bury-me-in-texas

Things I learned today: In Texas and in Pennsylvania, it’s perfectly normal to call a hot dog a “Texas wiener” without anyone looking at you funny. It’s just what people call it. The fact that a “Texas wiener” is a hot dog with chili and/or hot sauce – which technically makes it a big, hot, meaty wiener – isn’t helping me not laugh like a dumb ass hole at my desk. “Texas wiener.” Can a friend with Texan blood (either @gtpomella or @wickedbladez) please confirm that this is a truth? I feel like an idiot. Also, I feel like I’m 10 years old. That’s because I probably am. “Texas wiener.” Bury me.
