I have so many things I’m behind in.

I haven’t touched my AO3 account in like a month and feel terrible.

I have mountains of artwork that I can’t be arsed to finish because a lot of it is so old.

I seriously have stuff I need to actually to around this place period that I can’t bring myself to do.

My name is Jess and I’m a disaster sdfafasfASdfasfaf

apparently everywhere else in the country: [has summer thunderstorms]

me, a californian: why is there MIST in JUNE…… what the FUCK is that CLOUD doing in the sky,

Well this is not happy weather. It started getting overcast just as I started walking earlier. When I got home I needed to ice my ankle first. And now its overcast more and theres what looks like rain coming so I guess no biking today. Probably for the best, that walking took it out of me and Ineed a day of rest on my ankle…

I will however most certainly be riding Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And I hope to carry my LomoInstant Automat Glass with me and ride further but stop a few times to shoot. I want to get some shots of the volley ballers, and maybe some of the people biking etc. PLus that founding I stop at is always a good photo op.

I had several strudel over my burned calories. Sad face. i wonder how many calories Kava has? At least tonight I can have a nice sandwich and chips for dinner. On good bread too.

clexa modern au: college clexa the morning after their first night together, its peaceful, raining outside. there's a cat, you fill in the rest.

When Lexa wakes up, there’s no sun filtering in through the blinds. Instead, there’s the pitter patter of rain hitting the window and the faraway sound of thunder in the distance.

And there’s arms around her waist and hair tickling the blades of her shoulder. Lexa can’t stop the grin from stretching across her face. Causing as little disturbance as possible to the sleeping girl behind her, Lexa shifts so she’s facing Clarke. Clarke’s brow is furrowed though her eyes are still clenched tightly shut. Lexa leans in, pressing her lips softly against Clarke’s cheek. “Wake up,” she whispers and Clarke shifts, She grumbles something unintelligible and Lexa laughs to herself. God, how’d she get so fucking lucky?

Lexa gently kisses her other cheek and finally, her eyes flutter open. Blue meets green and the rest of the world goes grey. Clarke’s face melts into a soft smile. “Good morning,” she whispers, her voice hoarse with sleep. Lexa smiles.

“It is,” she murmurs. She moves in closer to Clarke, skin pressed to skin. There isn’t much space on the bed but Lexa’s almost grateful for it. Any excuse to cuddle up against Clarke’s chest. They go quiet for a few moments, Lexa’s ears tuned into the pattern of the rain hitting the window. It almost matches the beating of Clarke’s heart. Almost. Clarke’s fingers are drifting up and down her arm, over her tattoos, and Lexa feels an overwhelming sense of comfort she’s never experienced before.
