I started the 21 day fix workout. Really going to try to just eat healthier in general. Go back to making healthier choices when eating out as well. I was almost at my goal last year and then the binge eating started again. So back to just being healthy.

I didn’t realize how out of shape I was until I did 30 mins of plyo…holy hell I suck. But time will tell
I will work out again tomorrow. Maybe try the yoga one. I’m already sore and it hasn’t even been 24 hours…lol but yah back on a fitness journey…let’s do this!


So here i am being silly but this is me at my heaviest. Im 153.8 lbs. goal weight by summer is 135-130 hopefully. Im trying to make losing weight fun instead of something i stress about. Trying this new positive outlook on the whole situation. And honestly it makes me feel good and want to get up and do it. So here you have it. The real Bruja. And this is my journey.

Started my 3 day cleanse. Heres breakfast. 😫. I can do this. I eat very small meals every 3 hours and drink these drinks (this one is spicy, but not too terrible.) this shit is crazy. But im gunna try it. Vegas is next month! #brujafitness #3daycleanse #weirdshit

Watching my portion control

Its driving me nuts. Im so hungry still. But i need to stop stuffing my face all the time. And its almost dinner time. So i will wait.

Plus im gunna go get weed soon. Munchies are hard to control but i know i can do it. B
