but hey they're pretty

i would die for some sort of documentary-style mini-series about SI employees because honestly. That would be amazing.

Tony makes an entire new element? Legal’s trying to figure out how to patent it,  PR’s still dealing with the expo fiasco (along with legal suing the fuck out of hammer), R&D is dumping shots into their espresso as they gear up to figure out how the fuck, and HR is trying to keep them all from imploding.

And that’s just one movie

Omg I'm sooo happy that I found your account, I lllovelovelove your art and I COULD CRY I FOUND HADDOTIN ARTIST OMG. Nowadays is so hard to find people who draws haddotin omgggg! Do you draw nsfw? If not, just ordinary cute snuggle/kissing haddotin art would make me so happy<33

Ohh, thank you so much! 💛 And I’m always up for a bit of tintin fluff. Hope this tiny, incredibly vague comic suffices.

It seems like gatekeepers believe that the LGBTQIA+ community is this single cohesive unified thing with clearly defined edges and an exact list of who is and isn’t allowed and that all members of this oh so united group must feel the same way about things as they do, especially as it comes to this imaginary list of who’s “gay enough” to be allowed, or else be accused of attempting to sow seeds of divisiveness in the community.

And I feel like that’s why exclusionists are so determined to paint their current crusade against aspecs as totally different from and in no way related to past “discourse” and attempts to boot out members of the community they now claim to be protecting. After all, in order to continue to portray the community (as they see it) as unified and a safe space that needs protecting they have to at least say (if not believe) that bi discourse was wrong, that any past attempts to push out members who are now seen (if only barely) as acceptable were wrong. Of course some exclusionists are blatantly biphobic, exorsexist, etc. but at the very least the party line seems to be that “yeah well trying to kick you out was a mistake (probably anyway) but trying to kick these people out is totally justified and in no way related even though we say it’s for all the same reasons people wanted you gone, because we say you’re gay enough but they’re not”

For the same reason they will say that any bi, trans, nonbinary, etc. people who agree with them are the absolute authorities on whether or not this “discourse” mirrors past gatekeeping but when people from those groups who don’t agree with them point out similarities or even share their own experiences having been through this sort of mess before they are immediately mocked, told to stop “tokenizing themselves”, called homophobic (or biphobic or transphobic or whatever) for daring to point out similarities and not listened to in the slightest. Of course that makes perfect sense in light of the mindset gatekeepers seem to have, in order for the community to keep its unity and cohesiveness dissenting voices must be ignored.

So despite the fact that exclusionists will use the same arguments, word for word, that have been used to try and exclude now “acceptable” members of the community in the past, they refuse to acknowledge any similarities. They will not examine their reasoning or how it relates to past discourse because they’re perfectly happy in their echo chamber full of people who also like to talk about the “cishet invaders” (and it’s completely fine if some or many of those people are biphobes, truscum, etc. until they become so obvious about their views that not even other exclusionists can deny it anymore and have to drop them).

Tangled Up In Blue (Hair)

Title: Tangled Up In Blue (Hair)

Pairing: Dan Howell/Phil Lester

Rating: PG (only some swearing from Dan)

Word Count: ~3500

Summary: Fic based on this prompt:

If you dye your hair, your soulmate’s hair color changes as well and you swear the moment you see your soulmate you will choke them because you just woke up with your hair colored like a rainbow and it’s your first job interview at a prestigious company what the fuck.

(Didn’t do rainbow hair though, just blue.)

(Read on AO3)

A/N: This is not beta read, so sorry if there are any mistakes. (Title from the Bob Dylan song Tangled Up In Blue, though it doesn’t really relate to the fic (just thought it fit as a title). Also I’m a photoshop n00b so sorry for the crappy hair edits.)

The first time it happened was when Dan was eight. At that age he only knew of one other person that it had happened to before, she had been lucky though as her hair colour had changed to a sensible colour, he however hadn’t been so lucky. One day he had woken up with bright yellow hair! His parents had gasped when he walked into the kitchen that morning.

