Warnings: Profanity, Heated Making Out

“Why are you acting like such an idiot! I totally had him!” You exclaimed barging through the doors of Ursula’s Fish and Chips, seething.

“Well excuse me miss, it seemed to me that you were more concerned with flirting with the brute than actually fighting him.” Harry shot back sliding onto a seat on the bar.

“What happened this time?” Gil whispered to Uma as the two continued to argue feverishly.

“Harry and Y/N had a simple mission to steal a few swords from the Scarlet Skulls, but they had a bit of trouble.” She answered with an annoyed sigh.

“It was not any kind of trouble. I was trying to move the theft along with distracting their captain, but the grump over here got all hostile and got us busted.” You argued ignoring Harry mocking you from behind a menu.

“Listen darling, I was just trying to help you. Your charisma skills are below average at best.” He smirked moving the menu from between you, causing you to slap his pirate hat right off his head.

“You’re gonna pay for that, Y/N.” He exclaimed as you skipped away cackling at his blushing face.

Gil turned to Uma with a confused expression.

“Weren’t they just fighting?” He said shoving a handful of fries into his mouth.

“That’s Y/N and Harry.” Uma stated smirking as Harry chased you around the restaurant playfully.

A Few Days Later…

“You’re back again, Harry? Thought me beating you in the sword fight yesterday would damage your pride.” You taunted as a single drip of sweat fell from your forehead.

The past few days were unbearable in terms of Uma training everyone to basically their breaking point. Yesterday was the start of partner “battles”, and you were of course paired with Harry.

“Please, Y/N. I always love a challenge.” He smirked brandishing his sword and pointing it at your neck.

You tried to keep your eyes on his mischievous smile, but Harry had decided to train shirtless today. The sweltering heat seemed to be too much for him, but you knew he was only doing this to distract you.

Turning the tables, you pushed his sword away from you and held your own blade at his torso threateningly.

“Well, you’re definitely in the right place, Hook.” You muttered getting closer to his face. He smiled slightly and hit his sword with yours, causing a loud clash to sound.

This went on for a while, each of you having your short turn to overcome the other. But these were short-lived, as both of you were excellent fighters, not willing to back down.

“Give up yet, princess?” Harry breathed as you stumbled slightly. “Never, princey.” You exclaimed regaining your balance and jabbing at Harry’s leg.

He quickly dodged it though, which was to be expected. What you didn’t expect was for him to put down his sword in surrender and move closer to you.

“What’re you—“ You started glaring into his blue eyes.

“Shh, don’t fight it.” He said placing his index finger on your pouting lips. Harry began to lean in, and being completely stunned, you didn’t move.

He saw your shock and took the opportunity to swipe your legs and pin you on the dock, your wrists held above your head by his hook hand.

“Challenge accomplished.” Harry whispered with an innocent expression.

“Hey, get a room, will you?” Uma said folding her arms over her chest at the sight of the two of you. You glared at Harry’s signature smirk and pushed him off, tossing him his sword from off the ground.

“Fuck off.” You growled as Harry blew you an innocent kiss, winking at you as he did so.

“Gladly, babe.” He chuckled watching your fuming figure exit to your quarters below deck.

“What are you two, anyway?” Uma questioned as she watched the scene in front of her.

“No clue.” Harry stated placing his hat on his head.

Later that Night…

You had avoided Harry since the morning’s “incident” successfully until Gil pulled you to participate in the crew’s discussion on the main deck.

“Gil, I don’t want to play a stupid game.” You groaned whipping your hand away from his grip and beginning to walk away. “What’s wrong, Y/N? Can’t take a challenge?” A Scottish accent teased as he was dragged in at the bicep by Uma, who had a devious look in her eyes.

“Never back away from one.” You mumbled plopping down on the floor hesitantly. “Okay everyone, so me being the gracious captain that I am, I’m having a small game of Seven Minutes in Heaven!” Uma exclaimed cheerily as Harry took a seat next to you.

Your face paled, praying that you didn’t end up embarrassing yourself to any more extent than you had that day already.

Uma’s little game nights were required, and if you refused she made your life a living hell for the next week.

Last time you had boycotted Truth or Dare, toilets were cleaned by only you for five days straight. Shuddering at the thought, you turned your attention back to Uma as she excitedly explained the game.

“Now, any volunteers?” She finished with a bright smile. Crickets were heard for a few seconds before Harry’s hand went up slowly.

“Just to get it over with.” He sighed getting up tentatively. Uma smirked, you had no idea but her plan was going perfectly.

“Alrighty then, Gil, who should join Harry in the basement this evening?” She asked the blonde pirate as he looked up. “Y/N seems to be a bit lonely.” He answered pushing you towards the two of them roughly.

You turned a deep shade of red and stuttered an excuse to not participate. “Uh-uh, Y/N. Toilets are already being cleaned by Gil this week.” Uma sighed pushing both yourself and Harry below deck and locking the door.

“She’s such an…ugh!” You exclaimed pounding on the door violently. “I guess it’s not so bad, at least you’re not down here with Dan, he only has two teeth.” Harry joked sitting down on the ground.

You rolled your eyes and groaned, “At least Dan wouldn’t embarrass me in front of our entire crew.”

You slid down onto the floor next to Harry as you saw his eyes linger on your lips. “Why’d you do it, huh?” You questioned referring to the little stunt he pulled earlier.

“You know why.” He scoffed throwing his hands in the air dramatically. “Maybe I would if you fucking tell me!” You shot back angrily getting in his face to seem menacing.

“Because…” He started quietly. Your face held an adorable confusion that he decided he couldn’t resist any longer.

Placing a gentle hand on your cheek, Harry pulled your face closer and connected your lips with his.

In shock, you didn’t realize what he was doing exactly before he pulled away quickly.

“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have—“

“Kiss me again.” You breathed interrupting him.

“What?” He asked quickly. “Kiss. Me. Again.” You stated sternly staring into his eyes.

His smirk returned on his face as he leaned forward and placed heated kisses on your lips.

You kissed back feverishly, lacing your hands in his hair as he pulled you onto his lap excitedly.

Giggling into his lips, you hold his jaw in your hands, attempting to deepen the kiss even more. This earns a groan from the pirate and you smirk.

“Looks like they’ve finally got together.” A voice states as the doors open. You don’t jump from Harry, just face the crew at the door in shock.

“Seven minutes was up ten minutes ago.” Gil chuckled as the two of you got up, blush-faced and embarrassed.

“Why don’t we ditch this and order takeout, my treat.” Harry mumbles in your ear once everyone had settled down.

Smiling, you nod and take his awaiting hand.

Later that night, kisses were exchanged and Harry fell asleep on your stomach, a box of noodles in his hand.

On My Own (Harry Hook) Part Two

“You swore you’d never leave me On My Own

Part One, Part Two, Part Three

“Tell me this is some kind of sick joke,” You remarked, staring at the two boys in front of you. Jay and Carlos exchanged an uneasy look.

“You’re telling me you took Ben, King Ben of Auradon, to the Isle where most people want nothing more than to see him strung up by his thumbs!?” You exclaimed, suddenly ashamed to be an acquaintance of the two boys. “And you thought that he wouldn’t be kidnapped!?”

“I never said we thought it was a good idea,” Carlos mumbled, looking down at the sharp look given by you.

“And now you want me to come with you on some sort of rescue mission to get him back from Uma of all people?” You quizzed, hoping it all was just some sick joke.

“On the bright side, you can go see your dad!” Jay tried to throw in before making a grimace. “Never mind, that’s not a good thing…”

Carlos worried his lip before his face lit up. “You could rub in their faces how good you’re doing.”

“I’m in.”

Your hands were shaking by the time you reached Pirate’s Bay and laid your eyes on Uma’s ship. The crew still looked as raggedy as you remembered in their war paint. They looked like a kindergartener’s finger-painting project gone wrong.

“Hey guys! They’re here!” A pirate you could easily place as being Gil, the loveable son of Gaston, called out to the crew below him.

You could practically feel your blood pressure rising when Harry’s voice filled your head.

“Welcome!” He called, pushing a terrified Ben to the Plank. Oh how you wanted to knock that grin off his pretty little face. Without thinking your hand came to grasp at the handle of the sword tucked into your belt. Jay gave you a concerned look, as if asking if you were gonna be alright fighting against the pirate if worse came to worse.

You just gave a nod before turning to train your eyes on the blue-haired sea witch, tensing slightly from your spot beside Carlos when she mentioned the killer sharks. Dumb witch, you thought to yourself. Sharks only attacked when provoked or threatened. Auradon taught you that.

Carlos nudged you slightly, motioning with his eyes to the hook-wielding pirate that was slowly but surely making his ways towards Uma and Mal. You may not particularly like the daughter of Maleficent, but you knew how unpredictable Harry could be, so you hopped onto the wooden railing of the docks, crouching down beside Mal with a hand on your sword.

You could tell he was pretending to not notice you, anyone could see that. But you could also see that your presence was unnerving the young brunet from the way he quickly started to fly off the handle. You could only grit your teeth at Uma as she gripped his hook and pulled him away from the two of you. Though, of course the flirt couldn’t without winking and blowing a mocking kiss in your direction.

It seems time didn’t change him at all.

As he made his way back to Ben, you followed his moves, not stopping until you were directly across from the pirate. You didn’t trust him to not shove Ben off the plank for no reason. Frankly, you didn’t trust him to not hook the poor King. The thought alone put you on edge. And from the devilish grin worn by the pirate as he caught your eye, you knew that he knew exactly what was going through your mind.

You could see the grin drop when Mal moved to give Uma the wand, before being stopped by the king. You could practically smell the smoke coming from the use his rarely-operated brain. Either he was dumbfounded that his captain’s plan actually worked… or he knew something was off, he knew there was no way Mal would give up the wand that easily.

You really hoped it was the first option.

You were relieved when he dropped the look, replaced by a grin at Ben trying to bargain with Uma. Maybe he was dumber than he looked. You knew it was a lie, but the thought made you feel better about your breakup all those months ago. Because, as much as you didn’t want to admit it, you’re a petty ex.

Panic began to set in once Uma demanded Mal prove the wand worked. You guys were screwed. But, like usual, Mal prevailed, using Dude-the-now-talking-dog to fake a spell.

“Give me the wand!” Uma demanded seconds later, holding her hand out. Was she always this demanding?

“Give me Ben!” Mal shot back. Uma gave her a grin before calling Harry over. Once again, you followed his movements to be by Mal’s side. You may not have been the strongest, but you knew Harry’s weak spots if Uma were to try and trick you.

