. I’ll buy you champagne every day for the rest of our lives to make up for this if i have to,” he chuckled, “I am unconditionally in love with you, and if you’ll have me, Y/N L/N, would you do the honour of marrying me?” He breathed, his face was timid but certain, and the box he held in his hands glistened.

You lost your words momentarily, but the 'awwww’s’ coming from everyone brought you back down to earth.

“Yes Jeff! A thousand times yes. I love you.” You bent down to kiss him, and you knew that this was how you wanted to spend the rest of your life.

My Club (Alec x Reader) Imagine

You sat on your couch as you watch everyone dancing and partying around you. There were so many different species here. You spotted Mundanes, Vampires, Warlocks, Foresakens and Shadowhunters. Wait shadowhunters you thought. Why were they here? You got up from you seat with your drink in hand and made your way towards them.

“The last time I checked I don’t remember anyone inviting shadowhunters to this club” You spoke as you appeared in front of them.

“They didn’t now move” A blonde haired boy said as he pushed passed you with three more shadowhunters following him. You started to follow them when they all suddenly stop. Quickly the blonde boy was in front of you.

“Stop following us” He spoke

“What are you doing here?” you questions

“You don’t need to know” He said

‘Jace she proably knows where he is ask her” A redheaded girl told him.

“Are you a warlock?” The blonde haired boy who you figuerd was Jace asked you.

“I am but what does that mean to you shadowhunter boy” you tease

“Magnus Bane do you know him?” Jace once again asked.

“Nope doesn’t ring a bell” you said as you turned around “Now get out of my club” you started to walk away when an arm grabbed you pulling you back. It was Jace.

‘Your club? The last time we checked it was Magnus Bane’s” Jace said. You looked around them, they had you trapped in.

“Well it’s not anymore” you rolled your eyes hoping they wold let you go but they wouldn’t.

“Your lying” A black hair girl said

“What if I am? It shouldn’t matter to you where a warlock is” You sass back

“We need his help with something” The other boy spoke “He’s not in trouble, so where is he? It’s his club so he must be here”

“Like I told you already this is my club too he’s no-“ you were saying but the redhead cut you off.

“Wait your club too? You never said that early” You cursed in your mind that you let that slip out in front of them. How could you be so stupid.

“Oops must of forgot” you said with a grinned “ I owned this club with Magnus”

“So you do know where he’s to” Jace yelled

“Not at the moment, I say he gone off with one of his lovers but I’m not sure so leave me a message and he will get back to you” you spoke as you took a sip of your drink.

“We need him now not later” the redhead girl demanded

“Well I can’t hel-“ you started to say but stopped when your vision started to get burry. Why was this happening?

“You put something in my drink” you yelled soon your feet gave out from under you and the black haired boy caught you.

“Why did we do this again” the boy asked

“We need to know where Magnus is’ Jace told him

You woke up in a strange room. Soon everything came back to you. Those damn shadowhunters. You should of known they would pull something like this.

“Look at who’s awake” Jace said

“Who are you?” you asked

“You don’t need to know that” He answerd

“Well Jace since I know you, you might as well tell me who your fellows shadowhunters are”

“How do you know that?”

“You don’t need to know that, names?”

“Clary” the redheaded girl

“Isabelle” the other girl said

“Alec” the black haired boy said

“That’s great. I’m not going to tell you where Magnus is so you might as well stop trying” you said standing up onto your feet. Truth is you didn’t really know where he was but they didn’t seen to care.

“Please we’ll do anything” Clary bregged

“What do you need his help with?” you questioned. There had to be a good reason if they were going through all of this trouble.

“Our friend that’s a werewovle got hurt and Bane is the only one that can help”

“Why him”

‘His magic is the only one powerful enough” Maybe you can help them you thought. After all you were warlock too with the same power.

