Balsamic #vealchop with slow roasted tomatoes & Brussels sprouts. First time cooking veal other than ground. Texture was good (#sousvide 140°F, 3 hrs/pan seared finish) …but flavor, eh. I was not blown away. I’d rather have a good Berskshire pork chop. 😂