You gave a slight laugh as you heard Gil inform Ben about how Gaston wishes he had finished off Ben’s dad when he had a chance. You knew it was true as it was the only thing Gaston ever spoke about. Well, that and Belle. And how incredibly thick his neck is…..You made sure to not come across him often.

Harry pushed Ben to the ground in front of Mal before drawing his sword, you made sure to do the same. You raised your gaze to meet his when he spoke.

“Aw, what’s the matter? Don’t ya trust me, lass?” He asked softly, a mocking pout forming on his face. But, it didn’t match the wickedness in his eyes.

“Cut him loose, Harry,” Uma instructed, eyes trained on Mal and the wand. Harry gave a huff, “I never get to have any fun.”

“Yeah, Harry, listen to your Master,” You remarked, smirking at the evil glare you received in return. Like you said before, you’re a petty ex.

Mal pulled Ben away from the two pirates as Uma rushed to the deck of her ship. Harry lingered, eyes not leaving yours before slowly following his Captain. You had to help Mal pull Ben away from the ship. He wasn’t the brightest King if he didn’t see through the plan. You suddenly worried if your life was in the right hands if he couldn’t tell it was a fake wand.

Uma quickly snapped the plastic wand in two upon realizing it was a fake. And then all hell broke loose. Smoke bombs and pirates alike were flying through the air as you suddenly regretted not practicing sword fighting since you left the Isle.

“Please don’t let me get my hand cut off. I don’t wanna look like Harry’s dad,” you whined before joining in on the fight.

Your eyes widened as you spotted Harry jumping into the water after his father’s hook. Though, you didn’t miss the opportunity to snatch his hat up from the dock. You placed it on your head with a smirk, “Mine now!”

Turning around and quickly ducking, you narrowly avoided getting your head cut off by an overly salty pirate. Pausing to giggle quickly at your own joke, you swiped the sword out of his hand, followed by a swift kick to the crotch that knocked him onto his knees. “Honestly, does she not train you guys at all? It’s almost sad,” You tsked, pushing him off the dock and into the water.

You cussed under your breath when you noticed Ben going against Harry, but then paused. Harry Hook, the son of a pirate, whom would try to behead anyone that dared look at his sisters wrong, was undoubtedly… getting his ass handed to him by a King that had never been in an actual sword fight in his life, literally with one hand behind his back. And it. Was. Hilarious.

“Y/N, come on!” Carlos called out, grabbing your wrist and pulling you to the tunnel after Evie threw a smoke bomb right in front of the pirates.

Pausing by the disoriented son of Hook, you placed his hat on top of his head before running to join the others. You spared the drenched pirate one last glance before disappearing into the tunnel.

Leaving him alone. Again.

“I know he’s on your mind, Y/N,” the voice of the daughter of Mulan filled your ears as you stared over the side of the boat to the Isle.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about, Lonnie,” You replied quietly, even though you both knew it was a lie. You knew exactly who she was talking about.

“I’m sure Harry did miss you. He just couldn’t show it with that Uma girl there,” She soothed, rubbing your back gently. You shook your head, turning to lean your back against the rails. she had just been informed on the situation on the ride from Auradon to the Isle, when you had to explain it was the Captain of your ex boyfriend that had taken the king hostage.

“That’s the problem. Even when we were together he was always Uma this, Uma that, Uma- Uma!?”

You failed to hide your surprise (and rage) at seeing the sea witch as she made her way down the stairs to where King Ben stood. You and Lonnie shared a look before rushing over to Mal’s side. You were no expert on relationships- but even you knew that you definitely did not bring your girlfriend’s worst enemy on a date to a dance you’re supposed to be with your girlfriend at.

And the worst thing was, as she stood before you, dressed in a beautiful gown that matched the blue of her hair you could see exactly why Harry would want her instead of you.

“Harry, the cotillion’s on!” The blonde boy yelled to his friend, whom was busy brooding by the window of Ursula’s fish and Chips. Gil sighed, walking over to the brunet. “Staring at Auradon won’t make you any closer to her, you know. But you can see her on TV.”

The pirate stared at him silently before walking to the table in front of the television. He could feel tears well up in his eyes at the sight of you. He missed you a lot, and it took all of his willpower to not show it when you came to the ship. But, he was scared you would try to stay if you knew how pitiful he was without you. He loved you, and there was no doubt about that. But he couldn’t give you everything you deserved if you came back to the Isle. He wanted you to be happy, even if it meant being away from him.

He took a shaky breath, wiping his eyes.

“You look beautiful, lass.”

A few days after the Cotillion Disaster, you were called into the King’s office. From what the letter you received said (though you didn’t see why he just didn’t tell you in one of your many classes together) it was urgent business, not to be discussed with anyone else. You never thought a two minute conversation could have such an impact on your way of breathing.

“After seeing how harsh the conditions are on the Isle, I have decided to bring a few more kids to Auradon,” Ben stated, standing up from his seat behind his desk.

You raised an eyebrow, watching him carefully, “And what does that have to do with me?” You asked.

Ben cleared his throat, awkwardly coming to stand in front of you. This can’t be good.

“Y/N, there’s no easy way to say this after you risked your life to rescue me from the Isle so I’m just going to say it,” He began, arm sliding around your shoulders to give you a friendly, and suspicious, squeeze.

“Harry Hook is coming to Auradon.”

A/N: So, what do you guys think? Is it good enough to have a part three?

In Time

The world around, just for a millisecond, seems to numb. All sound is sucked out of the atmosphere itself. All Sabo can hear is the crack of his boots on the stone below, and blood pulses through his ears like war drums in his mind. Every cell in his body aches, but he pushes on. It’s been a long journey to get here, peppered with storms and regret, and the young revolutionary can’t remember the last time he slept. He certainly doesn’t feel like the strong revolutionary he is in this tired, young body. In this world, he comes as a brother, not a soldier.

Heavy breathing. Blonde hair heavy with sweat falls into Sabo’s eyes, and he shoves another body out of the way so hard that they don’t get back up again. Ahead, shrouded in dust and smoke, Luffy has fallen to the ground – he doesn’t look the same as he did when Sabo last saw him. His chest is unscarred, eyes filled with horror, shoulders shaking. Alone on the ground, Luffy seems so small in comparison to the Pirate King that he was when his brother last laid eyes on him at the execution stand. His little brother looks young; too young to be in this war, too young to have to watch what’s about to happen.

No. Sabo won’t let it happen again, not this time. Screw timelines, screw what this might mean for the world. He had a chance to go back and change things. His devil fruit – Ace, living on somehow through Sabo’s own blood – didn’t approve. Neither did Dragon. Sabo doesn’t care. His mind has been overtaken by some alien force, a thirst for the thing he’s been missing for the decade since Ace’s death. A thirst to change things.

Sabo pushes this lean, twenty-year old body harder. The world is still numb, strangely quiet, as if drawing breath as it watches on. The weight of everything Sabo has ever wished for weighs heavily on his shoulders. This is it. This is the moment where the timeline changes. Ace lunges forward. Luffy’s eyes, brown reflecting magma and fire, widen. Sabo takes a flying leap, coat flaring out behind him, just as Akainu raises his fist.

Everything speeds back up.

Sabo barrels into his brothers with enough force to send them both flying back but makes sure to wrap an arm around each, blood singing in his veins. Ace yells out, pushing back against Sabo with rage in his eyes, and the heat radiating harshly from him is tangible. Luffy is limp at the blonde’s other side, and Sabo’s eyes are too blurred to see his face properly. Heat explodes behind them. The Red Dog is angered, magma pouring from him copiously, but his moment is over. Sabo did it. He took his chance, and the world feels like it’s shifting before his very eyes. There’s no going back now.

“Made it on time!”

The yell escapes from his throat before he can stop it, something between a victory cry and a threat. The battlefield is silent for a split second, and Sabo can hear his voice echoing through it over and over, a reinforcement of his own success. Of Ace’s survival. At the distinctive Grey Terminal lilt that laces the ex-noble’s voice, Ace freezes, a strange expression overthrowing the anger on his face. Luffy’s eyes widen, filling with hope and elation.

All three brothers hit the ground, hard. The world comes back to Sabo in a rush like a tsunami, and suddenly they’re running again, Ace and Luffy stumbling and yelling, both confused as to what’s happening but elated at what they just heard. Heat pushes at Sabo’s senses, so intense that panic floods his veins like a drug, and for a second he sees the boat burning around him. Then, it’s gone. The battlefield replaces everything from the past, and surprisingly, the young man is glad for it. Let this war encompass him. If it means Ace lives, so be it – war will come and go, but Sabo will never have another change like this again. Nothing is going to stop him.

“Who the hell are you?!” Ace asks as they run, surprisingly following Sabo. He looks shaken, as if coming so close to losing Luffy just now rattled him to the core. His voice is uncertain, eyes just as hopeful as Luffy’s now, and Sabo’s heart wrenches when he realises that somehow, deep down, they recognise him.

Luffy’s voice is small in Sabo’s ear, torso shuddering against his back. All his fight is gone. Sabo doesn’t recall slinging him onto his back but he must’ve, maybe when the first starting running. Everything is one pulsing, thronging blur. Travelling ten years back in time must be messing up his head.

Ace’s breath hitches, and his head spins around so fast that his neck must ache. His eyes meet Sabo’s for the first time, and he stumbles for a second, caught off guard. For the first time since Sabo arrived here, he can see that ten-year old kid shining out of Ace’s eyes. Too young to take on the world and wearing his big dreams like medals of honor; questioning whether he should be alive; hurt, but still hoping for something bigger than himself.

“Sabo?!” Ace’s voice breaks. Behind them, two of Whitebeard’s commanders clash with Akainu in a supernova of light and sound.

Against his will, Sabo feels tears spring into his eyes, and a grin stretches across his face even as they fall. Ahead of them, the ocean is just visible, wide and true. “I’ve missed you both,” he chokes out, and they run together still. Ace seems to have stopped even breathing. Around them the battle rages on, and Sabo feels horribly exposed without his pipe.  “I missed you so much.”

Maybe this time, Sabo can stop the execution of the second pirate king before it happens, too. Maybe both Luffy and Ace will survive this time, if he just plays his cards right. Maybe Sabo and his brothers can stay together and stay alive. Maybe, just maybe, he really did change the timeline for good.

A tired cheer roars through the Whitebeard Pirates as they join the three brothers, unknowing of who Sabo is but uncaring. Ace and Luffy are still in shock, disbelieving and confused, but Sabo can see the eldest of the trio as his face begins to light up. It’s like watching the sun come out. Luffy’s arms tighten slightly around him, sluggish and weak but filled with affection, and for the first time in a long time, Sabo has no regrets. He has his brothers.

