After pancakes for dinner I finally summoned up the courage to make Salmon Cakes.
I wasn’t following any particular recipe, I cobbled one together from the thousands online.
I basically: Boiled two cut up potatoes…. In a pot that was too small to hold them plus water, so it may have bubbled over…
Whilst doing that I prepared in three different bowls: Flour, Egg, Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs). I also cut up the smoked salmon (as I didn’t want to spend more time cooking fish from fresh). Once again I had guidance from Leanne as I battled boiling hot oil in a pan.
This took me over two hours guys QAQ I suck.