“I’ll do it” you said

“Your not Magnus” Alec replied

“But I am a Bane” you told them “My magic is the same as my brother it will still work”

“Magnus has a sister?” Izzy asked

‘Yes and I’m right in front of you, never saw that one coming did you?” you laugh. All of them stood there in shock looking at you. You didn’t know if it was because you were Magnus sister or was it your weird sense of humor. Who cared anyway.

“Are we going to go or what?” you asked.

‘Yeah lets go” Isabelle said as they left, with you following not to far behind them.

“Nice place you got here” Alec said while looking down at you while you crushed up spices for the spell.

“I’m trying to save your friend life and your talking about how nice my house is?” you laugh while Alec turned the color of a tomato. “Can you hand me some of those tea leaves?” you asked pointing towards the ones you wanted. Alec walked over to get them and handed to you while asking

“Are you sure this going to work?”

“Yeah it’s one of Magnus spell I’ve seen him used it before.Trust me I know what I’m doing”

‘You seems different”

“What do you mean?” you questioned

“When we first got to you earlier you seems like a different person. Like you didn’t really care about anything. You had this whole evil vibe about you” Alec told you.

“Yeah I could see that, I guess when I’m protecting something like my brother and my club I put on a fake act so no one would really get me.” You made your way over to the sofa where their friend Luke was laying. You sat down in front of him and started to wave your hand over him, you were started to heal him as you could see the purple smoke that was coming from your hands. After a while you could feel your energy starting to fade.

“Alec come here” you yelled as he made his way over towards you. “Sit please” You grabbed ahold of his hand when he sat. “I’m sorry I need some of your energy I hope you don’t mind”

“If it helps him I don’t care” Without Alec’s energy you didn’t know if you could do it so when he let you, it took a weight off of your shoulders. Soon you were done and when you finally remove your hands you fell right back on Alec.

“I’m sorry” you said slowly as you try to get up.

“Hey don’t worry about it, just rest” you didn’t even have time to argued as you eyes slowly shut as you fell alseep with your head resting on Alec’s shoulder.

“Alec we told you to help her, not sleep with her” Jace said as him and Clary enter into the house. Alec glared up at the boy.

“She resting, after all she used up all of her energy healing Luke.” He said as he pointed towards the man on the sofa.

“LUKE” Clary yelled as run over to the man laying down.

“Quite” Alec said “She’s sleeping”

“Oh what does Alec have a crush” Jace tease

“Shut it” Alec said. Right after that your eyes started to flutter open. You sat up from leaning against Alec. Your first thought was to look over at Alec

“Thank you” You said as you got up and walking over to a now sitting up Luke with Clary. He looked fine and you were happy that the spell worked.

“How are you feeling” You asked Luke handing him a drink from your table.

“I’m good, thank you for helping” He said as he sipped the drink.

“No worries, I have magic might as well do something useful with it every once and a while”

“Warlock? He questioned

“Oh yes, sorry I forgot you were out of it when I met you. My names Y/N Bane” you told him as you held out for him to shake his hand. He shook it back and asked “Would I be able to leave? I have a pack that needs me.”

“Yes you can leave, but try and take it easy for the next little bit”

“Don’t worry he will” Clary said for him as she helped him put on his jacket. Jace walked over to help the two and to also help them leave. As they left Jace said “Help the girl clean up Alec”.

“What do you need me to do” Alec asked

“Umm” you said looking around. You really didn’t need any help, you were just going to used your magic. “I think I’m good” you told him as you waved your hand around making your purple magic appear once again. You soon had everything back in place.

“I forgot about your magic” Alec stated

“Don’t worry about it, I think Jace did too” You said as you turn to face him. For the first time, you atcually got a good look of his face. His hazel eyes stared down at your Y/E/C eyes. You both leaned in when you heard a voice.

“Really Y/N? I leave for a few days and you already have a boy in our house” It was Magnus. You both pulled back and turned to look at your brother.

“Oh at least he’s cute” Magnus said as you stood there rolling your eyes. Giving your brother one last glance you pulled Alec towards your room.

Taehyung Scenario: You Can Be The Boss.