Maybe time-travel wasn’t such a bad idea.

Okay so I saw that you really loved the asl pic in the magazine so I just had to write this little thing (mostly just to get out of writer’s block lmao). I hope you like it!

“Y/N! I’ve been looking everywhere for you!” A familiar voice exclaimed as you entered Ursula’s Fish and Chips.

“Hey Gil, what’s up?” You smiled pushing one of the other patrons out of their seats so you could sit next to him.

He laughed as the man who you pushed off groaned in pain and scampered off in fear of you. Being one of the best fighters on the Isle, you had a scary reputation around the crew and all who tried messing with you.

On My Own (Harry Hook) Part One

“You swore you’d never hurt me.”

“You swore you’d never leave me On My Own.”

Part Two, Part Three

“Y/N Facilier, you sly little guppy you!”

You laughed as the thick accent filled your head. “Hary Hook,” You greeted, turning to face the young pirate. He held his trademark hook in his left hand, a sword in his belt, and his tricorne hat perched upon his head.

“The one and only,” he replied, giving you a swift bow. Sometimes this boy was just too much.

“To what do I owe the pleasure?” You asked, one hand hiding behind your back to slide a golden locket into your back pocket. The locket belonging to the one and only daughter of Ursula, Uma. The brunet pirate let out a chuckle before standing to face you, right hand coming to rest on the hilt of his sword.

“I’m afraid Uma isn’t too happy with you, Kitten. After all, you did take somethin’ that doesn’t belong to you.” He slurred, strutting over until he was right in front of you. “And that wasn’t very nice.”

You chuckled as his hook came to gently caress your jaw. “I’d hate to ruin a pretty face like yers. So why don’t ya just fork it over to ol’ Harry, Princess?” He whispered softly, though you could feel the weight of his threat as plainly as the feeling of his cold hook against your skin. But, unfortunately for him, you weren’t one to back down easily.

“I don’t have the slightest clue of what Ol’ Harry is talking about. I’m Kitten not Princess, remember?,” You replied smoothly, a slight smirk tugging at your lips as you mocked the pirate’s (albeit attractive) accent. You were surprised to see a smirk tugging at his lips as well.

“Is that so? Then what might this be, hm?” He asked you, using the hook you had been too distracted to notice to slip the necklace out of your pocket and dangle it in front of your face.

“Gee, how did that get there?” You asked with a mocking gasp. Harry opened his mouth to reply but you cut him off with a swift, “Well, I’d hate to cut this visit short but I really must be going now! Bye, Jerry!” Before placing a kiss on his cheek (to momentarily distract him from the fact you snatched his hat off his head) and running off.

“It’s Harry!” He called after you, running his fingers through his hair. “Something’s not right…” he mumbled to himself, slowly beginning the trek back to Uma’s ship, feeling the breeze running through his hair. He stopped. There shouldn’t be a breeze running through his hair. His hat would have stopped it. His hat!

“Why, you little snake! GET BACK HERE WITH MY HAT!”

“Do you think we’ll ever get off this island?” You asked Harry from where you laid curled up on the deck of Uma’s ship. Harry chuckled, taking your hand that was idly tracing shapes onto his chest and pressing it to his lips.

“Of course we will, Lass. Uma can do anythin’. She’ll get us off of this bloody island. We’ll rule Auradon someday,” He replied. You frowned slightly.

“But I don’t want to rule Auradon. It’d become just as bad as the Isle,” you mumbled, staring up at the black sky above you, wishing that for once you could see the moon and the stars.

Harry chuckled slightly, “You have to be the least ambitious Villain I have ever met,” he teased, rolling over on top of you and tickling at your sides until you were squirming like a worm on a hook.

“Well at least my goal in life isn’t something like getting my hand eaten by a lazy crocodile like my father,” You teased. You would never let him live down the day he stuck a fish on his hand to try and entice Tick Tock to eat it.

“No but yer goal could be to grow a mustache like him. It’s already started!” He teased back. You gasped, covering your mouth with your hand.

     “You take that back!”

     “Make me!”

“Hey, Y/N?” A voice brought you out of your own thoughts. You were alone in your ‘apartment’ after a fight with Harry. He wouldn’t stop bringing up Mal again.

“Oh hey, Gil. Come on in,” you greeted, smiling at the blond boy. You never had anything against Gil. Despite his father being a pompous airhead, he was a really nice guy, though not the brightest.

“I need to talk to you. About Harry.” The tone in his voice made you sit your book down, giving him your undivided attention.

“Kitten, I’m home! Ready to grovel for yer forgiveness!” The pirate called out as he stepped into the apartment. He frowned slightly. He could feel a storm brewing. And not the kind with rain either. The kind that often results in him taking a book or two to the head. He slowly followed a trail of tissues to the bedroom the two of you often shared when he didn’t feel like going back to the ship.

“Oh no, darlin’ what’s wrong with you?” He cooed as he spotted you hugging your knees on the bed. Hurrying over, he wrapped his arms around you, gently rocking you back and forth, feeling teary eyed himself. You never cried, so on the rare occasion you would, he would end up joining you at the sadness of seeing your tears.

“Go away, Harry,” You whispered in a cracking voice.

“Not until you tell me what’s wrong with you. Who hurt my little Kitten, hm?” He quizzed in a soft voice, wiping tears from your cheeks.

“Go look in a mirror to find out. Or go find that ship captain you sneak off to see,” You seethed, anger replacing sadness as you watched his expression shift from concerned, to confused, to shock and guilt.

“Now Princess, let me explain,” he started, only to be cut off by you. “Explain what, Harry!? That you’ve been cheating on me with your Captain!?” You yelled, the anger finally pushing itself out of every pore in your body.

He at least had the decency to keep his mouth shut while you yelled at him. You finally told him how he made you feel when all he could do was complain about Mal leaving, or obsess over Uma’s latest stupid plan to leave the Isle which everyone knew would fail. How worried you would be when he’d come home at odd hours of the night, reeking of booze and perfume.

But, then he came back at you. Accusing you of spying on him, trying to be his parent instead of his girlfriend, and even having the audacity to accuse you of cheating on him! With Gil of all people!

And by the time he stormed out of your apartment that night, you both believed you were in the right.

“On behalf of King Benjamin and Lady Mal, you have hereby been invited to join in the academic year at Auradon Prep,” You read from the scroll, eyes wide in shock. “You mean… I get to leave the Isle? And attend an actual school?” You asked, staring at the smiling man in yellow and blue that had appeared in your apartment.

You felt like you could burst into tears at the sight of his nod. So you did.

“I’m going for a walk, Lads,” the brunet pirate called out to the other members of Uma’s crew before strolling off of the ship, pretending he had all the time in the world. Even though he knew he only had about ten minutes left before you left for Auradon.

He kept to the shadows, leaning against a building nearby while you put your belongings into the trunk of the limousine. Nothing fancy, just a small sack of clothes, including a few choice items gifted to you by a certain pirate. Not that you’d ever admit that to anyone.

You could feel his gaze on your back so you turned, getting one last look at the brunet boy you still harbored so many feelings for. But, upon meeting your gaze, he turned his head, clenching his jaw tightly.

     You sighed. “Goodbye, Harry Hook.”

And with that, you took your leave.

A/N: So what do you guys think? Want a part two?

cs "just stay with me"

Sure, friend! ♥ I didn’t expect to get Captain Swan, but, hey, no complaints! ;)
              (prompt from here)

Somewhere in the distance, a warning bell rings, announcing her absence from one end of the castle to the other in a noise that should startle her into action. But she stays still, a roaring in her ears as the tide rises to her slipper covered feet. Mud cakes the ends of her dress and the bottom of her shoes, but she ignores it, eyes on the wreckage of a ship in the harbor. It floats feebly, its tattered crimson flag flopping uselessly on the deck, and she can see flames licking up the sides, eager to claim it’s next victim.

She’s never seen a sight before. Pirates, she knew. But pirates had never been so close to Misthaven before and she can’t help digging in the sight; in its prime, the ship would be a beauty, but today it’s little more than a ruin. She lets out a sigh. Pirates sound like an adventure, close to the ones her parents were on, but Emma has little interest in it. She mourns more for the beauty of the ship and the wasted lives than anything.

Therefore, she nearly misses the dark-haired figure floating in the water, just barely supporting by the piece of wood that supports his torso. For a half second, she stares, mouth agape, before she springs into action, ripping the sides of her dress as she makes her way deeper into the water. To a stranger, the tide could sweep them away, but Emma had swam in this water her entire life and she uses the current to her advantage, reaching the floating figure just as they begin to tip off the wood.

She grasps them, dragging them back onto their float by the lapels of their jacket, narrowly avoiding the pointed edge of a hook. It grazes her cheek, bringing a sting that she ignores as she begins kicking, bringing them back to shore in a slow and tedious process that leaves her legs aching when they finally reach solid ground.

The person is still and save for the rise and fall of their breath, they could be asleep. She pulls him off the wood, dragging him onto the shore with a grunt, her water sodden dress sticking to her legs and her hair falling from its carefully prepped bun. She ignores it; she ignores the slight sting on her cheek, the ache in her legs, the ringing bells in the distance – she focuses on him. His dark hair is wet, sticking to his forehead and there’s a small scar on his cheek, so old she can barely see it above his trimmed beard.

He’s nothing like what she expects a pirate to be and it’s a little unfair how someone could be so handsome after narrowly escaping with his life. She thinks about this – and then she realizes that there are little to no breathes coming from his lips.

“No, crap,” she hisses, pressing against his chest, ignoring the fine hair that tickles her fingers, remembering her mothers’ instructions as she counts. When nothing happens, she grunts. "If you’re faking this, I will give you back to the ocean. If you’re not, just stay with me, okay?” She leans down, pressing her lips to his, breathing air into his lungs.

Or at least that’s what she tries.

The moment her lips press his, magic sparks so bright that she can see it through her closed eyes; the strands of fallen hair lift as a sudden, sharp breeze springs from between them. The man lets out a sharp breath, as though there were no water in them to begin with, and blinks rapidly; if she wasn’t frozen in place, she would notice how blue his eyes were.

“Did you just…?” He asks, fingers grazing his lips as though hardly daring to believe. “Did you just break my curse?”

“Umm…” is her eloquent response. She hears thudding footsteps in the distance.“Yes?”

