bug character

I’m not sure how, but Andromeda is getting more buggy the more I play it…

Anyone else on PC experience a super fucking annoying bug where sometimes it skips your ability to select a dialogue choice?  Been a bunch of times when the dialogue options are supposed to show up, but they’re there for half a second and then the game just fucking picks one for me or something because then my Ryder continues on as if I had made a choice, even when I didn’t click anything.  I mean at least the times it’s happened so far aren’t in super-important dialogue moments, but seriously what the fuck and how am I supposed to stop that from happening??

Multiplayer was also the buggiest I’ve ever seen so far last night. Constantly getting disconnected (not my internet), getting this weird bug where my MP character doesn’t show up in the team line-up and I can’t ready-up, and then later I do see my character and readying up still doesn’t do anything.  Not to mention random crashes to desktop and losing my MP progress (this shit always seems to happen when I’ve gotten to wave 5 or 6)… why can’t it let me attempt to rejoin the game I was in…

And of course still a bunch of rubber-banding lag in matches… not sure if it’s the MP itself for that, or if it’s the host’s potato internet.  My internet’s at 100 Mbps so there’s no way it’s that.

All in all, these bugs combined are annoying the shit out of me.

I wonder if Lance struggles with regretting sneaking out that night Shiro crashed on Earth because if he didn’t he wouldn’t be stuck in space fighting a war for the rest of his life.

I wonder if he gets upset at himself for feeling that way. He /knows/ that it was a good thing that he did what he did, so it’s selfish for him to regret it. But he still can’t help but feel that way sometimes, because he probably will never see Earth or his family again because of his own actions.

one thing I noticed about civil war was this cut where they were all suddenly dressed in their suits so i can only assume

I’ve always had a lot of respect for you, kid.”

A little idea I’ve had for a while. After the last Animaniacs production wrapped up, the Warner siblings get removed from the lot once the eldest sibling becomes an adult. Yakko meets up with Bugs, a colleague he’d known for years, while waiting for Wakko and Dot to get dropped off from school. Real-life issues and whatnot.

Sorry for some panels looking so much better than others. I never intended to get the whole thing nice and polished.

I think the scene between Lance and Keith about a thousand plus ten makes more sense if you look at it as through the ADHD!Lance lens. It seemed a bit off to me that Lance would say “that’s like a thousand plus ten” because he goes to a space academy founded to train and educate astronauts; multiplication seems like a basic necessity. It might have been a little mistake on his part, but it still wouldn’t really account for his negative reaction when Keith corrected him, and thinking about it, if you rewatch this scene with the thought that Lance does or might have ADHD, his being upset makes a little more sense.

I’m willing to bet Lance shows symptoms of blurting, and when some people blurt, they often mix up words or thoughts. For me personally, mix-ups happen when I have multiple ideas at once, and I say them as quickly as possible so that they aren’t forgotten. It’s very easy for me to understand why Lance would have said plus instead of times if he was blurting.

That being said, Lance clearly does not appreciate Keith correcting him and brushes him off entirely. This might be a defense mechanism. I’m 99.99% certain Lance knows 1,000 times 10 is 10,000, and in him trying not to look as if he didn’t know this, he reacted badly to the situation by calling Keith a dropout. And considering how many people took this as indication that Lance isn’t intelligent, I think it speaks a lot about why he did this. Personally, blurting is something I hate doing. It can often work against you because it’s almost like arguing with yourself. If this were a sensitive topic (I’m sure Lance, a person who deals with a lot of self-doubt, would find how others perceive his intelligence, and thus it would be sensitive, coupled with the frustration of blurting), I can see how something seemingly as small as a correction would irritate Lance.

tldr: Lance knows how to multiply, some scenes make a little more sense if you go in with a hc in mind, and Lance blurts and doesn’t like having his blurting pointed out.

Maybe there’s a God above
But all I’ve ever learned from love
Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew you
And it’s not a cry that you hear at night
It’s not somebody who’s seen the light
It’s a cold and it’s a broken Hallelujah

hw sketches and concepts for my buggy characters Vincent and Maggie!

Vincent is a newly-adult-ed dragonfly who wants to go fast… Maggie eats shit and regularly participates in dangerous adventures for fun. has memory and wing issues from slamming her head into stuff even with her helmet. they’re best buds (FAST AND DANGER (RESPECTIVELY))

they’re visiting a bug city in an abandoned shack full of boxes and jars turned storefronts, residences and other places! they’re likely visiting a specific restaurant (run by Arnold) that exchanges bodies for supplies, and then prepares the bodies for supply-paying predators who cant or don’t want to hunt their food. at least for a fancy night-out.

Vincent isn’t comfortable eating anything with a face, and Maggie’s standards and findings aren’t very Fresh, so this is one of the better options for him.

u can find more reeeeaaaallllly old pics of them and other bugs here