Request:  A BIG PET PEEVE I HAVE IN FANFICS ARE THAT THE READER NEVER GETS TO BE THE CEO (IN AN AU LOL), IT IS ALWAYS THE MALE. SO DO YOU THINK YOU COULD WRITE A CEO-READER (OH LIKE A HELLA HUGE COMPANY) AND THEN AN ASSISTANT-TAEHYUNG (OR IDK, BUT SOMETHING BELOW HER) (I’ve been searching since like last year for something like this and I still haven’t found one😒) YAYAYAYAYAYA THANKS

Genre: Fluff - CEO Reader AU

It wasn’t even nine in the morning and you’d already had to handle two emergencies through your pone, sometimes you thanked the heaven for living in a time were connections were easily handled. The quiet background buzz at the reception felt like home, and you greeted the secretaries there wit a quick nod and a short good morning, walking straight to the elevators while your heels clicked on the polished floor.

Some days, you still couldn’t believe how far you’d gotten, and other days, just like this one, you were proud of yourself, of being able to laugh at the faces of those who only thought you were simply a dreamer, that women couldn’t make it far into the business world. You looked at the reflection that the elevator’s doors gave you and smiled satisfied. This was your world, you’d taken onto it with a lot of brain, charm and effort, you weren’t the CEO of your own telephone company for nothing.

Your office was located at the fifteenth floor, you enjoyed a pretty view of the city from the huge glass windows and it was decorated to your own liking. It was just nice to be the boss. When the elevator reached your floor and you made your way to your office, some of your employee’s greeted you, some others just got to the side to let you pass and maybe they were just a little scared you thought, intimidated more likely but you’d stopped being worried about that, whoever got past the initial prejudice and supposition would know that you were just a normal girl in a position of power and control, not a monster in disguise.

The door to your office was opened and you eyed your assistant’s desk but he wasn’t there, he was the most capable person you’d had on your side, sharp minded, witty, managed to keep almost every one happy and delighted them with a quick chatter. You stopped your train of thoughts when you saw a coffee mug ready and waiting for you at your desk, accompanied by some biscuits.

–Good day sunshine! – oh, there he was. Taehyung was like no other worker you had, that for sure, with his deep voice and animated demeanor that sometimes bordered on overwhelming. You dissimulated your smile while taking off your long coat and giving a sip to your coffee; it was perfect, Taehyung never brought it wrong.

–It’s really inappropriate of you to call me that Taehyung, I’m your boss – he just smiled at you, all teeth and joy so you looked down at the papers in front of you to stop yourself from staring. –With that being said, what do we have for today? –

–Meeting at nine thirty with the chief engineer about the new program he’s working on, reviewing on two new apps by ten and a half, have a call with the investors so I reserved you forty minutes after eleven for that, oh and the new interns arrive today, I did a preselection and reduced the group to five and they’ll have a private interview with you starting at two so you have enough time to go to see your parents after midday because their anniversary is today – he said, already on his efficient mode.

You gulped on your coffee, looking surprised at him. –Oh my god, I forgot… I need to get them a gift Taehyung –

–I already did – Taehyung said, signaling to one of your couches where a box with a pretty ribbon laid. –Since I knew you were most likely going to forget it, I took the liberty of planning a one week trip for them, and they should have a special lunch delivered with the catering service at their house by twelve, so you only need to take the box with you to give them their tickets and congratulate them –

You stared dumbfounded at him, sometimes, Taehyung went too fast but that was good, that was specifically good when he never let escape details like this and managed to save your day. You stayed silent for a moment and Taehyung talked again, he wasn’t one to do well with silence.

–Don’t you have the greatest assistant in the country? – he smiled again while looking at you. His tie was a little crooked, and who wore ties with little comic whales to work? Taehyung, that’s who; the indeed greatest assistant in the country who worked for you.

–Thanks Taehyung, you did well – you smiled softly at him and Taehyung shrugged.

–At your service boss, call me if you need me – he checked something else on his iPad and then exited your office, leaving you wondering how you’d managed to do without him before.