A joyous laugh escapes him and he’s sitting up, then standing up, grasping her elbows and bringing her to her feet, swinging her around enthusiastically. She’s rather grateful he doesn’t accidentally hit her with the hook and waits for him to calm, her mind numb with the sudden knowledge that this man was her… was her…

“It’s true love,” he says, dropping her onto her feet and stepping away. “I’ve spent 300 years trying to find you.”

“Yes, well, that’s all– Hang on, what? Wait, who are you?”

“I’m Killian Jones.”

He smiles. It’s transfixing.

She stares. His drops at the sudden awareness of people around them.

Her parent’s guards watch them both.

“Wait, are you…?” His blue eyes are wide, flickering between her and the guards, taking in the fine silks of her dress and the jewels around her neck and hanging from her ears. There’s little doubt that the sight of her is worthy of a princess, even a water soaked one, but before he can voice them, a small, grumpy looking man speaks.

“Princess Emma, your parents require your attention. Shall we bring the… pirate with us?”

A Pirate AU

It’s a general rule that polite society doesn’t like pirates. The coastal town Acquitart, does not always abide by this rule. Originally settled to become a port town of some import, changes in trade routes and treaties while the town was still undergoing construction meant the area became politically useless and essentially left to it’s own devices.

The townspeople do not like pirates. But, being disadvantaged by their location and being a typically unimportant town, it becomes that if a pirate ship were to dock nearby in the middle of the night - and the pirates within happened to come into town wanting to exchange goods - well, the townspeople might choose not to notice.

It is a clear evening in this town that the notorious pirate Captain Damianos Akielos wanders the streets. He’s having a good night - enough has been sold or traded to keep his men in medical supplies and food for the next few months and the crew hasn’t lost a member in over half a year. Damen walks alone down a quiet street, towards the bar where his favourite bar wench Lykaios should be working, when he hears a voice from above.

“Excuse me,” comes the unmistakably educated voice of a young man.

Damen looks up. The lad is perched on the stone window sill of a house, the candlelight behind him casting him as a silhouette.

“Can I perhaps trouble you to catch me?” the man asks.

He’s three stories up. It’s hardly an easy drop.

“Will you make it?” Damen says, holding his arms out anyway.

The young man tilts his head consideringly. “Probably.” He says, and then he throws himself out the window and into Damen’s arms. Damen stumbles at the impact, barely managing not to fall.

Down at this level, and held tightly to his chest, he can take notice of the man’s pale skin -almost as milky white as the billowing shirt he wears - and tightly braided blonde hair. Up close he is nothing short of beautiful. Damen briefly considers whether he should let the crew get into kidnapping after all.

“Thank you,” the man says. He lets himself out of Damen’s arms and looks frightfully unruffled for a man that just lept from a window.

“Could you not use the door?” Damen asks.

“Where’s the fun in that?” the man replies. He watches Damen for a long moment. “My name is Laurent, by the way.”

“Ah. I heard pirates were in town tonight. Your ship is The Delpha, yes?”

“That she is.”

And Laurent smiles, in a calculated way that makes both dread and arousal rise in the pit of Damen’s stomach.

“Damianos,” Laurent says, as sweetly as a viper, “I don’t suppose I could interest you in kidnapping me?”

English Professor Louis Tomlinson’s passion for the occult has been a source of mockery and derision for most of his life. When he hears whispers of a travelling freak show newly established in London claiming the existence of a monstrous sea hybrid, half-man, half-fish, Louis sees it as his ticket to credibility amongst his peers. The summer he spends undercover working on the show, however, gives him much more than that.

On My Own (Harry Hook) Part Four

“You swore you’d never leave me On My Own.”

Part One, Part Two, Part Three, Part Four, Part Five

Harry Hook was lying on his bed, one arm resting under his head as he stared stoically at the ceiling. Sure, the bed in the dorm he shared with Gil was comfortable. But, it was too comfortable. It felt nothing like the one back on the ship, or even the one back at your - now is not the time, Harry.

The pirate shook his head as if to shake away his thoughts. He couldn’t let himself get too caught up in his emotions. He had a job to do and it would complicate things too much.

He stood up, walking over to the window that stared out at the school-grounds. “Everything is so much prettier here than in the Isle,” He mumbled to himself. He scoffed as his eyes fell on the statue of the Beast. “And I thought I was full of meself. ‘Least I never had a magical statue made of meself… actually… That’s not a bad idea. A giant statue, dedicated to Harry Hook. With a magnificent, shining hook.”

His self-glorifying thought were interrupted by a half asleep Gil. “Harry, you’re talking to yourself again,” he muttered, covering his head with his pillows.

Harry rolled his eyes, “Go back to sleep, bampot.”Gil grunted in response.

Harry shook his head, looking up at the stars he had been deprived of seeing his entire life. He smirked to himself.

“Well, it wouldn’t hurt to finally have some fun while I wait.”

The knocking on your door started at seven in the morning that Saturday, lasting until 7:10, when you finally got tired of it waking you up from your sleep. You slid on your bunny slippers and stomped to the door in your (embarrassing) teddy bear pajamas, throwing the door open without a second thought. Carlos stood at your door, concerned look on his face before it melted into one of amusement.

“Nice pajamas. Did you rip them off a five year old?”

“Nice hair, did you rip it off a Q-Tip?” You shot back, crossing your arms.

“Ha, very funny. You might want to come down to the courtyard,” He addressed quickly, anxiously shifting from foot to foot. “Like, now.”

“You can wait for me to get dressed,” You replied, turning to walk back into your room before getting pulled away by Carlos. “There’s no time!” He barked, quickly pulling you down the stairs.

“Carlos I am in my teddy bear pajamas and bunny slippers! I can’t go down there!” you shouted, running to keep up with the boy.

“Call it a fashion statement!”

“Holy fadoodle Cakes,” You whispered, staring up at the statue of the Beast. Well, what was the beast. Now it was covered in pirate getup and dead fish. You were pretty sure you could see an octopus up there too.

You pushed to the front of the group of onlookers and found the pirates standing there proudly. One in particular looked very amused at the awe and horror filled gazes. Then, he met your eyes and his grin grew even more.

“Hello, Lass. Come to marvel at yer dear ol’ Harry’s work? Wait… Are ye wearin’ teddy bear pajamas and bunny slippers?” Harry asked, snickering at your attire.

You gave him an indignant gasp, glaring at the laughing boy. “Lay off my teddy bears and bunny slippers! And fix this statue! Now!” You shouted, keeping your voice relatively quiet as to not to alert any of what was going on.

“Now why would I do that, Princess? I put a lot of time and effort into this… this masterpiece, this show of me talents,” He spoke proudly, before giving you a mocking pout, “Do ya not like it, lass?”

“All it proves is your ability to ruin things,” You gritted out, angry at the image the pirates were giving to the children from the Isle. No doubt this little show would make others reluctant to accept the children of villains.

“Oh but darlin’ I’m from the Isle, ruinin’ things is what we do. Or have ye already forgotten?” Harry remarked, stroking your cheek with the hand that normally held his hook.

You clenched your teeth, anger flowing through you at a rapid pace. “No, Harold, I haven’t forgotten. How can I when a perfect reminder is staring me right in the face?” You growled, shoving his hand away with a harshness you didn’t know you still had. The mocking look melted away into one of shock as you stormed away from the insulting scene.

“Awkward…” Gil mumbled from beside him. In seconds he was pinned to the base the statue, an angry Harry holding a forearm to his neck. “You got somethin’ you wanna say, Gil?” He growled, as if daring the other boy to open his mouth.

Gil gulped, opening his mouth to reply, but was cut off by the shrill voice of Fairy Godmother.

“Harry Hook!”

“I can’t believe that little wench made us join the… what do you call it, Gil?” Harry grumbled, looking around the field.

“Tourney team?” Gil offered, tying his hair back.

“Yes. Tourney team. Pent up rage she says,” The pirate scoffed, rolling his eyes. “Course we have pent up rage. Life’s no fun without it. Know what I mean?”

“Mhm,” Gil hummed in reply, peeling the shell off of another egg.

“Will you stop eating those foul eggs?” Harry grumbled, fanning the air as if trying to rid it of the rotten smell. “ I don’t care what yer dad told ye, they won’t make ye any stronger. Maybe your gag reflex from breathing in those… what did that doaty science teacher call them…ah! Noxious fumes. Apparently those mess with yer head, ya know?” The pirate paused, looking at his friend, recalling the half an hour it took him to realize the push sign on a door meant push forwards, not upwards.

“It all makes since now…”

“Harry, for the last time you can’t hook Jay without your hook!” Uma barked at the angry pirate. “Well, when my dad was teaching me to fight as a kid he called this certain punch a hook,” Gil offered. “There we go! Then I’ll punch’em!” Harry remarked, leaning against the willow tree the group of pirates were resting under.

“Practice wasn’t that bad,” Gil muttered. “All we did was exercise. Well, until Harry tripped that blond boy for making fun of his eyeliner. I think he broke his nose.”

“And he made me do pushups! Pushups! Have you seen my arms, Lad!? Do you think I need to do pushups!?” Harry exclaimed. “If we were on the Isle I would have ripped his guts out through his mouth,” He growled, eyes darkening to a deep blue.

“Yeah well we aren’t on the Isle!” Uma stated, giving her first mate a stern look. “We have to lay low here until we finish the plan. You were supposed to stop going off the handle. It’s going to draw more attention.”

“It’s not my fault! I din’t want to come here in the first place, Cap! Things are a wee bit too bright and happy for me here! “ Harry shot back as Gil’s jaw dropped. He had never seen Harry talk back to their captain before. He must be more upset about coming here than he let off.

Uma scoffed, rolling her eyes. “Oh, please. You and I both know Y/N is why you agreed to come, whether you act like it or not. “

“Oh really? And what might the reasonin’ behind that be, Cap?” Harry growled, face flushing red.

“Because she’s the only person I’ve seen that makes you squirm like a worm on a hook with the mere mention of her name,” She shot back.

Harry froze, stopping his hands from fidgeting and pulling at his sleeves anxiously, “I do not!”

Minutes later and the two were still at it, both turning red in the face.

“G-guys?” A voice called from above them. They shared a concerned look before tilting their gazes upward, eyes landing on Gil, who was hanging desperately from a tree branch. “Help!”

“When did he-”

“How did he-”

Part 1 / Part 2 / Part 3 / Part 4 / Part 5 / Part 6

“Y/N… Did your father ever tell you where that lullaby is from?” Bucky asked, he could feel the unwanted tears pool in his eyes.

