Color of the Week: Deep Garnet

Intense, sophisticated and a shade pulled straight from the runway. Glidden’s Deep Garnet is a chic color that is meant to stand-out in a bedroom, living room or dining room. Not quite maroon, burgundy or merlot, it’s a beautiful shade of garnet mixed with a bit of black. It pairs well wtih hues like gray, black, bright purple, blue, gold and brown. Deep Garnet is a mix of mystery and power and the gallery of beautiful inspiration above showcases all the reasons why its worthy of being one of our favorites for your home.

An anon requested that I show some of my Pleasantview house make overs, and since the Goth Manor is the one that is most finished, I’ll start there. The backyard and the master bedroom is still being redecorated by Dina, so they’re not shown here. The burgundy, flowery bedroom is Cassandra’s former bedroom and the blue one is Alexander’s.
