i finished this song today, with coffee. it’s a meditation dedicated to my followers that like it chill sometime. this song is something we can do together, a type of breathing exercise. when i wanna get deep, i’ll take some long ass breaths. after the cello-oms come to rest, hold your breath for a moment. when you are ready to inhale again, do it at your own pace. your breath may not be in sync with the next om, but it’ll be close enough. whatever your breathing pattern, try to hold your breath when the oms come to rest. with every exhale allow your body to relax, smile and let go. if you cry, you cry. if you tingle, you tingle. if you feel love, so do i.