“Mmm, he ne’er told me, why’d y’ask Buck?” You mumbled in your relaxed state.

“Doll… That’s a lullaby only pirates know.”

You were fast asleep before you could hear the words, the hangover hitting you prematurely. Bucky shifted you off of his lap to lay on your side on the king size bed. He admired your sleeping form; hair mussed and fanned against the pillow behind you, lips parted ever so slightly, a light snore coming from your mouth. He chuckled before draping the covers over you and kissing your temple.

As Bucky shifted out of the bedchamber, he made his way to the main deck to Steve, Peggy, Sam and Wanda. Both couples were dancing merrily as Bucky approached them. Judging by his scrunched features, they knew something was amiss.

Psst, guys, I need to to tell you something, like, right now.

They all gathered to the galley, ushering the two men that were situated in there outside.

What’s happened? Is everything alright, James?” Peggy pushed, worried for the man in front of her.

I-I’ve just put Y/N to bed and, er,” Bucky stuttered, not knowing how to wrap his head around the subject, “she requested if she could sing me a lullaby, albeit it was actually her going to sleep, and… the one she sang, it… it was a pirate’s lullaby, thought some of the words were missing I recognized them perfectly. Her father is a governor, she told me herself- she told me her father used to sing it to her when she was a babe, her mother had died during childbirth.”

It took a while for the group to adjust to Bucky’s confession, the thought of you knowing such a rare poem, known only to pirates, shook them.

Steve cleared his throat, “Surely there must be some coincidence? Maybe… Maybe her father heard it from someone whom he was traveling the seas with?” He pondered, and Peggy wrapped her hands around his arm, squeezing him with a smile.

Steve, always the man who had faith in the most unlikely people, even if he didn’t know them.

N-No, I wouldn’t think so. We all know Pirates sing those lullabies to their own kin, they don’t sing them when they’re wandering or in enemy territory, or anywhere off their ships, for that matter. There must be some sort of connection?” Bucky was pacing now, making conspiracies throughout his head and Wanda cleared her throat.

Oh, merciful God… Bucky, you do know who’s been missing for nineteen years, right? He hasn’t been seen by a living soul, he was only known by his pirate name. The Trading Company never caught him because they could never locate him, therefore they never knew what he looked like. My…My father told me-

Oh, don’t say his name. I beg of you.” Bucky cried, everyone’s eyes were on him. The realization and fear was written on all of their faces.

We have to think of a plan, Bucky,” Sam mumbled.

Bucky kicked a lone stool before rubbing his face. “You’re correct, Sam. We need to make a plan tonight, Steve, Peggy,” Bucky looked up at the tall blonde and short brunette, earning two small nods, “what are your thoughts on accompanying us to Singapore?

The Governor stood by the large grandfather clock, the time was 8:46 pm and he was holding his daughter’s pale blue dress in his withering hands. He made his way to the main deck of his ship, where Peter awaited.

Sir, I swear. I haven’t seen her or two weeks. She didn’t say a word to me - like she would have - she would have left a note or a letter or a secret sort of hint. I’ve only just found her dress underneath my bed, a pair of pants and a blouse of mine have gone missing too. She only mentioned once - and this was months ago - that she wanted to go away and never come back. I’m sorry, Sir.” Peter stuttered, his fingers tapping against one another as the crease between his brows deepened. The young man was upset, worried, all the negative emotions rushing towards him full throttle like a tidal wave. He felt heartbroken because you were his best friend- his only friend apart from the mule that shifted the grinds and gears in the blacksmiths.

It’s okay, Peter, you didn’t know,” The man reassured him, patting him on the back. “Why don’t you eat something, boy? I’m sure you’re famished after all the interrogation, help yourself to some fruit and water.

Peter muttered thanks as he plucked an apple from the fruit crate.

I’d like you to accompany me, Peter, I want you to help me find my daughter.

It’d be an honour, Sir.

Let’s hoist the sails then, Mr. Parker.

The sun had risen, the blinding rays blinding your awakening form. You looked at the small clock hung against the wall of the bedchamber and gasped; it was half nine in the morning, you were normally awake by eight.

You looked beside you to find Bucky’s side of the bed empty, the memories of last night’s rendezvous flowing through your head, the dancing the alcohol, the shooting the throwing up, all of it. But there was something missing, you felt, something important.

As you scrambled to get up, a throbbing pain occurred between your eyes.

So this is what it feels like? The effects of the rum from the party had definitely turned your brain into a whirlwind of blood, sending you straight to your knees with a small cry.

You suddenly heard footsteps coming towards the bedchamber, you looked up to see Bucky coming to crouch by your side.

Oh, sweet Jesus, Y/N, are you alright?” Bucky asked, his warm hands coming to lift you up and plop you down on the bed gently.

I-I don’t know, Buck. I just need some water…” You looked up at him. His eyes were surrounded by purple again, a dark shadow. Judging by his clothes, he hadn’t even come to bed last night.

I know that look, doll, what’s wrong?” The tall brunette kneeled in front of you, his hands gently rubbing at your bare thighs.

You didn’t sleep last night, why, Bucky? You know it makes you feel unwell.

Come on, my love, spit it out. Tell me how you’re feeling and what’s on your mind.” You urged, your eyes still squinting because of the harsh rays of sunlight pouring through the small windows. You brought your small hands to run through his dark hair, lightly scratching at his scalp.

You’re going to have to take this in… carefully. Well, last night, you were absolutely smashed, no doubt about it,” You groaned at the words, scared that you did anything embarrassing. “you… You were resting your head on my lap as you were drifting off. You asked if you could sing me a lullaby,” You turned beet-red in embarrassment. “What you sang…fuck…” He rested his forehead on your stomach and breathed deeply.

Oh, someday this chair may be a boat for another pair and you and your baby will sail the sea.” He mumbled the words, the octaves of his voice slightly deeper.

Within this same rocking chair, and as we rock and hum and sing so you will go sailing too,” You continued.

And pirate dreams, with sweep and with swing, will take baby and boat and you.” Bucky looked up at you then, meeting your bright eyes. You felt the tears prick at the corners; your father had always sung that to you when you were small, and at times when you couldn’t sleep as a young adult and the realisation hit you. “Y/N… it’s a pirate’s lullaby.

I-I gathered that from the…the…” Your chest started heaving as the panic hit you. Was your father a pirate? Was he a wanted man? Was his name even his actual name?

Darling, shh, shh, it’s going to be okay. Now, I need you to listen to me, please, Y/N?” Bucky gently grabbed your face in his calloused hands, using his thumbs to wipe away the salty tears smearing your cheeks. “We’ll figure this out, but I’m going to have to ask you some questions- that’s if you don’t mind?” You shook your head.

Bucky crawled onto the bed and ushered you to sit on his lap, facing him. His hands pulled at your waist, egging you into coming closer to him, you obliged and shuffled up, your smooth thighs rubbing against the cord-like fabric of his trousers. You felt one of Bucky’s large hands rub up and down soothingly on your back and you relaxed in his touch.

Now, my love, I’ll probably only have to ask you about three questions.” You hummed in response, tears still slipping from your eyes. “Could you tell me what your father looks like?

You described him as a man with slightly tan skin, wrinkles upon his face, and when he didn’t wear the grey Governor’s wig, he donned a head full of jet black hair which was usually ties back. He sported a dark grey to almost black beard, always trimmed neatly. As you finished your description, Bucky inhaled shakily.

Did he ever mention to you about a ship called ‘The Queen Anne’s Revenge?’”

No, I don’t think he did.” You whispered, playing with the ruffled edge of the collar of his blouse.

There was once a pirate named Blackbeard. 19 years ago…He disappeared off the face of the earth, no one knew where he went, where he is at this very moment.” You furrowed your brow, trying to string things together in your mind. “Rumours spread amongst pirates that the notorious captain had found love in a woman of good fortune, she was a Lady, born not to royalty but to wealth. He wasn’t attracted to her money, but to her soul.” Bucky took a deep breath and continued his explanation. “His ship was the Queen Anne’s Revenge and when he disappeared, she disappeared with him, maybe she lies at the bottom of the ocean, who knows. But I must ask you this, Y/N. What is your father’s name?

Edward. Edward Teach.” You replied.

Bucky felt as if his whole world had jolted to a stop, he felt the colour drain from his face as he heard the name fall from your lips.

Blackbeard, also known as Edward Teach (amongst pirates) was the thing all men feared aside the gallows. Bucky had never met the man, but his father used to tell him stories about the wickedness; how he could use his sword to steer his ship and maim mutineers with a flick of his fingers.

If it wasn’t coincidental, and Blackbeard was your father, everyone surrounding you would be in mortal danger. He wasn’t going to let that happen.

Bucky gently squeezed your hip, “Your father is Blackbeard.

“Is that… a bad thing?

Many people have fallen to his blade, he had no mercy, killed innocent men and women. Some say he was full of dark magic- that his sword was cursed. He attempted to take command of the sea, but failed, that’s when he went missing. Most pirates assumed he had been taken to Davy Jones’ Locker- but they were obviously wrong.” You took a sharp inhale of breath, pulling back to look Bucky dead in the eyes.

He’ll come for us, he’ll find us. My father didn’t really pay much attention to me after I turned 18- he arranged for me to be married to Commodore Zemo but-

Zemo?” Bucky choked, his turquoise eyes wide with shock and his mouth agape.

Yes, Baron Zemo… A weird man, really, do you know him, Bucky?” You questioned, hands still resting lightly on his neck.

Not personally, but we’ve had a few spats during my years sailing the sea. He tried to send me to the gallows once, I’m surprised you never heard.” You winced at the thought of Bucky being hanged. He looked at you then, a hand creeping its way to your face, a soft thumb rubbing your jaw.

He pulled you a bit closer as he placed a soft kiss to your nose. You blushed and giggled as he began to pepper kisses all over your face, the tickling feeling making you forget about the life threatening circumstances for just a few fleeting moments.

I must admit, waking up how I did wasn’t the best way to wake up, neither was the whole ‘your father is blackbeard!’ but, right now, with you? I can get through my day.” You murmured, pressing a tender kiss to Bucky’s lips. Your Bucky.

I’m sorry you had to wake up like that. Y’know, if I could rewind to the day you boarded my ship I wouldn’t have grabbed you by the neck and scared the shit out of you- if I heard what had been going on I would have been way easier on you than I was at the beginning.” Bucky admitted.

My sweet, I wouldn’t have it any different. I’m here now, I’m happier than I was back at Port Royal, I wouldn’t trade it for the most rarest gold on this earth.

Are you sweet talking me, princess?” You chuckled and then your smile faltered.

