And you can’t deal with it anymore, it’s nice to take it slow and let your head float for a bit. Even if it’s just for fifteen minutes or so, it makes such a difference, well at least for me.
I find that listening to my “feel-good” playlist never fails to sort of relieve my feelings of anxiety and pressure. I also never settle for just a specific genre of music, I like it when my playlist has different variations (as mentioned in my previous playlist post).
The songs in this playlist are random, some can be slow, and others a bit “fist-pumpy”, either way this works for me. This definitely gets my head off things like school, plates, and other stressful shenanigans.