Modeling is definitely one of those “endeavors outside of music” she’s been working on

“I’m sorry, Dylan. I’m so sorry. For everything. For how you were born, for how I handled it, how I shut you out. It was horrible of me, and I’m so sorry. I didn’t know what I was doing, but as horrible as it was, I wouldn’t trade it for anything, because… you’re here now, and you’re beautiful, and it’s a miracle that someone like you could come out of all that. And I wouldn’t give you up for anything.” independent norma louise bates & dylan john massett of a&e’s chilling series ‘bates motel.’

So I’ve started to buy more art and I’m attempting to actually decorate my wall…wish me luck. And OF COURSE the first addition had to be something involving Star Wars. These are from Elithien’s Society6 store. Def go check their stuff out, it’s amazing ❤️ now I just need to get some good frames…

Hey! I love your hcs and think they're pretty accurate to the boys. Can I have a scenario with S/M (Tsukinami if you can) where s/o is mute due to a traumatic past?

I’m guessing they’re picking to be mute and not actually mute sooo…I hope I’m right.

  • Ayato: “I mean- coME ON!” He’s very frustrated you won’t speak to him, “My mother tried to drown me and I’m still here and talking, so why can’t you? Come on, talk to me- say something. Being dead silent is just as annoying as not shutting up.”
  • Reiji: “I wonder what made her shut down like that.” He isn’t mad, just curious. He wants to know what traumatic event happened that shut you up for good, he doesn’t like it when you won’t answer his questions though.
  • Laito: “I went through..some stuff. If you tell me yours, I’ll tell you mine.” He tried to be gentle and offer to open up to you about what happened to him with his (awful) Mother. But you wouldn’t budge, which actually made him angry and then he didn’t want anything to do with you.
  • Kanato: “If it makes you feel any better, I burned my Mother.” You were very shocked and now never wanted to speak to him, he had scared you to death (almost) by saying that. You tried to avoid him at all cost after that.
  • Subaru: Subaru lets you be quiet most of the time, but sometimes he tries to make small talk like ’Do you think you’re a monster too?’ he is very curious to why you’re so shut off to the world.
  • Shu: Good. He likes you to be quiet so he can sleep, but eventually he wants to ask you straight up what has made you the way that you are. Eventually you budge and tell him, then he shrugs it off with, “It’s alright, my only friend was murdered when I was younger. We have something in common then.”
  • Ruki: “Livestock, why won’t you talk to me? Is it something here that makes you uneasy?” he tries to understand at first, but then slowly loses his cool and gives you a cold shoulder since you won’t let him help you.
  • Kou: Kou doesn’t even ask what happened to you, he just thinks you’re actually mute and leaves it at that and you two get along pretty well.
  • Yuma: “Well since you won’t use your mouth, can you use your hands?” (don’t think like that guys-) He drug you off to the garden and forces you to help since you won’t protest or argue.
  • Azusa: “It’s okay..we can..use hand gestures or…paper?” He was trying to figure out a solid way to communicate without making you uncomfortable.
  • Shin: Since you don’t protest to anything, he does what he wants to you and you can’t do anything about it.
  • Carla: He actually sort of treats you gentle. Something really bad must of happened to make you stop talking, right? So he tries his best to try and get you to talk.

Star Trek: Enterprise is so intensely early-2000s scifi that it gives me strong nostalgia flashes even though I’m almost certain I was never allowed to watch any of it as a child

intraclouded  asked:

hey! I was wondering what the words lunarian and solarian mean? they're pretty words and I tried googling but I have a feeling it doesn't mean trans people who live on the moon

Haha nope I haven’t heard of any lunarians on the moon yet!

Lunarians are enbies whose gender aligns with womanhood/girlhood (like demigirls, juxeras…), solarian are enbies whose gender aligns with boyhood/manhood (demiboys, proxvirs…) and there’s also stellarian, who are enbies whose gender is non-aligned with the binary (maveriques, agender people,…).

It’s possible to be two (agender girls can ID as both lunarian and stellarian, bigender people who are both a man and a woman can be both lunarian and solarian…) or even all three (some trigender or genderfluid people for instance) at once.

I hope that helped! <3