Er, have Peggy and Steve left?

No, actually, with all the whole… y’know, they’re accompanying us to Singapore.” He grinned as he saw your face light up. You done a double fist to the air and yelped when Bucky’s slender fingers tickled your soft sides, you were a laughing, fidgeting mess and he looked at you with the amount of admiration a smitten husband gives his wife.

You are truly beautiful, Y/N, are you sure you’re not a mermaid?” Bucky chuckled.

I’m not as beautiful as a mermaid, Bucky.

True, you’re way more beautiful.” Bucky began to tickle you again, making you fall backwards onto the large with a thump. Bucky laid by your side and held your hand in his whilst you both stared up at the ceiling.

So… what’s the master plan for today?” You mumbled.

Well, Peggy and Sam are going to teach you how to shoot properly until you can get the hang of it yourself. Steve, Wanda and I are going to inform the crews what is going to happen, or what could happen, hopefully there won’t be any backlash or mass suicide as soon as they hear the word ‘Blackbeard’

The fuck do you mean Y/N’s father is Blackbeard?!” You heard Brock scream. You were on the quarterdeck of the ship with Peggy and Sam, firing a few rounds for practice. You turned back to Sam and he looked at you with a face and he mumbled ‘ignore him, he’s an arrogant piece of shit

Men! Listen to me!” Bucky yelled, clearly irritated at the hustling and bustling of worried and angered voices. “This has all happened so suddenly. Y/N didn’t know until I had to confirm it for her. She is just as shaken as we are!

The rest of what he said was white noise as you tried to focus on shooting. The small blasts in front of you the only thing you could really hear.

Later that night, you had a small moment of despair and anxiety. Your father was Blackbeard. Your father was a murderer, a fugitive.

As you leaned against the railing of Bucky’s ship, you looked up at the stars. As a little girl, your father told you that your mother was up there somewhere, always looking down on you. But now you didn’t know what to believe, first your father not informing you about who and what he was, what if your mother was still alive?

You felt a stray tear slip down your cheek, you hastily wiped it away as you heard heavy footsteps approach you.

No need for tears.” The voice was gruff, and you instantly recognized it from earlier; Brock Rumlow.

B-Brock, er, what are you doing out here? I thought you’d be sleeping…

No time to sleep when Blackbeard has resurfaced.” He snapped, and you suddenly saw him flinch. You felt a cold blade being held against your neck as he pressed his front onto your back, squishing you between his tall body and the hard wood of the ship.

W-What are you-” You stopped speaking as the blade was pressed harder against your neck.

Now you listen to me, princess. I don’t care if you’re the Captain’s little slut, I will slice your fucking throat open, let you drain and then dump your body in the ocean for your dear father to find, after me and my friend Alexander have had a little bit of fun with you,” You could feel the pulsing behind your eyes and the burning in your throat as you struggled to keep the pained cries from slipping out. The words coming from his mouth were vile like nothing you heard before, you were disgusted and felt the familiar sensation of vomit rise in your throat. “I’m not risking Blackbeard’s blade again,Again? So this is a grudge. “and I know for a fact he will find all of us, probably massacre us all just to get his precious little daughter back.

By then you were shaking like a leaf, you weren’t going to get out of this.

Give me one good reason I shouldn’t shoot your fuckin’ nasty piece of shit head off your neck right now.” Sam’s thick accent growled. Thank goodness, you were saved. You were stupid enough to come out here unarmed.

As Brock turned his head, holding you still underneath his bulging arm, he heard a whirring surrounding his ears and red wisps of light swirled around his head and neck.

You move that blade one inch and I will crush the bones in your neck to dust, then I will gladly watch you suffer.” Wanda. It was two against one, but you were still at a disadvantage; unarmed with the sharp metal still held against the soft skin of your neck, right on top of the hard cartilage. Your life was in this bastard’s hands, literally.

Before you could think, a loud bang came from behind you, the sound of curdling blood strong in your ears and you felt the sticky texture of it and human tissue splatter against your skin. You felt the burly man’s body fall limp, the blade falling from his then clenched fist.

You whipped around on your heel to see Bucky holding a rifle, the face he held was murderous and his eyes looked almost black in the dim light, it was almost as if he didn’t look like himself.

Sam, fetch me Pierce, please.” Bucky’s voice was deeper than usual, yes, his voice would drop a few octaves when he was angry, but this was a whole other level.

Your world had stopped. Your hair and skin was stained with the blood of a man you had never provoked, you were a statue, stuck, unwilling to move, the stench of iron in your lungs.

And then everything was black.

My parents and One Piece

You know I’ve been a One Piece fan for many many years now much and unfortunately my parents weren’t spared of my hype XD

So what exactly do my parents know about this series according to the few things they heard and saw?

Quotes from my parents and what they think about One Piece + other stuff :

● It’s a hentai (the first thing they ever saw from the One Piece Anime was the Boa Hancock and Luffy bathroom scene)
● ”Who are those kids? I thought this is a series about pirates.”
● The Straw Heads (in German my dad calls them “die Strohkopf Bande”)
● Pretty much everyone on the ship is gay (“Yes Mom, the blonde and the green haired guy love each other very very much.”)
Chopper has a duck as pet (till today I don’t know why my Mom is convinced about that)
“No Mom, that’s Naruto.”
The German character voices are so bad, especially when they scream their attacks (My Dad makes always fun of it that he sometimes says “GUM GUM PISTOL!” and laughs while he sees me cringing)
“Is that Pinocchio?” Me:”The sexy version.”
● Sanji is a transvestite
● Zoro aka Mr.Two-swords-weren’t-enought
● Luffy aka Why-the-hell-is-the-cabinboy-the-captain
● Nami the prostitute
(”I told you it’s a hentai.”)

Mom: “When will you stop with that One Piece stuff?”
Me:”When it’s over.”
Mom: “Will it end soon?”
Me:”Ahahahahahahah. Good one.”

Time Out--Gil x Reader

Okay, this is another random idea of mine and I love Gil to death so here we go!

Just a heads up, I have used some bits and pieces of the latest novel of the Descendants series, cause I thought it would make this imagine a little more interesting.

Disclaimer-I don’t own any of the Descendants characters all credit goes to the creators and producers of Disney Descendants.

Summary-After Gil is kicked out of Ursula’s Fish and Chips shop, yet again, you decide that it’s about time he had some company on his time out.

Warnings- Emotional roller coaster, and a little fluff

(This gif belongs to me)

“Gil,” you woke, calling out to your boyfriend. You sat up, wiping the sleep out of your eyes, and stretching your arms and back. You were always up before him, since he loved to sleep in late, which you never minded, he was so adorable when he slept.

Every morning, you’d wake up to the sound of snoring, which always made you giggle. Gil’s arms hold you tight around your waist, and you feel the warmth of his body pressed against yours. His hair, when he took it out of his hair tie, would be a wild, blonde mess, spread out across the pillow, and every time he woke up to your E/C eyes, he smiled, and hugged you tighter, peppering your face with kisses until you had to push him off. But, he was twice your size, so he’d just laugh at your failing attempts.

But this morning was different, cause Gil was nowhere to be seen. His side of the bed was empty, with only messed up sheets to prove he was even there. You were about to panic, until the faint shouts and hollers from downstairs helped you figure it out.

He was with the crew.

You got out of bed, brushing your teeth and pulling up your H/C hair, putting on your ripped pants, with one of Gil’s jackets over a dusty undershirt. Your boots were fastened on in a rush as you stepped into the restaurant beneath your room.

As you expected, all of Uma’s crew was cheering over the captain herself, probably over some speech she made about disposing Mal and ruling Auradon and blah blah blah.

You checked through the many faces of scruffy pirates, roughed-up waiters, and depressing customers, but there was still no sign of the blonde that was the son of Gaston. Now you were extremely concerned.

Gil was one of, if not the most, loyal pirate on Uma’s crew, apart from Harry, the captain kiss up. Though he wasn’t the smartest one of the bunch, Gil was always on time for meetings, training, and any other crew duties Uma had him do. You loved how much effort he put into this crew just to prove how much he wanted to be a part of it. You loved his perseverance, and was always in your shared room to welcome him back with open arms after a long, hard day of swashbuckling.

You saw Harry leaning over the counter, staring at the TV screen, watching the new royal couple, Mal and Ben, feeding each other chocolate covered strawberries. If looks could kill, the TV would have burst into flames at the lasers he was shooting at it. Then he was joined by Uma, and threw a fish stick at the screen, seeing her smile at her first mate with pride. Typical.

You walked over to the two, interrupting their conversation to pull Uma’s attention to you instead.

“Where’s Gil?” you demanded.

“Well good morning to ya too, Y/N,” Harry smiled, biting the top of a fry hanging off the tip of his hook.

“Not now, Harry,” you scolded,

“I’ll ask again, where is he?”

“He’s outside,” Uma smirked.

“Why is he outside?” you questioned the crazy sea witch and the psychotic pirate that stood before you.

“He’s on a time out,” Harry snickered.

“A time out? What is this, Auradon Prep!” You stomped towards the doors, fuming at the stupidity of this crew. You were ready to grab your, probably very confused, boyfriend, and pull him back into the shop, where he should be. However, your plan was stopped by Harry, his hook stabbing into the crooked saloon doors before you could pushed through.

“I’m afraid ye can’t do that, little lassie. The lad needs time to learn to watch his words when talking ‘bout the captain.” He stroked his finger along your jaw. “Is that Gil’s jacket? My ye look rather fetching in his clothes. Wonder what you’d look like in mine.”

You smacked his hand away, earning a light chuckle from him, as he escorted you back to the counter. You took a seat nonetheless, and ordered something to eat. Glancing at the doors, you wondered what he could possibly be doing. Just sitting there, chewing on his nails, a disappointed puppy dog look on his face, as he watched everyone walk by. You felt terrible for him. You wanted to be out there and comfort him, but you couldn’t, cause you weren’t allowed outside.

Harry was watching the TV again, this time showing Mal surrounded by a ton of interviewers, looking very uncomfortable as she was questioned by all of them at once. Harry continued to frown at the screen in fury, but with a little more ease than the last time.

He had it bad!

“So how long you had a thing for Mal, Hook,” you asked.

The entire place went dead silent, all eyes on the girl who just asked the most unforgivable question known to mankind.

“Excuse me?” Hook turned to you, his death glare radiating onto you like heat from a fire.

“Oh nothing, it’s just, every time Mal and Ben are on the TV, you look as if you want to smash the poor thing. But when it’s just Mal, you still want to smash it, just not as much as you want to when Ben’s on it.”

