Shinjuku ward in Tokyo hosts the world’s busiest railway station handling more than 3.5 million commuters everyday. The station is a maze that comes as close as you can get to the Tower of Babel.

Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) as seen from downtown, Hessen, Central Germany. Frankfurt/Main Hbf is the busiest railway station in Germany. With about 450,000 passengers per day, it’s the most frequented railway station in Germany (together with Hamburg Hauptbahnhof) and one of the most frequented in Europe. Daily trains: 342 long distance, 290 regional, 1100 S-Bahn (metro).