Harry eyes went wide, his heaving chest matching the quick breaths he made. You wanted to pat yourself on the back for making him act with such rage, but you just flashed him a grin as you munched on a fish stick with glee.

With a deep breath, Harry pointed his hook towards you, and spoke in a low voice, “Ye lucky your Gil’s lass, or else you’d be very sorry ye said anything like that.”

“Oh I’m sorry,” you replied, “did I bring up a personal topic? Cause I’m sensing a bit of, oh I don’t know, jealousy maybe? Jealousy of a certain king by the name of Ben, perhaps?”

“Why you little..”

“Give it a rest, Harry,” Uma spoke, emerging from the kitchen. “She’s just trying to get a rise out of you. You’re only giving her what she wants.”

“Fine,’” Harry said, returning to his plate, defeat sketched on his defined features.

“Aw, look at you, being the good little first mate. Always listening to your captain. Speaking of the captain, Uma,” you waved. She turned her head to you, everyone now waiting to see what it was you had to say this time. You snuffed out your giggle as you asked, “how long, exactly, did it take you get that shrimp Mal dumped on you out of your hair, again?”

“OUT!” Harry cried, shoving you out the shop with a hard pushed.

You laughed, and ever so innocently asked, “What? Did I do something wrong?” Harry only scowled at you, closing the doors behind him.

You shook your head, chuckling at how sensitive they could be over the most silliest things. You dusted yourself off, straightening your jacket, as you saw him sitting a step all by himself.

You couldn’t help but smile. After all that time, he was still there, sitting patiently until someone came back outside to tell him Uma was over whatever he did and tell him he was allowed back inside. His back was to you, watching the world around him, still not noticing you there.

You knelt down behind him, and covered his eyes with your hands.

“Hey!” he said, trying to get your hands off his eyes. “Who is that? Stop it!”

You giggled, keeping your hands in their place. Placing a kiss on his cheek, you whispered in his ear, “Guess who?”

He knew it was you, but he wanted to play along with your little game. “Hm, I don’t know. Can’t be Harry, and it’s definitely not Uma. Is it Dizzy?”

You laughed at his guess, removing your hands, and letting his eyes adjust to the light.

“Oh, it’s my beautiful girlfriend!” He smiled, pulling you onto his lap, wrapping his arms around your waist, and your around his neck. You smiled, your foreheads resting against each others, soaking up everything about this boy you loved so much.

You chuckled for a bit, seeing his confused face as you did.

“What’s so funny?” He smirked at you, drawing small circle on your sides as you played with the ends of his hair.

“Oh nothing,” you smiled.

“Come on, tell me,” he insisted, pleading like a little child to his parent about what they got him for Christmas.

“Alright, if I must.”

You told him all of what happened, from when you woke up to when you were thrown out. He laughed at most parts, and was a little concerned when you brought up the part about Harry tossing you out the restaurant. You grinned as you assured him that you were okay while he checked for any damage on your person that Harry may have caused. Gil told how lucky that pirate was, cause if he did anything, than Gil was gonna teach Harry not to mess with his girl, personally. You admired his determination, but promised him you were fine, and that nothing was broken or bruised.

Once he finally believed you, he smiled at you, and traced his thumb over your cheek, grinning more at the slight blush that arose as he did so.

“I’m sorry I wasn’t with you when you woke up,” he said. “I didn’t want to wake you.”

“It’s okay, you have nothing to apologize for,” you smiled, still playing with his hair. He caressed both your cheeks with his hands, gazing into your E/C eyes as his drank up the sight of you before him.

“How did I ever get so lucky?” He asked, more to himself than to you.

“I think the same thing everyday.”

And with that, you pulled him into you, capturing his lips for the first time that morning. You tighten your arms around his neck, as he grasped your sides with a little more force. One of his hands rested on the back of your neck, his signal that he wanted to deepen the kiss. You didn’t object. He groaned slightly as you released his hair from its hair tie, and tugged on it. But he wasn’t gonna let you get away with that so easily. He moved to your neck, making you sigh in content as slowly traveled down to your sensitive spot, right where your collarbone and neck connected.

As much as you wanted to continue your little session, you remembered that you were in public, and that you highly doubted that those of the Isle wanted to see the display of affection the two of you were putting on.

Against your wishes, you lifted Gil from his current mission, and just looked in his brown eyes. You were both panting, and beaming at each other like two love sick teenagers. Then again, that’s what you were.

After you kissed him quickly once more, you asked him the one question you were most curious about. “What, exactly, did you do that got you kicked out?”

He shook his head with a small smile, before answering, “It was stupid, really, just a silly mistake.”

You lifted your brow, as if saying, “okay, what was it?”

He just kept smiling, but replied, “I accidentally called Uma shrimpy.”

“That’s it?” Anger started to boil up inside you. “Who does she think she is! She can’t just kick you out just you called her something as petty as shrimpy!” As you started to get up to yank the blue dreads of Uma’s pretty little head, Gil held you down by your thighs, preventing you from doing something far worse than damage you already caused. You shot him a look that screamed, “Let me go so I can pound that sea witch!” But he didn’t, he kept you in place. Before you could go on and on about how pathetic Uma could be, he shushed you with a kiss, which you gladly returned, no questions asked. Then Gil pulled you into a hug, whispering sweet nothings to you as you began to regain yourself. When you pulled apart, he looked at you and you nodded, letting him know you were okay.

“I just,” you stated, “I just hate how they treat you, they act like you’re a clueless dummy who always screws up. And you’re not! You’re the hardest working member in that crew! Even more than that hook handed pig head!” He just smiled back at you, holding your hands in his, tracing your knuckles with his thumbs.

“Y/N, I’m fine. It’s how it’s always been and I’m still living, ain’t I?”

“I still don’t think it’s right.”

“It may not be, but it’s how it is,” he said, curling his fingers between yours, admiring how small yours was to his. “One day, Y/N, we’ll have our own life, together. No more pirates, no more Uma, and no more Isle. Just you, me, and our own happily ever after.”

“You know those don’t exist for people like us,” you said, reminding him of of the fact that you were the villains, not the heroes.

“You never know. Maybe one day, we’ll get our lucky chance.” You smiled at him, kissing his forehead and letting him rest his head against your chest. You sighed at the thought of the two of you, living together without a care in the world. Just you and him off on some deserted island or in a castle of your own. The whole idea of running away from this reality to make your own with Gil made your heart flutter at the thought.

If only we had the chance, you thought.

I’d Love To Get To Know You - Gil x Reader

Requested: Hi, is it ok if you can do a gil x reader ? Where the reader is Ben’s older sister but is quieter (bookworm like belle) and gil meets her but he’s afraid to confess his feelings because he thinks she doesn’t like her bc his father is gaston? (Sorry if this sounds complicated)

A/N This is my first time writing about someone else besides Harry and I’m supper excited so enjoy (: A big thank you to @majestic-squad for the amazing request.

“Are you going to the library again?” Ben asked you while staring down at the book you currently had in your hand. Yes King Ben of Auradon was your annoyingly sweet big brother. You two were a duo you loved Ben with all your heart and he too protected you from any harm. “Uh yea I’m trying to read all the books in the Library like mom and dad did when they were , ya know, locked in the castle” you shrugged. Ben laughed and shook his head “you are quite a book worm. Oh before you go you don’t mind if I use your picnic basket for mine and Mal’s date?” Ben asked hopeful. You nodded “just don’t ruin it mom gave that to me” Ben gave you a quick hug and disappeared into the halls.

Being the princess of Auradon had its ups and downs. You were a very quiet girl but you loved books like your mom. Recently your brother invited Villains to Auradon and you didn’t mind because you got along with Mal and Evie. As for Carlos and Jay they were still getting used to you being so quiet but they make it work. You loved all 4 of them with all your heart.

You made your way to the library. Dropping off your old books and walking past shelves of any over books you haven’t had the chance to read. You turned the corner and spotted a blond haired boy dressed like a pirate looking quite lost and confused. You wanted to help him but you knew he was Villain. “Common Y/N if Ben can have the courage to help even Villains you can too.” You whispered to yourself quietly. You got the courage to help him. You walked straight down with many thought running through your head. “Hi, c-can I help you?” You asked nervous. The blonde boy looked up at you. You have admit he was quite good looking. He didn’t look evil he looked really nice. “Uh yes I can’t pick out a book” he stated truly confused. You giggled lightly “I’m Y/N” you asked holding your hand out. “I’m Gil” he said shaking your hand. When your hands touched you felt a tiny spark. You quickly pulled away but smiled with tiny blush appearing on your cheeks. “I’ll help you find the perfect book” you smiled.

You spend hours in the library with Gil. You realized that Gil wasn’t the brightest at reading so you decided to help him out. To your surprise he was a very fast learner. “Your really pretty” said Gil almost hypnotized until he quickly snap outta it “I mean your pretty good at teaching me how to read” he nervously laughed. You giggled at his words “Why thank you Gil.” You saw another pirate approaching you and Gil except this one didn’t look much friendly and was dressed in red with black eyeliner around his eyes. “Gil where have you been me and Uma have been looking everywhere for you” “Calm down Harry Y/N here was teaching me how to read a book” he pointed out towards you. “You do know she’s King Adam’s daughter right?” Harry questioned Gil in an angry tone. You were confused. Why did that matter to them weather you were King Adam’s daughter. Gil looked at you wide eyed. “I gotta go” he quickly turned and walked away. “Sorry lass but if you’ve haven’t caught on that’s Gaston’s son and by the way he was looking at you I think he might’ve taken a liking in you” Harry nodded Gil’s way. “Gaston? As in the one who tried to kill my dad and wanted to marry my mom?” You gulped. Harry nodded “Just go easy on him he’s not the brightest but he is a good person.” “Yea I can tell” you said getting up and walking outta the library

You headed off to lunch thinking about Gil. Maybe you develop a tiny crush for him. There was something about him. Like he was so sweet and caring , yes he was clueless at times, but he was so gentle. You grabbed your lunch and debated weather to sit down by Ben and the gang or under a shady tree. You never really paid much attention to them because your nose was always stuck in a book. So you decided to go with the shady tree. You sat down pulling out your book and slowly eating the neatly cut apple slices your mom had packed for you. “Common mate just ask her out how we rehearsed” you heard again the Scottish accent coming from a far. You looked up to see a Harry Hook pushing Gil towards you with a tinny flower in his hand. The same flower that was planted by the ‘Don’t Pick Me Sign’. Villains really don’t play by the rules do they? “H-hey Y/N do u mind if I join you” Gil asked politely as he handed you the flower. You smiled and nodded taking the flower in your hand “sure I’d love that.” Gil blushed but took a seat next to you. “This Cotillion thing is coming up and I never really been to one” spoke Gil  nervously. “Well it’s a dance where my brother chooses his lady of the court and since Uma kinda ruined that last year we decided to have it again this year.” You explained. Gil nodded “did u have a date last year?” “Yes it was Chad but let me tell you that he ditched me to help Audrey fix a flat tire 6 hours away” you rolled your eyes “I ended up not having a dance partner so I left home early that night.” Gil frowned “W-well anyone would be lucky enough to have you as a partner.” You blushed and smiled. Gil quickly caught on to what he said. “Y/N I’m sorry I didn’t mean it like that well I mean I did but you know what I me-” you cut him off by planting a quick kiss on his cheek. Gil almost immediately stopped talking and blushed. You giggled as you heard the bell ring signaling that you had class. “Can I walk you to class?” asked Gil. You smiled and nodded.

“So I was thinking maybe you could be my date to Cotillion” Gil asked nervously. No one has really ever asked you to be their date since Ben basically made Chad take you to Cotillion. “Sure.” You smiled at Gil and his face lit up. “I thought u wouldn’t like me because my father is Gaston I was really nervous because I’d really love to get to know you better.” said Gil nervously scratching the back of his neck as you two walked to your next class. “I’d really love to get to know you too.” You smiled and got on you tippy toes and gently peck Gil on the lips. “Pick me up at 7:00 and remember my dress is yellow” you blushed leaving Gil in the hallway completely love struck as you walked into class.

A/N I really hope you enjoyed this little Gil imagine. It was super fun writing and remember request are open (: (Also super sorry for the few spelling errors)

It had been months since (Y/N) arrived in Auradon , her best friend Evie arranged for her to come as fast as possible, along with Dizzy and some other children.

The girl liked the new surroundings, most of the people were nice to her, except some girls who would still call her ‘witch’ , of course she didn’t really mind , that’s what she was after all. Her mother’s daughter and her mother was known as the wicked witch of the west.

(Y/N) tried to fit in, even if from time to time she would still use magic to make her life easier; she didn’t want to just give up on who she was - she still loved her powers and the things she could. Also, she knew she wasn’t wicked like her mother, of course she might be a little mean sometimes, but nothing worse than that.

Even if everything seemed perfect - being in a better place, receiving love and support , plus being with your best friend, (Y/N) still felt a pain in her chest ever since she left the isle.

“ Evie?” (Y/N) sighed , looking across the room to her blue haired friend

“ You wanna talk about Harry again?”

(Y/N) smiled sadly, “ Is that so obvious?”

Evie tugged a piece of hair behind her ear, smiling softly, her eyes meeting (Y/N)’s , “ Since you came, you’ve told me all of the stories about the two of you and everything you see, you go like ’ this would be something Harry could like’ or ’ this would look good on Harry’ , so I assume it’s pretty obvious.”

(Y/N) let a soft chuckle escape her mouth, “ Yeah, I know you’re right, E, but -” the girl sighed deeply, “ - but I guess he was always my everything; my mother died when I was ten years old and ever since then Harry stood by me.”

Evie grabbed her friends hand, tracing soft lines along it, “ Have you ever thought maybe you love him?”

(Y/N) put her hand on Evie’s and her head on the blue haired girl’s shoulder, “ I know I love him, E. I always knew, but he doesn’t. ”

“ Have you considered telling him? He’s not the brightest. ”

(Y/N) frowned, “ I’m pretty sure he’s in love with Uma, he never looked at me the way he looks at her.”

Evie knew what her friend meant, Harry practically worshiped Uma and everything she did , but somehow it was hard for the Evil Queen’s daughter to believe he didn’t love (Y/N).

“ What if he’s just scared ?” Evie asked

(Y/N) rose an eyebrow, confused, “ Scared of what?”

“ Of not knowing how to deal with what he feels. Harry knew you before he met Uma, am I right ?” (Y/N) nodded, “ You were always there for him, since you two were ten years old, then from what I know, you and I started to hang out because my mother was a friend of yours, so when your mother, Zelena, died mom took you in , I remember that. ”

“ Me too, we started to be like sisters basically,” (Y/N) smiled, “ but what does that have to do with Harry ?”

“ How much time you’ve spent with him after that? ”

(Y/N) frowned, she couldn’t remember. The girl knew she met Harry on the day her mother died, he was the first to cheer her up - he took her at his special place then, a hidden cave where blue-neon butterflies lived happily and they shortly became (Y/N)’s favorite thing on the isle.

(Y/N) had only one more relative alive, her aunt, but the witch kicked her out, so meanwhile everyone thought she had a home - she was really on the streets.

Harry let her live with him, in his hideout place, but three years later (Y/N) went to live at the Evil Queen’s Castle, since she found out that the poor girl wasn’t really living with her aunt. And Evie’s mother really liked (Y/N) so the girl had every reason to go and live there.

After that, the girl could meet Harry only if she would sneak out. (Y/N) knew that it wouldn’t last forever, so at one point she didn’t try anymore to go and meet him, then Evie’s friends accepted her in their group and she started to forget about the pirate boy who helped her in the first three years when she was left alone.

“ I stopped seeing him. That’s when he met Uma,” (Y/N) spoke sadly , “ So this is all my fault, then.”

“ Only you can fix things between the two of you now, ” Evie smiled, “ Go see him. ”

“ What? Like going back to the isle? Evie you know I can’t do that, plus he is with Uma now, what could I change ?”

“ At least you’d try, (Y/N) ; if he doesn’t love you or care about you then he’s a bigger idiot that I thought he already was,” Evie laughed, “ You are gorgeous, smart and badass. He has to be a complete loser not to see it. ”

“ Thank you Evie, you always know what to say, I love you. ”

“ That’s great, because I love you too, ” she chuckled, “ Now let’s go and get your pirate back!”

At first it seemed like a good idea to go back to the isle, find Harry, tell him how you feel and ask if he wants to come back to Auradon with her, but now (Y/N) was shacking as she got out from the limo and put her feet on the ground.

“ You’ve got this, (Y/N). You really did,” Evie reassured her , “ Yeah, (Y/N) , you can to this, you’re a total badass ,” Jay said joining them.

“ Thank you guys, but I’m really not that sure, I -”

“ Don’t worry,” Evie interrupted, “ We come with you to the chip shop, I have to tell Uma and Gil that they are welcome to join us as well.”

“ Yeah, and while we talk with them, you can go and talk with Harry,” Jay suggested

“Thank you guys, for doing this with me,” (Y/N) smiled; Evie wouldn’t let her friend alone and Jay was the one who could drive, plus he wouldn’t let his princess , Evie, and best friend, (Y/N), to come back alone.

“ No problem, now let’s go, no more waisting time,” Evie laughed grabbing (Y/N)’s hand and dragging her through the tunnels until they arrived at Ursula’s chip shop.

The trio entered the shop , (Y/N) looking around for Harry, while Evie and Jay went straight to Uma to tell her the news.

(Y/N) couldn’t find anywhere her pirate dressed in red leather, so her facial expression turned from anxious to sad in a matter of seconds, “ Harry’s on the ship,” Gil whispered in her ear.

The girl turned around and thanked her friend and walked out, running she arrived on the docks and started to look for Harry. He was, as Gil said, on the ship. But he wasn’t alone.

(Y/N)’s vision started to blur as tears escaped from her eyes. She turned on her heels and ran away from there. Ran as fast as she could.

“ Where’s (Y/N)? ” Evie asked Gil as she finished talking with Uma whom agreed that she and her friends would come to Auradon.

“ She went to talk with Harry, on the ship, ” the blonde guy smiled cheerfully

“ Thanks, and go get your stuff, we leave in one hour,” she informed Gil as Jay took her hand and leaded her outside. They saw Harry approaching the shop, but no sign of (Y/N).

“ Well, well , well, looks who’s here again,” he smirked

“ Cut the crap, Harry,” Jay hissed, “ where’s (Y/N) ?”

Harry’s smirk faded at the sound of (Y/N)’s name. The pirate frowned, what did the former thief mean ? Was she here, on the isle? Why?

“ In Auradon, isn’t she ?”

“ Gil told us she came to talk with you half an hour ago, jackass. ” Jay replied

“ That’s not possible, half an hour ago I was on the ship making out with Elyssa-”

“ Oh, crap,” Evie sighed, “ She must’ve saw you and left. Great. ” the girl said angrily

“ Why would she leave ?”

Evie rose her eyebrows and stared at the pirate, she didn’t believe when (Y/N) told her he was really unaware of what love looked like and the blue haired girl got angry, not thinking before she yelled at him,“ Because she loves you, that’s why!”

Jay and Harry both stared in shock at the affirmation, “ Oh jeez, she was supposted to tell you, not me,” Evie said, realizing the secret she just spilled.

“ I…I…I have to go,” Harry babbled

Evie tried to stop him, but he was already out of their sight, “ Great, now we lost him too.”

(Y/N) stared at the butterflies around her, the cave was just how she remebered it - with the butterflies and shiny rocks, plus with the fort Harry and her made back when they were younger.

“ I wish you were here, Harry,” (Y/N) said slowly, “ So I could tell you that, this ‘life thing’ is meaningless without you,”

From behind her, (Y/N) heard someone coughing, she turned around to be face to face with her pirate, “H-harry. ”

“ I didn’t know you came back,” he whispered

(Y/N) stood up, “ You were kind of busy,” she said venomously

“ Jealous ? ” he smirked, “ You wish,” the girl rolled her eyes

Harry wanted so bad to tell her that he knew, he finally knew that she loved him. But he also wanted her to tell him herself, Harry didn’t know how much could he wait.

“ What are you doing here, (Y/N)? Why did you come back ? ”

“ Because…” (Y/N)’s sentence faded as her eyes met his blue ones, “ I can’t do this without you,”

Harry blinked a few times before (Y/N) had continued, “ I can’t stay in Auradon without you, I can’t know how to live without you, Harry. ”

“ You managed three years without me, didn’t you? You had Evie, you still do. ”

“ You had Uma, you still do,” she mocked him

Harry groaned, moving closer to (Y/N) and cupping her face with his hands, he got tired of waiting, “ I know you love me, Evie can’t keep a secret when she’s angry,” he said, slamming his lips against hers, kissing her fiercely, “ And I love you too, love, you’re my rock,” he said when he finally pulled away.
